“I help people get free of an ex who still has a hold on them, and help you to calm anxiety and phobias on the spot.”
5 years in practice
Most people come to me with something specific that has been running their life for too long.
After a BREAKUP.
You replay it constantly. You miss him. You feel the pull to check his social media, to reach out, to go backward. Part of you knows it's over and your body hasn't caught up. You've talked about it enough — you want the ache to actually come down.
ANXIETY and PANIC.
The tight chest, the racing loop, the fear of losing control somewhere you can't leave. Often the worst part isn't the anxiety itself — it's the dread of the next time it hits.
PHOBIA or FEAR.
Flying. Driving on the highway. The dentist. Needles and blood tests. The MRI tube. Standing up to speak. You know it isn't rational. That has never once made it smaller.
Most of my clients have already tried to think their way out. They are capable, self-aware people who understand their problem perfectly well and still can't put it down. Understanding it was never the missing piece.
We don't spend the session analyzing the problem. We work on bringing the intensity down.
We start with one specific thing — a memory, a fear, a situation, whatever is loudest right now. I guide you through the tapping while you stay with what you actually feel. No forcing yourself to think positive, no talking in circles, and no need to say every painful detail out loud. Tapping works on the emotional charge even when you keep the specifics to yourself.
We measure it. You tell me how strong it is when we start, and we check again as we go, so you're not left guessing whether anything moved. You'll know.
If the session doesn't feel worth it to you, I refund it. I don't think anyone should pay for a first session that did nothing for them. Just tell me, and it's refunded, no discussion.
One-to-one over Zoom, from anywhere in the world. I keep hours that work for clients in the US, Europe, and Austalia.
I work issue by issue rather than selling a fixed program. Many people get what they came for in a few sessions. Others are working with something longer-standing, and that takes more time — I'll tell you honestly which one I think you're dealing with rather than sell you a package you don't need.
You don't leave empty-handed. A fear doesn't wait for your next appointment, and breakup pain doesn't hit on schedule. So part of every session is teaching you to use tapping on your own: how to catch it early, what to tap on, how to bring your own charge down when the wave arrives. Clients tell me this is the part that changes things most — not that the fear got smaller, but that they stopped being afraid of the fear. Once you know you can bring it down yourself, the dread of the next time loses most of its power.
If you want to see whether this is a fit, book the free intro call and bring the one thing you'd most like to put down.
Tapping is a wellness approach, not medical or mental-health treatment, and it doesn't replace care from a licensed professional.
