If a Part of You Feels “Broken”

Written by: Nick Ortner

Say this out loud (not to “affirm” it, but to “test” it):

“Part of me feels like I’m broken”

Does this resonate with you at all? If so, how strong is it in on a scale of 0-10? Saying “negative” beliefs out loud is a great way to “test” if they’re true for you or not. You can usually feel it in your body, or intuit if that belief is holding sway over you, and then use tapping to clear it.

If this belief felt true at all (and it will for all too many of us), then I’ve got a great little gift today for you, a free tapping meditation on the topic.

This meditation is meant to serve as a guide, to help clear the belief and to begin to open the inner dialogue around this topic. There are two things that will likely happen when you listen in:

A. You’ll identify some old wounds or traumas connected to that belief, which you can tap on either on your own or with a trained practitioner (in the case of deeper, more difficult issues)

B. You’ll identify that the belief itself might be holding back some healing. Sometimes healing the belief/releasing the “I’m broken in some way” identity can be just what the metaphysical doctor ordered. 😉

I hope you enjoy it, and please comment below the meditation and let me know your experience with it.

Until next time…

Keep Tapping!
