I talk and think about gratitude a lot. Because we know that gratitude is SO powerful!
Gratitude has a positive ripple effect on almost every aspect of our lives. And research even shows us it can have a wide range of positive effects on our physical and mental health.
But often, we spend a lot more time complaining than we do thinking about what we have to be grateful for.
So right now, I wanted to offer us some gratitude affirmations to help us intentionally bring an attitude of gratitude into our day today.
Take a moment to read the following gratitude affirmations, and feel free to repeat them to yourself in your mind or out loud.
How did those affirmations land with you? How did it feel to take a moment to ground yourself in gratitude?
Imagine how it might impact the rest of your day to intentionally tap into this energy of gratitude… And imagine how you might feel if you brought this energy of gratitude into all the parts of your day that have yet to unfold…
