    This is great! I am so happy that you are not editing to make everything “perfect”. I still remember my relief when the Principal at my new school (second semester of 5th grade) informed my mother that they did not give A+’s, because he did not expect us to be perfect. It took awhile for her to adjust, but I loved that school!

    I love this pod cast. I am encouraged that you seem like everyday people. I am living a very stressful life filled with my wonderful, loving husband, raising my beautiful 6 year old grandson, dealing with his addicted mom and state agencies. I also have my 22 year old son, his girl friend and their 3 year old son and my 18 year old son. I always put myself last and most days am too tired to follow through. Thank you for adding a smile today and just start mantra. Everything falls into place.😊

    I bought your book Jessica. I start tapping last week, as soon as I ordered the book. I Need to practice the tapping to keep my wt. I had being working for a year and I had lost 70 lbs. I get stress out when I am in the stage of not loosing and keep weighing myself. The tapping help me in this stage, no need to wt myself every day and I when I feel stress out I do the tapping,
