The key is consistency and recognizing the deeper patterns that underlie the habit quote by Nick OrtnerI know that the majority of the people reading this blog either have never smoked or no longer smoke. But for those of you who still do, no judgment, we all know how hard it can be to quit, I have a free resource to help.

It’s a free Tapping Meditation that will help you overcome cigarette cravings and quit smoking. If you don’t smoke, would you pause for a moment and think about anyone you know who does who might be open to this free resource? You could be literally saving their lives.

And if you do smoke, I hope this Tapping Meditation helps! I’ve seen time and again cigarette cravings vanish with Tapping. For me its not necessarily a craving as a habit of picking up the cigarette. Cigarette smoking is more than the craving.its a ritual. You take the cigarrette out ,tap it , light it, hold it. Sometimes i can just light one and put it back out lol. I guess i need to figure out what this little ritual accomplishes and find another way to satisfy that. Thank you. For me this just caused me to focus on the craving ill work on different language.

Great insight, Janet! Perhaps you find comfort in the habitual actions as a replacement for the actual smoking that you may have felt at the beginning. Tapping is also great for breaking habits. 🙂
