    I simply want to express my heart felt gratitude for making these EFT sessions available online for free. Since using them I have felt much better in myself since I experience all the stress of unemployment and the uncertainty it brings. Now I wake up in the morning feeling fresh instead of exhausted.All I can is thanks and have a great Christmas.

    Dear Otner.
    Best regards. Every thing to me sounds quite OK but the sentences (Verses) you mentioned needs to be narated in our native language (URDU) . Therefore I need to know f I could translate them and to play it. Hope you understand and wish to spread this fantastically and practically working for solving solutions……SHAHID

      Hello Shadid. You can certainly translate the words into your native language, and even record your own voice if you want. The goal is to use language that connects you to your emotions. πŸ™‚

    Thank you for the gift of the Releasing anxiety meditation tapping. In the beginning I could feel my anxiety increase until I actually felt overwhelmed but then half way through there was a feeling of release and the anxiety melted away. A fantastic tool for people to use – just the right length and Jessica’s voice is really soothing.

        Hi Nick

        because I am a practicing Christian I prayed before I did the Tapping Session.
        I am wondering if in any of what you do .. does it have a Christian meaning to it ??

          That’s great, Mary! Tapping can be combined with any religious or spiritual belief. The tapping itself works with our own body’s natural biological processes and doesn’t conflict with any beliefs of a higher power. In fact, the results of the tapping can often be increased with practices like prayer and meditation. πŸ™‚

    This is the 3rd month of my Moms’transition and I awoke today feeling very anxious and did the tapping meditation in three cycles in honor of her passing. I used different phrases such as “It is ok for me to feel my sorrow; all is well; I release with love all anxieties and feel the love of her spirit surrounding me ; this pain will pass; and all is well etc………..” Heiped reduce the intensity of feelings and felt an inner warmth. Thanks for the support.

    That is beautifully straightforward. I got to the sources of the anxiety with clarity.
    I do have a question, I use a PC and a Kindle Fire. Will there ever be apps for either one?

      Thanks Leora. Right now, we just have apps planned for Apple and Android mobile devices. But who knows what the future may bring! πŸ˜‰
