From Doubt to a Seed of Hope – Tapping Meditation

Sometimes all we need is just a little break in the clouds, one kind word of encouragement, a little sliver of hope, for us to know that everything is going to be okay.

Here’s a free short tapping meditation that I want to share with you called, “From Doubt to a Seed of Hope”.

    It works everytime but, let’s say i tap about a situation that made me angry, even if it goes down to a 1 or 2 and i feel good after the tapping, when i get up the next day, it’s back! It’s not as strong but it’s back… Why? I’m sooo discouraged! It does that everytime i tap on something 🙁

      Perhaps digging deeper to find the root cause of your anger may help, Nathalie. Tapping can sometimes be like weeding your garden. If you don’t get the roots, they’ll grow back. Tapping for anger works great for relief in the moment, but finding and tapping on what’s causing the anger in the first place (and releasing it) is what will provide lasting results. 🙂

    I loved this tapping session with Nick. Towards the end I saw this
    seed turn into a beautiful green shoot. It reminded me of myself as a very young innocent child believing in everything positive and believing that everyone around me loved me and there were no barriers. I shall continue to watch and encourage this sweet and innocent shoot grow and strengthen as i continue to do this wonderful tapping. Thanks Nick for this heart centred session.

    I’m just wondering…do you find that tapping helps people who feel that they have literally no hope left within them…like after YEARS of the world taking and giving nothing back? I feel like I am so far gone that I cannot even remember what hope or happiness once felt like. When I try tapping I just find myself getting really frustrated and angry at the world, rather than relaxed or feeling better. Even if I feel better for a moment, it quickly dissolves back into the depression. So, again, I just wonder if you have any positive results or success with people who continue working with this, even without any real hope…thank you!

      Hi Alex! There is always hope, even if we sometimes can’t see it. I have worked with plenty of people who felt that there wasn’t any hope left at all. But continuing with the tapping was enough to open that space for a glimmer of light to appear. And then it opens wider and wider. If you haven’t already, you may want to look at our practitioners page to find an EFT expert to work with. Having an expert guide can make a huge difference! Wishing you all the best! 🙂

    Hi Nick,
    Thank you for all you offer. Tapping has changed how I am able to heal and grow. I find it speeds up the shifts I want to make in my Self. Sometimes I run out of vocabulary but then a meditation from you or Jess will appear in my inbox to support me. You both are wonderful. I love your work. Anyone can do this. It’s quick easy effective. I encourage anyone everyone just do it.

    Your tapping meditations are a beautiful blend of powerful and gentle. And I, too, am grateful. How blessed we are to have you and your family in our world at this time. Can you explain something else: I had been taught that the unconscious does not understand negative, so words like “not” and “no” get translated in the opposite way than we anticipated. Is that old science? What’s your opinion?

      Great question, Linda! From my understanding, it’s still the dominant intention or focus behind the thought which the subconscious picks up on, regardless of the words used. However, our conscious minds and certainly our emotions understand the words “no” and “not” quite well, which is the primary access point of Tapping. 🙂

We find that Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox tend to work well.     From Doubt to a seed of hope … I thought I was only a little doubtful until I started tapping and the flood gate was opened with tears and I realized just how doubtful I was… I had a pulsating feeling in my stomach for days now and didn’t know where it was coming from …I’m happy to say now it is gone … I have saved this meditation on my phone and will do it everyday and night … This was a powerful mediation … I would like to thanks everyone from the tapping For making these tapping available to everyone to help heal ppl and live better than average lives … Thank you soooooo much Nick and Jessica Ortner

    I deeply and completely, appreciate .
    Nick ! You are…………..
    Honestly till now I couldn’t find a word to fill the empty space ,you know why ,Nick ?
    Because I have 44 years old and I experienced many and many things.BUT the first time I felt a new feeling and I don’t know the name of it and I can’t describe it.
    Also IF I want to. It takes with me a full page for the description,so to fill ONE word in the empty space.

    Somehow I just discovered this meditation and I found it to be very helpful! I’m at a pivotal point in my life with 2014 coming to a close and 2015 beckoning and I hadn’t realized the amount of doubt I was holding about creating more of what I dream of having in my life. This meditation has really helped me to feel the hope in my body and allow it to grow and I plan to do it on a regular basis for a while. Thanks so much, Nick!
