    I haven’t tapped for a few months and this lovely morning tap brought up a belief I thought I had dealt with . It was a relief to tap it away and move forward . I am inspired to keep tapping.

    Thank you for this meditation. I am a tapper for 3 yrs. It is so fantastic to be a tapper. With knee surgery….pain was minimized & healing accelerated. My PT wanted to know about tapping. I knew so little about what I was doing. My faith in the process worked for me and that’s how I became a BELIEVER!! I am a musician….vocal technician/coach & piano instructor. I have passed tapping to my students, & it also has worked miracles for them. When I found Nick & you, I was more than thrilled! I feel like I know you, even though we’ve never met personally. You give so much & I want you to know my deep appreciation for you! The tapping also helps me each day w/ my sorrow & deep sadness w/ the passing of my youngest daughter this past August. After a long struggle w/ severe depression, she took her own life! Tapping is my close friend! Have a wonderful Holiday! There is much love for you! Joy & Many Blessings…..always….Angharad😊🎶🎶

    I am firm believer in and successful achiever with Tapping. This is what should be taught to pre-schoolers and kindergartners!

    After requesting that participants view the 4-minute Intro Video that Jessica offers the night before, I *politely suggested* We start a meeting with this meditation today. So far, 7 of 10 participants have contacted Me to say how much they enjoyed it and how much better their days went.

    As I tapped I felt that I could step back and look at my motivations. I could feel that my stressful habits were an overlay that controlled my approach to the day. It wasn’t my day. Each day was controlled by my tense motivations rather than free or reflective thought.
    This tapping has given me a better understanding and perspective than I have achieved before. It has also shown me that the tapping text can be more detailed and flexible.

    I learned about Nick and Tapping through an ADHD meetup group, when a practitioner came to the group and showed it to us. I’ve been a fan of Nick’s since then, and am on his email list. I bought the “Bear Hugs” book and gave it to a Great-Niece when she was born.

    When Nick introduced you to his emails, I listened to a few tapping sessions with you. Your voice is very gentle and calming, and I totally loved this tapping session just now. I feel calm and peaceful, and am glad I know the tapping sequence, so I could completely concentrate on what you were saying. I will download this to a mp3 file if I can figure out how to do it, so I can hear this again and again.

    I was snuffling with allergies when I started the meditation. Just breathing through my nose at the beginning was impossible. By the end I was breathing easily. That alone reduces my stress! Thank you.

    I agree with Michael. It was often difficult to understand, and I needed to backtrack, which broke the rhythm. Dissatisfied, I ‘stumble’ on Jessica’s tapping from Machu Pichu, which was awesome. I plan to keep this at the front of my tapping ‘shelf.’ I’m trying to figure out how the winds were so vigorous and yet, not a hair of Jessica’s head was out of place. As I said, awesome…
