“Helping Clients Uncover the Hidden Causes of Chronic Stress, Cravings & Self-Sabotage”
20 years in practice
For more than 20 years, I've helped hundreds of clients uncover and resolve the hidden emotional, subconscious, and physiological patterns that keep them feeling stuck—whether that shows up as food cravings, self-sabotage, chronic stress, or the inability to fully step into the life they know they're capable of living.
Freedom from Food Cravings, Emotional Eating & Self-Sabotage
Most of my clients are successful, intelligent women who have achieved so much in life, yet quietly wonder, "Why can I succeed everywhere else... but not with food?"
They've tried diets, therapy, nutrition plans, hypnosis, and willpower. They know what to do, yet still find themselves reaching for sugar, junk food, wine, or overeating after a stressful day.
Many also come to me after years of chronic stress, burnout, or emotionally abusive relationships, feeling like they've lost themselves. Together, we uncover and resolve the deeper patterns driving these struggles so they can experience lasting peace with food, greater confidence, emotional resilience, and renewed freedom. While most of my clients are women, I also work with men seeking lasting change.
Business, Career & Purpose Breakthroughs
Many clients are surprised that as their internal patterns shift, their careers and businesses often transform as well.
Whether they're entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, or professionals, many say, "I know I'm capable of more, but something keeps holding me back."
As we identify and release the hidden beliefs and nervous system patterns fueling self-sabotage, clients often begin making confident decisions, stepping into leadership, growing their businesses, increasing their income, and pursuing work that feels deeply aligned.
Animal Healing & Communication
For more than 30 years, I've worked with animals through intuitive healing and communication, helping them and their human companions better understand emotional, behavioral, and energetic challenges.
Every client and every situation is unique, which is why I begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine whether we're the right fit.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all programs, I create a personalized approach based on your unique history, physiology, emotional patterns, nervous system, and subconscious beliefs. My goal isn't simply to manage symptoms—it's to uncover and resolve the deeper patterns that have been keeping you stuck so lasting change becomes possible.
Most clients work with me through personalized 8- to 12-week programs, with the option for continued support when appropriate. Programs are available by application and consultation to ensure we're a good fit for one another.
One of the greatest strengths I bring to my work is the ability to recognize the hidden emotional, subconscious, physiological, and nervous system patterns that others often overlook.
After more than 35 years studying healing and over 20 years working one-on-one with hundreds of clients, I've learned that lasting transformation rarely comes from treating symptoms alone. It comes from understanding the unique combination of experiences, beliefs, biology, and stress patterns that have shaped each person's story.
No two people—or animals—are exactly alike, which is why I don't believe in cookie-cutter solutions. I combine evidence-informed approaches, intuition, and compassionate guidance to create a personalized path that addresses the underlying causes of long-standing challenges rather than simply managing their symptoms.
Clients often tell me they've never felt so deeply understood or that they gained more clarity in one session than they had in years of searching for answers. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where lasting change can unfold in a way that honors both the individual and the nervous system.
Working with trauma, including PTSD and Complex PTSD (CPTSD), has become one of my greatest passions. Healing doesn't have to mean reliving painful experiences. With skill, compassion, and the right approach, profound transformation is possible without overwhelming the person in the process.
