    Thank you for this tapping meditation. I am a great believer in alternative โ€œmedicineโ€ for health issues. I have done acupuncture and practice TM twice daily. This back tapping is helpful for my back pain/inflammation although I am not sure personally about the money issue connection. I hurt my back on a machine in the gym. I do sometimes worry about money but not all the time and not when I originally hurt my back.

      It’s great to hear that it’s helping, Iris! One thing you may also wish to explore is any money issues or fears or limiting beliefs around support (mostly family) that may have happened sometime in the past, even during childhood. Sometimes these unconscious beliefs may become trapped in our bodies and resurface as an injury or physical pain. ๐Ÿ™‚

    I love how calm I get with any of your guided tappings. I don’t seem to do so well creating them myself. So I was happy to get the app on my Iphone. But I would really like to have it on my computer so I don’t use my phone minutes… is there a way? Also, what will the price be in a year when it needs to renew? Thanks for all your good work.

    I am doing this tapping meditatie for some days but it seems to get worser the pain in my lower back.
    How can that? What do I wrong?

        Thank you Nick! I don’t have issues with tapping. Maybe I do it not long enough so I can do it better two times in a row and I don’t write it down.
        There is still nothing coming up when I am tapping.
        What can I do about it?

        • Nick Ortner says:

          Whenever I work with people on stage for pain relief, I typically ask them something like, “If you could give your pain and emotion, what would it be?” And then have them tap on that emotion in that specific part of their body. Or you can also simply try tapping on how you feel about the pain. Give those a try. Sometimes pain can resolve quickly, and other times it may take longer. ๐Ÿ™‚

            Okay Nick I’ll try it. This morning I could tune in this feeling. I have to be more patience and go futher with this tapping meditation.

        Nick, I was happy to see your app contains a tapping for Tinnitus. Been a problem for years and nothing else has worked. I know you can’t address individual medical issues but the first time I did your guided Tinnitus it immediately got MUCH worse.
        Does this happen often with physical problems?
        Should I keep going or just let it alone? Thanks

          Hi Lauren! Tapping for physical issues is different for everyone. Sometimes, the shifting of our focus on specific issues can make them more intense, especially if we’ve become so used to ignoring them or tuning them out. While I can’t provide specific medical advice, I can say with certainty that tapping is a safe tool to use, and I know of no instances where it has caused any harm. ๐Ÿ™‚

    This was my first experience with a tapping meditation. I got a few vague flashes of this ‘n that during, but afterwards, I feel a lot of tingling as energy is beginning to move through this area of my body. Everything has eased up in here and there is a warm and good feeling now. Very powerful. Thank you so much for doing this.

    Thanks for this. Executing my mothers will which has been stressful because of a family member who has been suspicious that I have taken money from my mother even though they say to my face how much they trust me. My right lower back has been so tight as a result. I feel better and will do this tapping several times a day!

    My neck was so tight I could not turn my head. I listened to this substituting the word neck for back. I feel peace now, and you were right, I was worried about money for ongoing house repairs.

    I love tapping. I am always amazed at how the deep believes I have held are correlated to my physical body. I loved this meditation. The peace I feel in my body after this short tapping session is sweet….sweet peace. Thank you Nick for all you do in helping others to heal.

    Thanks so much Nick, this tapping was great, it was just what I needed as I have been struggling with back pain since last Sunday! It happens often when I am travelling, I have had for a long time lumbar disc problems and lifting weight aggravates it…. I am sure there is also an emotional component, right now I am very stressed because I will be going to my country which is in a very difficult situation,I am worried and anxious; on one hand I really want to be there with my family and on the other hand I am very afraid!

    Although I have always worried about having enough money and much more now that I am retired on a fixed income, I dont see the relationship with this especific back pain?
    But I will definitely tap for that worry about money that needs to be addressed, it makes me feel very anxious!

    I started with a 9 and went to 6, feel better and for sure I will do it several times a day! Thanks again, you are doing a great job

    a) I had encountered the connection years ago, and remembered it as “no being supported”, i’d forgotten the money connection (at the time, not a problem) — so THANK YOU FOR THE REMINDER, AND THE GREAT COMBINATION !!!

    B) WHAT ABOUT COLD ANKLES? my FEET are fine, mostly, but my ankles get “chilled”, like someone grabbing them, or a cold breeze blowing up my legs…

    c) how’s the ANDROID version coming? i’m so ready for it !!!
