Hi Nick, I’m from Uk and have sent you an email in a reply to the email I got from you. Just in case you don’t get it, I’m hoping you will see this. I’ve read two of your books and I doing a lot of tapping on myself, family and friends, but I need to ask about my lovely daughter in law, she has suffered for about 5 years with cluster headaches, she used to be in so much pain, sometimes many times a day and she would have to inject herself and go on oxygen to get some relief. In the past 18 months she is trying out new medication which involves 4 injections straight into the back of her head ( very painful) after a few days she does get relief for approx 3 months and then it all has to be done again. I notice in your books you cover headaches and migraines, but of course cluster headaches are totally different and I wondered if you know of any success with the tapping on this condition? Thank you so much.
    Love, Linda Reynolds x

Hi Linda! I saw that Jurgene already sent you a great reply via email, but I also wanted to make sure that you saw my book “The Tapping Solution for Pain Relief”. While we don’t have anything specifically for cluster headaches, I’ve found that most pains in our bodies are associated with unresolved emotions or past events. So while going through the steps provided in the book, many people find relief from their unique issues. I hope this helps! Big hugs to you! 🙂

A good reminder to live one day at a time and release the overwhelm and frustration…great meditation to repeat over and over. Thanks for posting this Nick!

I am wondering if tapping would be appropriate for someone who is trying to recover (over a year now) from a rear-ending on the highway that left her with a bad concussion. She has improved slowly, but still has problems with bad headaches and light sensitivity. I am hesitant to recommend it because there is a law suit involved and she has to go by her doctor’s recommendations as far as what she can do and when she can go back to work.

I also didn’t know if tapping is safe for head injuries. Logic would dictate to me that it would be great for them, but I don’t know and I’m very scared to recommend anything that will set her back. I guess she could ask the docs…I did, and my doc had heard of it and asked me to let her know how it works for me (I may give her your book.)

Have you had any clients in this kind of situation?

    • Nick Ortner says:

Hi Susan. Thank you for writing. We are happy to hear you would like to help your friend but we understand your hesitation. Yes, tapping on the accident, any pain and side effects and also what was going on in her life right before the accident could certainly help with the emotional aspects of the accident. However, we would recommend she consult her doctor. If tapping on the actual points on the face and head are too painful, she could always try using finger points or visualizing sending energy to each point to see what feels most effective to her. Wishing her all the best! 🙂

Thankyou Nick. I have been listening and tapping to this meditation daily for sometime now. I really appreciate that it is available. The last 2-3 weeks I have had a painful experience with my left leg. A cyst behind my knee has burst and this has affected my leg. It’s been horrible. It’s preventing me from doing something very important and I’m wondering why this is happening now.
    So appreciate this being available.

Was feeling over whelmed & fearful with ribs/shoulders/joints pain, thank God (& Nick) for this tapping meditation. After doing the audio tapping, started crying & realised how much was locked in cellular memory from childhood abuse from father – mother was too sick/frightened to fight back & was in hospital a lot (which was when abuse got worse). A friend is dying of cancer & it is so hard to see her being destroyed slowly by this, feel so useless/helpless! Did’nt realise how much past it has also brought up until now. Will continue to tap so I can be strong to get through this difficult time & give the best support I can. Thank you so much Nick for your generosity of spirit in sharing this. God bless you.

I have a cervical pain since almost five ,six years i listen your Tapping solution and want to know for how many times in a day and for how many days i have to do tapping? One more thing stiffness in my legs can Tapping also heals? please let me know tkx

    • Nick Ortner says:

Hi Preet. You can tap as often as you like throughout the day. Some people tap in the moment they are feeling the pain or stress. Some people find scheduling it in the morning and/or evening works best for them. See what feels best to you. During each session, keep tapping until you feel some relief, preferably a 0-2 on the SUDS scale. It is possible that tapping can also help the stiffness in your legs that you are experiencing. You can tap on the symptoms of the pain and stiffness and you can also think back to what might have been going on in your life, stressing you out, causing emotional upset before the pain and stiffness occurred and tap on that. As you release the emotional charge on the situation, you often find relief in your body. Here is a tapping meditation you may find helpful for that process: https://www.thetappingsolution.com/blog/use-movie-technique-audio-meditation/. We wish you all the best!

Hello Nick……i have neck pain (straight neck) and some sciatic nerve issues, bursitis on one side in my leg and hip.
I am currently seeing a therapist to heal from childhood emotional abuse and trauma.
Five years ago I developed a very annoying hissing Tinnitus. yes, I have seen physicians and ENTs.
Also have TMJ. I am a flight attendant with 33 years of service. Long story with many details not included. I am aware that many of these conditions can cause Tinnitus. But, am also learning that it can be stress and trauma induced.
Is there a special way to Tap for Tinnitus? Or do I only have to change the words to get some healing?
Tinnitus is very difficult to deal with. I struggle to try and assimilate so that it does not hinder my quality of life. Some days are harder than others. Stress does seem to exacerbate it.
Can you suggest a download that would be helpful for Tinnitus? i use tapping for stress, emotions and pain. Am i missing something that could be a key?
Thank you for your help and guidance with Tapping.
    Madelyn

  18. cheryl says:

I’m not all the way clear of pain …..it is gentler. Definitely digging memories and emotions . Had a sobbing reaction like a death. Shortly I’ll be there. I’ll keep tapping.

  19. Marieke says:

Thank you thank you. This meditation helped me over the bridge to face the causes of the pain in my body (not MY pain!!), recognise them and letting it all go. As if I opened the dams i had built to hide these feelings. And that while I had worked it through, as I thought, but with too little effect. I have confidence in this process.
Thank you for being you, for being a person who brings light to the world in such a loving way. I wish this world masses op people like you.

  29. Audrice Collins says:

I have done Garry’s EFT for years. It changed my life. I bought your book and tape this year. I love the tapping tree idea. It really stands out and gives a great overview of it all. iI can see how all the tapping over the years has cleared a lot .Only have one new event that stood out . Never had pain but have had and still have some other physical changeless. some emotions there and still a lot of levels of old beliefs and some new ones on ageing that seen to be creating in as I mature to a young 73. It made me more aware of how we buy into stuff form the world and what people say and soon we believe it.. new beliefs formed. Thank god for tapping. I can see where I have cleared the most over time and areas that I can still tap on. I share tapping with as many people as I can, try to do reg sharing and taping to help them get started and now refer them to your sight and book. Thank you for all your work. It is refreshing to see your simple loving insight on presenting the tapping. I am also from CT. My family still lives there. Maybe i can attend an event some time when i am there. Blessing Audrice

awesome! I am relating with the symptom of shingles; going on for some time; hidden rage/powerlessness/etc. and lots of surprises re: being kidnapped at age 9 by two men; repressed and denied in the subconscious until this time. I really GET what has this symptom in my present life to be cleared! My vision for my future would not co=create itself with these hidden energies/vibrations!!! I will return to this for a few days along with being in a Healing Code intensive.
Years and years of work finally has allowed this to surface during these!!! powerful times, and these months of the SHIFT!!!

    In gratitude and appreciation!!!

  31. Kathy Spangler says:

That gave me a much better understanding of the tapping. I have been saying the same sentence the tapping sequence instead of changing the words through the tapping. Mine is sciatica and meta taursal. Thank you. I have shared with a lot of friends.
