Releasing Stress and Anxiety Tap-Along

On Sunday, I went live on Facebook to tap on the stress and anxiety we’ve all been feeling over the last few days and I was amazed at the response I got!

In just a few days, the video has had over 2k shares and has reached over 200,000 people.

Not surprisingly, people are tuning in because we are all dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety at the moment and of course, Tapping helps! 🙂

So if you’re feeling stress and anxiety right now (which we all are), spend just 15 minutes to tap with me to release and feel better.

    I cannot listen to the meditation, there is just a blank on my screen where it should be. Maybe, because I am not on facebook?

    Hello Nic. I am here in the Winelands, Western Province, South Africa.
    I learned tapping from you through internet some 10 years ago.
    Today I learnt another valuable way of doing it: focussing on good and possitive thoughts while tapping in silence and giving attention to feeling in the body.
    I did not know about the wrist and top hand point. i like it.
    I was smiling when I completed the tapping with you. I feel good.

    I like the new tapping points and the fact that there wasn’t an actual script or specific dialogue that we had to come up with. Thinking healing, positive thoughts seems to help as well so thanks for sharing this different method. Very helpful in reducing my stress.
