Wonderful conversation with two gals that I love and admire. Jessica helped me (through her book – I have read all the Tapping Solution books!)to clear at least some of my limiting beliefs, and to improve/upgrade my eating and exercise habits. I tap every day, on all sorts of things. Now I have added Erin’s Shrink Session workouts to my mix, and they make me feel amazing!
