When I started Tapping it saved my life literally. I would tap all day long just to calm my body down somewhat.
At the Breaking Point
Trina doesn't mince words about where she was a few years ago. She was having severe anxiety and panic attacks due to life situations—but at the time, she didn't even know what anxiety was. All she knew was that her body felt like it was in constant crisis.
"I was ready to jump through the window if you know what I mean," she writes.
It's the kind of admission that stops you cold. The kind that reminds you how serious panic attacks can be—not just uncomfortable, but genuinely life-threatening when they push someone to the edge.
All Day, Every Day
When Trina discovered Tapping, she didn't just try it occasionally. She couldn't afford to. Her nervous system was so dysregulated that she needed constant intervention.
"I would tap all day long just to calm my body down somewhat."
Three hundred hours. That's not a typo. When your body is in that much distress, you do what you have to do to survive. And for Trina, Tapping was the only thing that worked.
What Made the Difference
Why did Tapping work when Trina was in such severe crisis? Because panic attacks aren't just in your head—they're a full-body experience. Your nervous system is convinced you're in danger, and it floods your body with stress hormones. No amount of "thinking positive" or "calming down" can override that biology.
Tapping works directly with the nervous system. By stimulating acupressure points while acknowledging the distress, it sends a safety signal to the amygdala—the brain's alarm center. It's not about ignoring the panic. It's about giving your body a way to process it.
The Crisis
Severe panic attacks, constant anxiety, didn't know what was happening to her body. Ready to give up.
The Discovery
Found Tapping and began using it constantly—all day long—to regulate her overwhelmed nervous system.
The Shift
Over 300 hours of Tapping later, plus the Bye Bye Panic program, she found her way back to stability.
Still Tapping Today
Trina didn't just tap her way through the crisis and stop. She continued with the Bye Bye Panic program and has made Tapping a regular part of her life. It's become her go-to tool—the thing she reaches for when stress builds up, when old patterns resurface, when life gets hard.
"Thank you for being there," she writes to Nick. "You are saving lives."
She's not exaggerating.
Also if it helps, you're my favorite voice to listen to to calm me down. I don't know why, but thank you again.
