Erin Stutland is a mind-body wellness and fitness expert, and the host and coach of the new transformation TV show Altar’d on Z Living, which was nominated for a Real Screen award alongside Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday.

Stutland’s book “Mantras in Motion: Manifesting What You Want through Mindful Movement” explores her proprietary approach to creating meaningful change by harnessing all the body’s mental, physical, and spiritual energy.

    Love all of this. It’s amazing how here I am in small town USA coming to this same consciousness as in NYC! my 30+year-journey as a fitness instructor, yoga teacher and health coach has seen great insight with tapping and meditation. I’ve been bringing little bits of energy medicine, affirmation-tapping-mantra to my classes. I’m always surprised at how people respond. It’s a powerful combination for self-transformation and self-actualization (yoga). Recently, I created an outline/method of teaching which incorporates all these techniques (including journaling). I hope one-day this will be common-place in a yoga class. Mid-life has awakened spiritual work and creativity. Walking, tapping, journaling, meditation, art-making are my go-to tools to further my self-understanding, self-care and healing. The workshop I created empowers people with more tools for their journey home. I just need to get movement on it. get up the courage to tell anyone about it!!! need to keep tapping on why I keep stopping myself!!! Wow! I’m sharing this!!! Your book is on my list!!CONGRATS.
