When the world seems full of problems that are bigger than us, there IS something we can do.
I know there are a lot of people who have a heavy heart from the violence that is taking place in Ukraine, as well as other areas around the world.
In these times, it feels like there is nothing we can do. But is that really true?
If this speaks to something you're carrying, our trauma and grief articles continue gently from here.
Have you ever heard of the Maharishi Effect? It's the idea that individual brain waves can affect the collective consciousness.
The exact science on how the brain waves of a small meditating group can affect the actions of the greater population hasn’t been fully explained, but nearly 50 studies have been done on the subject and have been reported in prestigious publications such as the Journal of Crime and Justice.
So with this concept in mind, I wanted to record a Tapping Meditation that each of us as individuals could use to help add to the collective consciousness of promoting peace.
This Tapping Meditation will serve not only to reduce your personal stress and anxiety about the situation in Ukraine and violence in the world, but potentially make an actual difference in the outcome.
It's free in our Tapping Solution App, and I'm also making it available to listen to here so that you can share it with those who may not yet have the app. :)
You can repeat this meditation whenever you feel led to do so, and I encourage you to share it.
I’m envisioning peace in Ukraine along with the rest of the world, and I’m so grateful that you’re on this journey with me.
Until next time…
Keep Tapping
