Time to Demystify Tapping…

A few months back I sat down and recorded a video with my sister Jessica, the host of all five of our annual Tapping World Summits, to demystify Tapping for over 500,000 people who had just registered for our 5th annual Tapping World Summit so that they could get a clearer understanding of exactly why it works and why it’s so effective.

I’d like to share that video with you today as I think it will help give you some real clarity on exactly what Tapping works on, what it actually does in the brain that makes it work, and how exactly to do the Tapping. You can see it here:

This is just the beginning of what I want to share with you to help you use Tapping to improve your life.

I’ll get into way more detail in the coming days to get you results on exactly what YOU want, but for today, I thought it important for you to see this video and have an actual experience of using Tapping.

And even if you’re not new to Tapping, I think you’ll get some powerful insights in this video.

    I learnt this some years ago but was reluctant to use it in my therapy practice due to no imperical supporting evidence. Watching nick has resurged my interest and I have used it on a few people only, but with success. It will now be one of my valued modalities. Thankyou nick.

    I do feel lighter, holding anxiety etc in the body does make you feel uncomfortable, thank you Even though I have bought your two books, I found that was very helpful.

    Hi Nick. I’ve worked up to doing about 9 tapping sessions a day, and each time I do them, my back pain diminishes quite a bit but keeps coming back. II was under the impression that you could tap and be rid of your pain forever. I couldn’t watch the video above as it has an “I” in place of the video, but I did watch you and your sister in another video, which helped me get going. I’ve order The Tapping Solution for Pain and should get the book next week, which will probably help a a lot. I also have other pain in my body, but I’m concentrating on my back pain to start (I have spinal stenosis), but I do believe the pain originated in my brain. I read Use Your Mind to Heal Your Body by Stephen Connena and Healing Pain: The Mind Body Connection by Dr. Sarno, which were excellent, but suddenly I found myself reading about tapping to eliminate pain. I don’t know how that happened, but I’m very glad I discovered information about tapping.

    I’m glad you shared in this video about forming Beliefs – and the Fight, Flight, or Frozen states that can happen during the formation of stressful Beliefs. It’s amazing how the shift happens. I like this even better than quiet meditation where there is only a thought process going on. Thanks for sharing the tapping process.

    Thank you Nick & Jessica. I am tapping through some childhood issues w/my mom. Actually the emotional abuse is still going on today. I am 59 yeRs old. Plus I am struggling to ask her a question about who my real dad is. I haven’t gotten to the point where I can ask her, mainly because I don’t want to hurt her. I’m working on it.

    gets my mind off my breathing hang up—calmness follows tapping—but beathing ocd returns—hard to break thoughts and live in the moment and feel tappng maybe my answer—time will tell

    I’m really excited about the possibilities you can receive by doing Tapping. When I do it the phrase that really touches me emotionally is “I deeply and completely accept myself”. Whenever I say that while tapping I feel like I want to cry. Not accepting myself must be a big issue in my life.

    I do have a question and would like to know it anyone can answer this. There are many issues in my life I would like to deal with by Tapping. How many issues work with at one time, or in one day?

    EFT/tapping is really amazing to me.
    It really works on a quick manner.
    It is changing my life, I just started practicing it just a couple of weeks ago.
    I was going through a crisis of financial anxiety when I started tapping, and almost
    inmediatelly it disappeared.
    It all started when fortunately I found your book “The Tapping Solution” (I’m Hispanic) and had never heard anything about the tapping, but it is truly magical

    I’m feeling less pain in my thumb, but the swelling is still there along with the stiffness. This pain is really a challenge.

    I have been want ing to improving my life for a long tome now. Anx had no idea where to turn. I had a great life several years ago, and all that changed when I moved back to mu home szatw, Georgia, from Virgina. I din t thi k it was my location that was the 7ssue, it was my attitude. Many things changed Ehen I moved back to GA, 1but now I feel complete ly lost as to where to make changes to get my good attitude back.

    I learned EFT many years ago from Gary Craig. Amazing! I’ve used it on and off since then. The latest has been to help me through the turmoil of a divorce. Now, I’m going to use it (with your help through these videos) to get my business off the ground so I won’t have to stay in a job dictated by someone in “an ivory tower.”

    Hi Nick thank you for your loving work that seems so profound. I have challenges one after another as one go 2 more appear , I am not well have proved to my self that good things come my way. And one is the Taps, I did for my sick dog ,also to hep with the emotional . Even my neighbour dog who is ii l miss him I felt pain I tapped for how I was feeling, and my sickness medication is a must , but I tapped for the anxiety and and distress. Thank you 😊 again.

    this is a slow process for me, at first nothing happened, everything seemed worse. but after three months I have been able to relax about my eating habits, so that now I will only eat until I am full, I no longer feel anxious about this. I have come to see that I have very deep guilt feelings regarding food, as well as some other deep emotional responses to life. it is more important to feel good about myself prior to losing some extra pounds. I am relaxing more and more. I am grateful for everything you send my way.

    I’m actually amazed how much that tabbing changes even after the first time. What I would like is, English is my second language and I have sometimes a little longer to process what I hear. So it would be nice, if the word you’re saying would be written as a script or something similar.

    I’ve been doing tapping every morning for one month…. much stress and negativity in my life I believe change will happen… eventually. Thank you for your help. Though I forgot to start tapping on my hand… and I only mentioned the negative tapping on my eyes and the rest – all over the face I was mentioning the positive = I understand that you repeat the negative words all over all the time.. I will do it your way from now on… thank you

    Just wanted to thank you for your work. I am a Midwife and Reg. Nurse. For the last 6 months have used Tapping for the birthing process. It has assisted with the depression and anxierty of mr patients. I have done Reiki, JSJ Gigong and Lifrline Technique. Tapping has worked faster as I have 24 hr to work with my patientsThank you.

    I’ve shared your video with close friends and family who wonder what the heck I’m talking about when I say how much tapping has changed my life. I’ve run into some deep issues that I should probably work with a professional on, but I don’t have the resources to do that. So I’ll just keep plugging away on my own, taking my time, and trusting the process. I AM getting better, and I have you to thank.

    I have your book the tapping solutions .i haven’t read it all yet.does it matter what i say or how i say it? Aer there key words that need to be used?     Dear Nick, I have chronic pain due to arthritis and several other chronic health issues .I am barely mobile and need to use a walker to ambulate.I have been on prescription narcotics for many years and barely have any quality of life I started tapping today hoping for some relief. Sorry I missed the summit am I able to obtain it to listen to? I have hope after reading about several people that share my same situation and they are now pain free and functioning. Can I do this on my own or do I need an EFT coach?

    My issue, Nick, is pain is chronic pain and the frustration that it brings. I tried to tap a few times but gave up on it like I give up on mostly everything I try. I know you have something on pain. Could you send it to me?
