This sleep meditation is a sample from our Tapping Solution App that’s now available to download.
I’m sharing this with you so that you can get a taste of what’s available in the app, along with hundreds of other Tapping Meditations from a wide variety of categories.
Sleep Support: Quiet My Racing Mind
.
After listening, let me know in the comments below what you think of this meditation.
Did you feel any shifts take place? How does your body feel after the tapping? Were you able to fall asleep easier?
I hope you enjoyed it, and please help me spread the word about The Tapping Solution App!
Until next time,
Keep Tapping (On the app!)
Nick Ortner
Your voice has the best and most consistent healing of any therapies including klonapin. I feel blessed every time I listen to you
Awww, thanks Madeline! 🙂
My mind quieted down half way through the meditation. I love the observation that my mind races because it believes that will keep me safe. That really rang true for me.
Great to hear how it helped, CRK. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Thank you, thank you Nick for this absolutely excellent meditation. I’m a long time insomniac, but I fell asleep long before the tape ended. I just found the iPad on the bed in the morning. I find it hard to exert myself enough to actually tap all the points as I relax, so after trying feebly to do so, I weakly tapped the karate point only until the Z’s took over completely. I had tried tapping on my own for sleep in the past, but the acceptance of and observation of the racing thoughts was great, put me into that other deeper state of presence beneath thought.
That’s so great to hear, Karen! I’m glad tapping helped to calm you mind enough to sleep. 🙂
Thank you so much..i have trubble tot keep met eyes open after tapping stopping my racing mind..it wrely brings my mind the now tot releaxe now..and park my worrys for the daytime, thanks i am going to have a great sleep now
Wonderful, Corine! 🙂
It didn’t put me to sleep. I was surprised – I thought it would. I’ll try again tonight.
It may take a few times of practice, NH, especially if there’s are patterns and habits of overthinking before sleep. But keep at it! 🙂
A feeling of serenity totally relaxed floating nice
That’s great, Eddie! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
Due to a medical disability, I can not use any wireless devices including smart cell phones- only wired computer (with emf grounding/shielding) and landlines phone. When are you going to accommodate people with Federal Government recognized disabilities and have an APP download for a PC (wired computer with emf radiation shielding)?
Hi Cathleen, I’m sorry to hear about your condition. We do provide tapping meditations through our blogs which can be accessed via PC. But right now, we don’t have plans to make an app for PC. But it’s something we can look at for the future. 🙂
Thank you Nick. It does help. For me it was your voice telling me my brain is doing what it thinks it needs to. When I have insomnia I normally beat myself up with negative self talk but for some reason hearing that my brain is doing what it thinks it needs to put a positive spin to my thoughts and I started to relax.
Perfect! That’s great to hear, Ginger. 🙂
Excellent, very, very effective. Thank you Nick.
So glad to hear it, Manon! 🙂
This tapping meditation takes you to a peaceful and tranquil place and has become an invaluable part of my pre-sleep routine. I am a 78 year old technophobe so I don’t really know my way round apps, so this “Taster” was perfect.
So glad to hear that it helped, Gary! 🙂
What if my sleep difficulty is related to anxiety and pain?
Actually the physical body pain is the “root” issue which then leads to anxiety which then makes it difficult to sleep.
The pain is from physical conditions that are real and have been diagnosed by doctors.
We have plenty of meditations for pain and anxiety as well, Diane. The best way to find them is to use the search function on both our blog post site and in the app. 🙂
Hi there, is the Tapping App free or is there a subscription?
Hi Marion! The app is free to download, and currently has free meditations from each category available. Upgrading your app with a paid subscription will unlock ALL of the meditations in the library (over 100), along with all future ones we add. 🙂
Beautiful and feeling very relaxed. x
Need a tapping for addictions Nick Ortner!
Thanks for the suggestion, Lisa! While we work on that, this little insight may be helpful. Nearly all addictions stem from some form of anxiety. The form of the addiction is a result of our life experiences. So if you find the source of your anxiety (or what was going in your life when the addiction first began) you can tap on that to release the anxiety. Many addictions will simply fall away, and your body will no longer crave it. 🙂
Very grateful to you Nick, and Jessica! I ran into your site almost by accident, but decided to give it a try. It has changed my life! This is the only thing that has ever really worked for me, and I’ve been looking for something a very long time! I have bought your book,”The Tapping Solution”, and Jessica’s “Create Lasting Change”, plus listen to you guys audios. Working on my tapping tree, and all the guidance I receive for you both. Will purchase courses when I can. Can definitely say I’ve slept better than I may ever have! Thank you very much.
That’s terrific, Sam! We’re so happy you found us and even more importantly, for all of the positive changes you’re experiencing. 🙂
as I do not have a smart or I-phone is it possible to access these as an mp3 – thankyou
Hi Susan! They are only available as an app right, but we’ll be featuring some as MP3s on our blog, like this one. 🙂
Once you have App loaded on your phone do you just buy different categories. I just want sleep support. How much do they run in cost thru I tunes?
Good question! Right now, the upgraded version simply unlocks the entire library of Tapping Meditations in the app. The different payment options are available to view in the Apple Store – we currently have a launch sale price for the annual upgrade that is $46.99 for one year. Don’t forget that you do get one free sleep meditation with the free version as well. 🙂
I love that you have apps available. When will they be available via other smartphones besides iPhones? Thank you.
We’re working on the Android version now, Donna. 🙂
Oh your voice was so soothing. I am falling asleep, must get to bed I am at my computer .Thank you
Thank you Nick I feel so well right now ! I’m so quiet and I don’t have any disturbing thoughts any more!really great meditation!
This was amazing…. I felt such a shift…thanks so much
Worked like a charm. My husband and I both fell asleep on the couch after listening. Thanks.
Did the sleep meditation last night and loved it! I’m looking forward to trying the app, love the idea of tapping meditations to add to my toolbox ?
I like the idea of not having to say anything. Very freeing! And facilitates deeper relaxation I think. Thank you!
From 1 to 3. Wow! Feel so much calmer.
I meant from 10 to 3!
I tried to download the App on my iPhone from the APP Store, but finger print was required, which was not accepted. Is there another way to download this App other than iOS device? Thanks for the calming sleep meditation. It brought tranquility and serenity.
Right now, it’s just available on the Apple store, Mary. But the Android version is in development. 🙂
I don’t have an apple phone. Will it work on my smart phone?
We’re developing the Android version (non-Apple) right now, Gwen. 🙂
When will the android app be available?
Thank you Nick. Very relaxed after tapping, it calmed my mind fast.
Calmer and more relaxed. My mind feel clearer.
our sweet dog passed away overnight and I miss him
do you do this tapping before you get in bed, in bed or do you have to get out of bed.
I think any of those options will work great, Kathy – whenever your mind is the most active and you need to calm your thoughts down. 🙂
What ever time of the day you have racing thoughts or feelings, this meditation will get you grounded in the present. I am shocked how calm and focused I am right now. Thank you so much Nick.
Thank you, Nick!
Going to sleep more peaceful now.
