The DVD is formatted in NTSC. NTSC works on many but not all international players. We have shipped thousands of DVD's international so far, and they've all played..

How do I take advantage of your guarantee?
Physical Programs:
If you have purchased a physical program from us, you are covered by our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. Simply send us an email or give us a phone call letting us know that you are unhappy with the program and we will give you return instructions. It is important that you follow these instructions. Digital Products:
If you have purchased a digital program, we have a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. Please remove all content from your computer and/or mp3 device and delete any links to access the program. Send us an email or give us a call letting us know that you wish to take advantage of the guarantee and we will refund your payment in full.

Tapping Insider's Club:
The Tapping Insider's Club has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee - If you receive your bank statement and realize that you haven't been using the club, please send us an email and we will verify that you haven't been using it and refund your money. If you have been a member for more than 30 days, we will be happy to give you the archives for any months that are not refunded.

"Store" Purchases:
Physical products available from TheTappingSolution.com are typically shipped within 2 business days if they are in stock. You may choose your method of shipping during the checkout process. Please verify and confirm the address that you enter, as that is the address to which the package will be shipped.International can take from 4 to 6 weeks to reach international destinations. If you need to receive it faster, we do have options available for Priority and Express Mail International.

Once you receive a notice of shipping, we are unable to change the address with the carrier. This is a notification that it has already been shipped. The shipping notifications contain tracking information so that you may track your package. We will reship one time only in case of an incorrect address and the package being returned to us. International can take from 4 to 6 weeks to reach international destinations. If you need to receive it faster, we do have options available for Priority and Express Mail International.

Event Purchases:
Physical products for Summit events are mailed within 3 weeks of the final day of presentations. Payment is taken immediately as you have immediate access to all digital content of your complete package. US packages are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted in comment box, and International Packages are shipped via USPS Priority International.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and / or taxes that may be levied by their local customs offices.
