    When anxiety occurs and you need the tapping exercise and are not in a place or position to listen and tap….just breathe, (like you said). I was taught to just stop and breathe deeply as many times as I needed. Honestly, for me “just breathing” helps so much that it has become a vital part of my day. This was taught to me when I took mediation lessons…tapping has become a ritual. So happy I found The Tapping Solution.

    One other thing, Nick,
    In this one, and in “5-Minute Anxiety Stopper”, you “hang out” on the collar bone for a bit extra- is there anything you can say about that? Thanks.
    And just to put it out there, I use tapping all the time now, and sometimes, it’s okay, and other times, it is utterly ridiculous the wins I get! I have found that the most vital bit for me is getting that first statement just right.

      That’s wonderful, Jud! When I tap (or record these tapping meditations) I just go with the flow. The collarbone point for me is very powerful for relaxation, but I think everyone has their favorite meridian points. πŸ™‚

    As always Your sincerity & dedication is soothing & so helpful. The anxiety I am struggling with is related to the 5g (5th generation wireless radiation tech deployment to cover the entire country without adequate, relevent safety guidelines). Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal has questioned the Telecom industries & they admit they’ve spent NO money on testing. The FCC has not updated their safety guidelines since 1996, even though there are MANY scientific studies showing biological risks with 5g & its inescapable radiation, especially for the unborn & young children. Every time I tap on this, it helps, but then I awake in fear the next day. Some spiritual leaders say our perceptions do determine our reality. Tapping can help me to reshape my perception to believe we will be safe anyway, so with your help, your amazing teaching ability with tapping, perhaps I will improve!!! Thank you! P.S., I have a first level EFT practitioner certificate; do you have volunteer possibilities for us?

    I have peripheral neuropathy. It helps me to relax and get my mind off. Some days I forget to tap but when I do it regularly it helps so much.

    I have the app but haven’t been using it. I didn’t consider myself having anxiety but this morning woke up weezing I did the exercise and I’m so shocked that I can take full breaths and weezing went away.

    I had had a stressful week and ended it being angry and rowing with my partner which I felt really bad about – I got 2 emails today one saying releasing anger is good for you and yours allowing me to release anxiety. Wow I now feel so relaxed and at peace – many thanks ?
