Tapping Meditation – From Overwhelm to Calm

I’ve got a little challenge for you today

Take FIVE minutes right now…

Choose ONE thing to think about and release, close your eyes, and just tap through all the points.

You don’t have to say anything out loud and you don’t have to get it perfect. Just choose one thing that has been stressing you out or worrying you and start to release it now.

You don’t even have to release all of it. Just start to let it go…

If you want some guidance, here’s a free Tapping Meditation titled “From Overwhelm to Calm”.

Use it whenever life feels like it’s a little too much for you, when you’re overwhelmed by a specific topic or issue, or any other time you’re struggling.

    I just finished this tapping meditation and the difference from before I did it to afterwards is immense! I was feeling so overwhelmed and stressed the past few weeks due to an important college assignment and even broke down yesterday from the pressure, but now after this, I feel more at peace with myself and trusting myself that I will do well and not be afraid.     Feeling a deep sense of gratitude Nick…You have helped me in so many ways…I am a Yoga Teacher and Therapist, and because of situations evolving within the family unit I was becoming so overwhelmed, I felt my work within my teaching was suffering . I wasn’t relating as I should to myself, to my yoga students and to all my family and friends. I felt like a magnificent flowering bush, which had been covered with weeds,more and more and more growing and stifling what little I had left to give…I have been practising Overwhelm every morning..It really has helped.for example only today I followed your recording as normal and felt so much better in dealing with a extremely difficult situation (which has been one of the many things weighing me down) I feel this is the beginning of a beautiful journey…Thank you nick for allowing me to travel with you…Sending you

    This was absolutely helpful. My mom actually introduced me to EFT recently and this is the first time I truly felt a difference. I have been overwhelmed and stressing over a college application I have to get finished and this completely calmed me down. My creative juices just started flowing after this. Thank you Nick.

    I have been suffering very badly from anxiety and panic – i have been really debilitated. However I found Nicks overwhelm meditation and it has been a life saver! I am using it twice a day to calm myself down and it works very nicely. I feel i am regaining a bit of control over my body and life. My anxiety started at 9 and after the third day is down to 6 before tapping. I am confident it will be stable below 5 in a few days. Thanks so much, Nick.

    A sleepless night- sick in the stomach and I called in sick this morning. Been tapping for many years but when I’m overwhelmed every move, task seems too much. So, sitting here and listening to you and tapping poured sweat out of my body and I know I got more tapping to do with more specifics to my situation. Will do right now.     I had a wave of being completely overwhelmed by responsibilities about 20 minutes ago. I opened up my laptop to see this meditation at the top of my Facebook Feed. I’ve tried it a few times before for other things and it was very helpful. So I just finished this 12 minutes and I’m from a 10 to a 4. Thank you! It was exactly what I needed.

    thanks so much for this…it’s been a tough two weeks and this is just what I needed to focus on relaxing to find a better solution before going to sleep…I figured it’d be another night with racing thoughts and interrupted sleep but feel so much calmer and relaxed.     I bought your book several years ago and I enjoyed reading it. I loved the ideas but I never really had much effect from the tapping until recently. I learned to tap a bit longer and had some wonderful releases. This is a soothing and relaxing tapping session and I thank you for offering it.
