Unbelievable experience. I felt chunks of resistance falling away – like when you try to peel loose bark from a downed tree branch and only part of it is ready to part. And the under-bark is so “new” and pristine, untouched by all the outside influences the bark has been shielding it from, and showing its astonishing “inner” beauty. It is necessary to wait until the more stubborn, clinging sections of bark are ready to be peeled away, before the entire branch can be revealed. But knowing it happens is a great joy. I have had a 20 yr struggle with being dumped, and was recently dumped by my closest inner circle, while so many parts of my life and resources have stagnated. I have been able to be productive, but unable to overcome being dysfunctional. This tapping has put a crack in that wall that I have been praying for as I have tried everything I know. You are right to know and trust that tapping, and your generous sharing of specific exercises, are not only life enhancing for those of us out here, at the far end, receiving and benefiting from them, but they are – virtually – life saving, as well. Blessings for Everything you are and do. Blessings!
this is good!
I didn’t realise that I had linked productivity to perfection. So this was a real eye-opener!
I feel so much less stressed now about being perfectly productive, I will get things done and I will be happy about it. I feel nicely relaxed and confident about my day. Thank you.
Nick, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the tapping solution. It is changing my life! The work your sister Jessica and you are doing is amazing. Thank you. I feel it is re-wiring my brain to function better and then I can be the person I want to be. Thank you. I can’t wait till the tapping app comes out for android. Thank you. Kim.
You’re welcome, Kim! I’m glad the tapping is having such a great impact on you! Big hugs. 🙂
Thank you so much! very helpful!!!!
My initial resistance was 4, at the end of the tapping it was 2, so reduction by half. Thank you! Can’t wait for the android app!
I Tried to explain what tapping is to nine walking pals yesterday, I failed, so please what does Eft stand for?None of them had ever heard of it. Perhaps being English has a bearing. What do you suggest please?
Hi Amanda! We have a whole webpage set up to help you. You can watch the video and read through the content on this page to get a full understanding of what EFT Tapping is and how it works: https://www.thetappingsolution.com/tapping-101/
Thanks Nick,I feel relax and refreshed..I will make this part of my day.
Thank you..feeling less overwhelmed and more focussed to accomplish some tasks on my list!
Great. Perfect wording, thank you
I really enjoyed listening to this. It was calm, peaceful and life enhancing. I am currently in the midst of dealing with a ton of admin I should have attended to long ago, it seems endless, lots of details to see to, and little or no personal satisfaction at the end for getting it done. I was particularly taken by your concept of not needing to do things perfectly, and clearly I have a belief there. The task process isn’t perfect hence I have no satisfaction, while in reality, it isn’t necessary to deliver 100%, it is only important to deliver and cross it off my list. It is totally correct that not everything I tackle needs to be done perfectly, nor should I hope to feel satisfaction. I’m on a roll right now, so didn’t need to do the tapping, I listened out of curiosity, but have downloaded it for when I get ‘stuck’ in procrastinating. Generous of you and very much appreciated. Who says that the best things in life can’t be free? All the best from a tapper when the going is tough.
Just what I needed for a hectic week – as a trainee EFT practitioner we can even get ourselves stuck – so a little reminder goes a long way. I was chuckling quite a lot during this session as I had been beating myself up and I didn’t really need to. Thank you Nick 🙂
I’m also looking forward to the android version of the app
Most helpful – thank you
I woke up with a headache then l found the meditation. I did it and the best part is not having to be perfect! It is always difficult to know the difference between doing what l can or what l believe l should.
Great timing! Helped me with my difficult and challenging day ahead. Thank you!
This is a great one. Thanks, Nick. I like the reference to not being perfect or expecting perfection. It can be a curse and is difficult to let go of. Good luck with the App. It is a wonderful resource.
This was great for me. In the past I’ve always felt a resistance to tapping (I’m aware that I obviously needed to do some un-programming about beliefs of what can work) but today your topic was perfect for me and I went from and 8 out of ten resistance, to pretty much a 1!! It felt great. Hopefully it’s been a step towards unlocking the fears of being healed “enough” to be productive. Thanks so much for constantly sharing your knowledge, even when there is resistance to it. I dare day that’s the most important place for it. i imagine it’s doing great stuff for a lot of people. ?
Wow! This is awesome! Can’t wait to get the app for android, thank you so much!
Thank you! I was really struggling to focus and I always procrastinate. My resistance level dropped from 8 to 4 just by doing this tapping once. I am looking forward to the Android app!!
Thank you Nick,omg,for free,I’m poor,I’m old,love tapping,it works,I feel it works better with people then alone.thank you again,Barb.
