Deanna serves as Somatic Mindful Eating Mentor and Stress Management Coach. She works with clients who are tired of being stressed out and ready to do something out of the ordinary to gain freedom from the obsessive thoughts and/or compulsive behaviors. Deanna skillfully guides clients to liberate themselves and feel alive today ~ even in the midst of the chaos!
Deanna’s practice has a strong focus on somatic (body awareness) practices. In addition to EFT, she also uses Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Matrix Reimprinting, and Matrix Birth Reimprinting, and more. She also is an avid student of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work.
