“Supporting women through perimenopause's overwhelm, body changes, and identity shifts.”
6 years in practice
I work with women in the thick of perimenopause, the ones who feel like a stranger in their own body, who are more irritable than they've ever been, who catch their reflection and don't quite recognize who's looking back. Many of my clients are high-functioning, capable women who are used to holding it together, and are now finding that the usual coping strategies aren't working anymore. I help them out of survival mode and back into their own center and authority, building real capacity in the nervous system, so the ups and downs don't flatten them anymore.
A first session starts with space to actually be heard, most women haven't had anywhere to say the hard, honest version of what perimenopause feels like, let alone feel truly witnessed in it. From there, we identify what's most alive for you right now (rage, anxiety, grief, body image, identity loss, whatever it is) and use Conscious EFT tapping to work with it directly, at the pace your nervous system can actually handle — never rushed, never forced. We move through it on every level: the thoughts running the show, the sensations held in your body, and the everyday behaviors and patterns that have quietly built up around them. You'll leave with a felt sense of relief in your body, not just a mental understanding — and tools you can use on your own between sessions.
I work 1:1 with clients online, typically in 60-minute sessions, with a cadence that flexes to what someone needs, weekly during an intense stretch, less frequent as things settle. My approach blends Conscious EFT™ tapping with nervous system awareness, so we're not just talking about what's hard, we're actually shifting the physiological state underneath it.
Safety comes before change — always. Before we go anywhere deep, we make sure your nervous system feels steady enough to actually do the work, rather than pushing through in a way that backfires. From there, I work gently with the different parts of you that show up, each one doing its own thing, but at the root, mostly just trying to keep you safe.
I'm not chasing a dramatic before-and-after. Real change shows up first as small, quiet signals, a slightly softer thought, a moment of ease, and my job is to help you notice and build on those sparks rather than rush past them. I always keep your growth in mind, but I let your system set the pace. Slow, steady, and safe gets further than forced.
