Paid Traffic Manager

We are looking for an organized, reliable, hardworking, & detail-oriented Traffic Manager to join our team. As a Traffic Manager, you will help to ensure that in-house ad operations run smoothly. The Traffic Manager is responsible for implementing all in-house ad campaigns across various platforms (online, mobile, and devices). This includes, but is not limited to: ad placement, design and testing and providing campaign reports and analysis to support the sales team.

The right person is detail oriented and organized; it’s the only way to handle all the content we have and make the most of it in an effective and impactful way. The right person has a huge vision and moves fast, ready to make big moves and quickly. Extensive experience in acquiring paid online traffic with successful measurable results.

Here’s an example of what this person might do on a daily basis, and the questions and kind of thinking that is needed. These are just different random, made up scenarios:

Scenario 1: How has your experience running Facebook ads for an App been so far? Did you find that the ads were able to scale over time? Was video or static ads more effective?

Scenario 2: We’re just getting started on Instagram know that Apps tend to do well on this platform. What’s the 3-6-9 month plan to scale on Instagram, specifically for The Tapping Solution App?

Scenario 3: Tapping is currently most popular with one particular demographic, how do we engage with other demographics? How do we tweak our ad messaging to expand our reach to those places that aren’t currently engaging with traditional “self-help”?

Scenario 4: We are getting started with a new UAC with Google. One of the channels that we will leverage is youtube. What is your experience with this type of campaign and channel? Do you feel that you have insight to offer in this marketing effort?

Responsibilities:

• Traffic, test, and maintain all online, consumer device, and mobile advertising campaigns
• Troubleshoot any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting
• Create reports to monitor campaign delivery and to communicate relevant metrics to sales team
• Ensure completeness of ad campaigns to specification
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to recommend campaign modifications, leveraging understanding of ad product performance and conversions
• Help implement test campaigns in various format types
• Provide additional support to company operations for other campaign types, including our existing online business and our new Tapping Solution App
