Hi
I loved this interview. It was informative, and shows how we can make small changes for big results. One comment that really captured me though, is when Arianna shared her recurring dream of being on a train going home and that life is a series of scenes. You have a choice how you address those scenes. I thank Arianna for sharing.
Sincerely
Elaine
As far as waking up without an alarm, I have done it for years…even waking up what other people would call EARLY in the morning. I can still wake up naturally and feel ‘groggy’ or need a lie down just a couple of hours later. I don’t always have the luxury of being able to go lie down during the day
What’s up with that? and What do I do here?
Hi Mary. Great question. Arianna highly recommends 8 hours of sleep in the book because it lets you go through the various cycles of sleep for the deepest, fullest rest. If you find that you are getting a full cycle of sleep (8 hours or whatever you find your body needs) and you are able to wake up without an alarm, you may want to check in with your body and see what it needs during those groggy times. There are so many different aspects that can affect your energy so you may need to do some experimenting to see what helps you feel your best throughout your day. We wish you all the best!
