Today, there are 10 statements I want to share with you. These are some things I needed to hear today, and I thought it might do you some good to hear them as well.
These are the types of things that I know to be true when I stop and think about it, but I can have a hard time remembering on a daily basis. Sometimes, these truths are hard to hold onto and remember through all the ups and downs of life.
Here are the 10 reminders that I want us all to keep in mind today:
I invite you to take a moment to just breathe… and to just be in this moment here. Let these words wash over you and absorb into your entire being.
If one or two of these reminders stood out to you, consider jotting them down somewhere you’ll see the words throughout the day, so that you can keep letting these truths sink in and get deeper into the core of your being.
