Why We Get Grumpy
Grumpiness is often a signal that something needs attention—accumulated stress, unmet needs, lack of sleep, or emotions we haven't processed. By acknowledging the grumpiness and Tapping on it, you can release the discomfort and open up to feelings of ease, without needing to know exactly what's causing it.
