The question was…

If you’ve been tapping for a while — what’s your favorite Tapping point?

I love this question, because it tells me something real about where your nervous system finds relief.

Every Tapping point sends a calming signal to the brain — but they’re not all identical. Different points sit on different meridians, and different people feel drawn to different ones. For me, it’s the collarbone. There’s something about it that instantly takes the edge off. I find myself going there without even thinking about it.

That’s actually one of the most beautiful things about Tapping: your body starts to know what it needs. The point you reach for on autopilot in a meeting or waiting in line? That’s not random. That’s your nervous system learning its own shortcut to calm.

If you want to go deeper with all the points — not just your favorite — I’d love for you to try this session. In this experiential process, you’ll learn about the unique benefits of tapping on each point while experiencing the transformative power of Tapping in real time. This meditation will help you release what’s holding you back, make room for healing, and create more harmony in your body and mind:
