Your purchase or use of any Product does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, practitioner-client, or other professional relationship between you and The Tapping Solution, LLC.
Some Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods but may apply upon renewal.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refunds, if offered, are subject to the specific refund policy presented at the time of purchase. Digital Products are generally non-refundable once accessed, except as required by law.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration will take place in Connecticut or, at your election, via telephone or video conference. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights without first engaging in arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Tapping Solution, LLC regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
