Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy “Store” Purchases:
Physical products available from TheTappingSolution.com are typically shipped within 2 business days if they are in stock. You may choose your method of shipping during the checkout process. Please verify and confirm the address you enter, as this is the address to which the package will be shipped. International shipments can take from 4 to 6 weeks to reach their destination. If you need to receive it faster, we do have options available for Priority and Express Mail International.

Once you receive a notice of shipping, we are unable to change the address with the carrier. This is a notification that it has already been shipped. The shipping notifications contain tracking information so that you may track your package.

Shipping Policy Event Purchases:
Physical products for Summit events are mailed within 3 weeks of the final day of presentations. Payment is taken immediately as you have immediate access to all digital content of your complete package. US packages are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted in comment box, and International Packages are shipped via DHL.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and / or taxes that may be levied by their local customs offices.
