So here are the 3 basic steps to take to start getting results in the app…

A lot of times, people don’t know what to pick because they don’t know where to start. First off, there is no wrong or right answer for where to start. Just trust your gut.
But to get you going, here are a few questions that can help:
What is the biggest issue that you’re dealing with right now?
What is the strongest emotion you’re feeling right now that you’d like to release?
What area of your life is causing you the most stress right now?
Use the answers to those questions to help you pick a topic. Here’s a gif that will give you a visual of what it looks like when you pick a topic in the app…
If you’re new to Tapping, you might be thinking, “But how do I tap?!”
If you want a visual you can watch this super simple 5-minute video to see how to do it.
Or you can jump right into the app and just tap with two fingers on each point of your body that lights up with a star during the tapping meditation. Simple as that. 🙂

So… super simple right? You just open the app, connect with whatever challenge you’re dealing with, and then tap along!

This really works. One thing I’ve always wondered – which hand do you use and which side of the body. I seem to remember some people using both hands at the same time.
Great question, Chris! The meridian points are symmetrical on both sides of the body, so you can use the left hand, right hand, or both hands at once to access the tapping points. 🙂
By the way. I appreciate all the advise and direction you give. It is extremely helpful. I am sure it takes a lot of work, but its key to helping me figure out what to do next, that, and Cathy Tapping who is a blessing and an Angel rolled into one. When i have finished paying for the financial workshop, i will buy the app. In the meantime, i am using the free ones, the ones in the financial workshop and any others I can find to keep tapping every day. I followed Dawson Church for 21 days to have a fresh tapping script; however, I stumbled upon one of your tapping meditations on breathing using Louise Hay’s book, and i have not been able to find it since. Can you tell me how I can find it again? I have tried and cannot get the tinnitus meditation to play, but I am using Louise’s book to create my own script for that. I’m not very good at creating scripts. If that sounds negative, i apologize, at the moment, its the truth.

Not at all, Mish. You can actually even close your eyes while tapping. It’s all about connecting to your emotions. 🙂
