**Who You Are**

You’re Marketing Strategist meets Marketing Manager, and love nothing more than improving customer website experiences and increasing conversions. You are results driven, strategic in your approach and always map out a conversion plan before diving in. You enjoy working across teams and are comfortable managing them if needed. 

You are a CRO expert who understands every aspect of the funnel flow and how to do it the right way. You consider yourself a PRO A/B split tester and know platforms like Clickfunnels, VWO, Optimizely, Unbounce, and Convert.com inside and out, and though we’re currently using Clickfunnels, we’re willing to use whatever system YOU think is best if you can convince us! 

Though marketing strategy comes easy to you, you’re still happy building processes to better refine how and when you optimize. You have a stellar track record for effective and successful optimization marketing and you can prove it.

You’re a…

  • Natural hustler – you know what hard work looks like and lead by example. You’re a leader and a doer. 
  • Analytical mind – you are fluent in web analytics, Google Analytics Certified and can interpret ‘the number’ to effectively improve a user’s experience. You know how to create a testing hypothesis and design a test to prove a theory. 
  • Curiouser and curiouser – you are constantly keeping up with the latest trends in digital marketing and constantly looking for ways to improve the user experience. 
  • Quick paced – you know how to create urgency for both customers and team members and want to learn faster ways to find the next winner. 
  • Tech savvy – you aren’t necessarily a developer, but you consider yourself pretty close.
  • Team player – you enjoy working collaboratively across teams to turn ideas into action!

**What You’ll Do**

We’re seeking a CRO and Funnel Campaign Expert who can come up with an optimization plan to test many offers and implement it. We’ve got decent marketing knowledge, having built everything ourselves from the ground up but need someone who can identify all the low-hanging fruit we aren’t capitalizing on, refine it, and execute, analyze and report regularly about what’s working (and what’s not)!

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify, develop, lead, and implement new strategies and refine existing initiatives to prospect and capture new leads through strategic marketing funnels
  • Manage, test and implement conversion points in marketing funnels using weekly sprints and targeted testing
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead-generating forms
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel and set up conversion scripts
  • Optimize and increase our marketing’s conversion paths and qualified-lead-to-customer conversion rate
  • Increase funnel marketing efficiencies across all channels
  • Run A/B tests across all channels and continually measure the performance of CTAs
  • Oversee development and maintenance of all necessary marketing materials related to funnel initiative you’re responsible for
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for advertising, blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
  • Campaign Development, including landing page and ad development, mapping for audience targeting, messaging, strategy, and funnel breakdown.
  • Ad creative assistance on Facebook and Google AdWords relative to the funnel buildout to test positioning, messaging, big management/scaling and content development
  • CRO Audit for optimization, identification of potential barriers, recommendations on next steps
  • Track KPI goals including, but not limited to, total conversions 
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on the performance and recommended next steps

**Skills and Experience Required**

  1. Extensive experience setting up and optimizing A/B tests and heatmaps
  2. Prior experience of 4+ years of running funnel campaigns
  3. Extensive experience with CRO tools and how to setup, launch, develop A/B tests (Clickfunnels, Optimizely, Optimize, Adobe Target, etc)
  4. Experience with research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, Zarget or other similar tools
  5. Deep knowledge of best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop
  6. Experience with multichannel media campaigns including a working knowledge of paid search testing ad text and landing pages
  7. Proficient using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads
  8. Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypothesis for constant and fast iteration testing
  9. Deep knowledge of web analytics and inbound marketing tactics
  10. Deep knowledge of Infusionsoft but there’s no need to be an Infusionsoft Specialist, however, you should have an extensive understanding of how to create campaign elements including, but not limited to, landing pages, tags, emails, web forms, etc.
  11. Managing subscriber lists and segmenting based on behavior, demographics, and interests
  12. High-level understanding of how to build Infusionsoft B2C campaigns with lots of moving parts including but not limited to targeted emails, behavior tracking, lead-capturing landing pages, and follow-up actions
  13. Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills
  14. Advanced understanding of email marketing strategies and copywriting
  15. Advanced understanding of the programmatic advertising and mobile advertising ecosystems
  16. Advanced understanding of digital marketing trends 
  17. Exceptional technical and analytics skills necessary to monitor and identify campaign performance trends in data and generated reports
  18. Data-driven approach; A/B testing and cross-channel optimization experience
  19. Extensive process development experience
  20. Excellent strategic and innovative thinking skills with a results-driven focus
  21. Excellent writing chops 
  22. Good time-management skills
  23. Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  24. Google Analytics Certified strongly preferred but not required
  25. CRO Certification strongly preferred but not required
  26. Exceptional communication and people skills including impeccable written skills – email, phone, on social platforms – through proactive, dynamic, inspiring yet always humble and considerate internal and external interactions
  27. Driven, self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  28. Strong sense of professionalism, collaboration and respect
  29. Passion for the digital media space in health and wellness, personal development, and everything in between preferred


  1. We intend to start this off on a 60-day trial period to determine if we’re a good fit for each other. During this period, we’ll be assessing the effectiveness of your work and how well (and quickly) you can optimize our marketing efforts. 
  2. Although we are willing to start this role off as part-time for the first 60 days (around 25 hours a week), we are ideally looking for someone interested in an ongoing, full-time role. Please do not apply if this isn’t you.
