What Is Tapping?

Some of Your Questions Answered…

Written by: Nick Ortner

At the end of a workshop last year in Pasadena, California, I took a few minutes to answer some questions from the audience. You might find a few of these answers interesting and helpful.

Amongst other things, we covered:

– Using humor
– Tapping in schools
– What’s actually making the difference in Tapping
– How to tap “in the moment”
– The power of positive belief, expectation and the relaxation response
– Experiencing more joy
– Tapping for someone else
– Epilepsy and “Curing” something
– How pain “moves” and “chasing the pain”
– On mental illness

Watch it here:

If you’d like to join me at an upcoming live event, I’ll be speaking in Orlando on September 18-20, 2015.  I’m conducting an all day workshop on September 18th, where we are going to learn to use Tapping to break through patterns of self-sabotage and limiting beliefs and show you specifically how you can use Tapping for pain relief, weight loss, financial abundance, improving your relationships and much more. I’ll be tapping with you directly, showing you how you can experience change in minutes!  I hope to see you there 🙂

I have to tell you Nick that without a doubt you are correct, humor is the best medicine! I am a metaphysical comedian, which means my husband sees dead ppl and I make fun of them. My & my husband’s sense of humor is what has gotten us through losing the physical presence of our 16yo son, 4 mo after a leukemia diagnosis. So much so, that my son has nudged me to write a comedy show about the journey of losing him called, GOOD GRIEF!

While my husband & I were alone in the PICU with our son after he passed (unexpectedly I might add) we actually had moments where we laughed. My son didn’t lose his sense of humor after he passed. So the conversation continued with our son after he left & a new journey/relationship with him began that night, and humor has been a big part of it. After all, laughter is the highest vibration! 😉

I am so grateful for your mailings that bring exciting messages to my INBOX such as these wonderful 18 minutes with specific problems from the audience. You handle the questions with so much grace and simplicity. I have a folder stuffed with tapping exercises for all the problems covered during the Tapping World Summit. That was one of my best investments of the year. For me personally, the only time tapping doesn’t work is when I’m not doing it.

Great Q&A session. Thanks for sharing. I am an experienced EFT practitioner of 7 years but it is always helpful to hear how others respond to some of the typical EFT questions. Thanks again

Yes, thank you as always, Nick. Just listening with you today and going along with some tapping brought a rosier hue to the day 🙂

Brilliant post! I enjoyed tremendously the video, I wish I’d have the time to see the whole summit but I was taken, would you know where I could watch some without having to spend the money on orders, finance has been rather tight lately & I can’t permit myself to indulge.
Congrats on the birth of your daughter 🙂
