According to the Social Issues Research Center, the current media ideal for women is achievable by less than 5% of the female population.

8 out of 10 women are dissatisfied with their body. More than half see a distorted image of themselves.

Women are stressed and discouraged on a daily basis. Body confidence has simply vanished, if it ever existed.

    thank you so much jessica for everything you do! i found that changing my loyalty from lies i was fed which in turn, meant i was supposed to experience being unhappy unworthy and undeserving, to loyalty to myself and putting myself first and loving and respecting myself, my life completely changed and i was able to feel happy for the first time. we can see where our loyalty lies and to whom and what by looking at our experiences and quality of life. its not wrong to put yourself first and you must if you expect to have the happy love filled prosperous life that is our birthright.
