    At home at the moment, with my 2 year old. I got sent home from work a week ago because they check my temperature a week ago, it was 38. I’ve been asked to get tested for the virus. I’m not stressed because I’m at home. I’m worried about returning to work because it being stressful there and it’s an aged care facility and my Nana has just been administered there

    Thanks Nick, I kept putting this off for “fear” it wouldn’t work! Just did it now and it worked very well! Went from a 10 to 5!! Your soothing voice also helps very much. Thank you

    I am partially sighted and suffer from vertigo when my balance goes. As from yesterday, the only time we are allowed out is to exercise (I have to use 4-wheeler). I do not want to attract attention and wonder if it is better to stay inside for the time being. I am very much in two minds about this! Could tapping help?

    hi Nick, I did my first tapping on Monday and it really helped. I have done a few more times since and it is making a noticeable difference. This 5-min specifically for anxiety was fab. Reduction in anxiety from 9 to 7. Going to do it a second time now and hopefully reduce it a little more. Thanks so much. stay safe.

    Hi Nick. I am old enough not to feel the anxiety that younger people with responsibilities toward family must be feeling. However, I do get joy and peace from tapping along. Thanks for the videos. Good company for me.

    Thank you so much for this short but very helpful tapping sequence, Nick! At one point a lot of sadness came up which I felt in my heart area. The sadness felt actually good as it brings me in contact with my feelings related to this world-wide crisis. Facing whatever feelings are coming up definitely helps me facing my anxiety in these times. How good to have this practice now!

    I have suffered with PTSD after open heart surgery for some time and obviously the Coronavirus outbreak has exacerbated this. To top it all we have just had an offer on our house so are in the middle of a house move as well. I quickly tapped along with Jessica specifically targeted at the Coronavirus which was incredibly helpful. This one is equally beneficial and allows you to address many things. You are all doing a wonderful job and I hope you and all the family keep safe. Kx

    Thank you for this, Nick, and for staying on top of things the way you do. Yesterday I was feeling very sad, rather than anxious – though that’s there too – sad for all the people out there who are in a much worse situation than I am; at least I’m used to living alone, and can get out into my garden, but it’s not that good for many, probably most, people, and I just had this huge feeling of sadness. Can you help with that, or is it just me who’s feeling that way? I’d like to say hello to everyone, and take care. And thank you again, Nick, for all you do.

    Nice quick session in the middle of the day! I wasn’t feeling overly stressed but as soon as we started yawning and other indicators started that I may be under more pressure than I thought. That was very nice to dial it down with the staffing session. Thanks!

    I was not really anxiety. But I had trouble breathing throug my nose.
    And the tapping helpt on that matter.
