God bless you Jess and Nick for this absolutely lovely tapping session!
A mix of grief and joy of love came before me and opened up tensions in my body, that turned into a feeling af gratitude and love.

  3. Diana says:

Thank you for this wonderful tapping…I lost my daughter in 2003 and now my husband of 16 years…I have not felt joy or happiness. I am alone and fine it hard to live everyday. Tapping has helped me so much making me feel calm with hope.

  4. Marie says:

Thank you all for this grief tapping meditation! Our daughter just lost her newborn baby to a heart defect and now has physical pain along with the emotional upheaval. I mentioned this meditation to her after I myself have been practicing it every day! and she is willing to tap 🙂 We also plan on tapping together for this sorrowful time! thank you all……

    • Nick Ortner says:

I’m so sorry to hear of her loss, Marie. Thanks so much for sharing Tapping with her. I know it will help. Big hugs! 🙂

  5. Malissa says:

I lost my Mom when I was 15. Today is the anniversary of her death. I am so thankful for this tapping meditation. I was searching for a script on Grief to help a friend, and didn’t know how much I really needed this today. I love how the Universe brings you just what you need. I went through the sequence a second time and switched the “what would they say to you” to “what would I say to them”. That was so important to me because every time I think of her death I get all choked up and can’t speak. I realize now that my Throat Chakra was developing while my mother was sick and died. No wonder I couldn’t express anything.
Thank you again, the work that you do is so important for everyone. we all have something that needs healing.

    • Nick Ortner says:

I’m so happy you found this meditation, Malissa. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful story. Much love! -Jessica

  6. Jean says:

Thank you again for this gift. I’m still struggling with loss of my son and I’m so grateful for this tapping exercise that helps me get in touch with and move through the pain. In my world everyone is afraid to talk about him and I feel I have to pretend he never existed. I am grateful he went peacefully and without pain. I just hope I can find peace.

    • Nick Ortner says:

My condolences, Jean. I think a lot of people are afraid to talk about past loved ones openly because they are afraid of bringing up sad memories. But what we can always do is celebrate a life and recall the happy memories of time spent together. 🙂

  7. Margaret Ireland says:

Thank you so very much Nick and Jessica for the “Releasing Grief” meditation. I so need it. My son passed on and then 18 months later my husband passed. I always felt guilty that I should have done more for them. I too wish its downloadable as I needed to do more of this meditation.

  8. Barbara Ellis says:

I lost my dad nine years ago next month and missing him is always there just not so raw as in the beginning. I am now caring for my mom who has had vascular dementia the past five years. Watching her decline is horrible. I grieve daily watching her. Where is the vivacious full of life fun loving mom I once knew. This meditation helped me SO much. I was at a 10 and ended up at four. I really needed the release! Thank you so much and for the work you do!

  9. Jean says:

Thank you for this incredible gift. Since losing my son I’ve been numb and stuffed my feelings down. Although it helped me get through the day, I know it’s now healthy. This tapping has helped me get in touch with my pain so I can work through it.

    • Nick Ortner says:

That’s wonderful to hear that you’re finding relief, Jean. I’m glad this meditation is helping. 🙂

  10. Benson says:

Thank you Nick and Jessica for the “Releasing Grief” meditation. I used it to help me with the loss of my 84 year old father last month. I have been frustrated with myself for not calling 911 sooner and for not continuing to do chest compressions when the two firemen arrived followed by the paramedics. My dad’s death was a horrific experience for me and affected me greatly. I have finally been able to relax with the “Releasing Grief” meditation.
It didn’t hurt as much when my late grandparents and late uncle passed away many years ago but it “REALLY”, “REALLY” hurts when it is the death of a parent. I will use tapping to deal with my other issues. Thanks again and keep up the good work Nick, Jessica and the staff at The Tapping Solution

Wish this could be downloaded. Some of us are unable to download the app. You used to share the odd meditation in downloadable format, now everything is through the app.

  12. Celia Fournier says:

Thank you, Jessica and everyone at The Tapping Solution, for making this wonderful audio for reliving grief. I lost my husband and soul-mate in 2007 and still miss him terribly. Though I have been to Psychologists and a Grief Therapist, I find that my find that my forward progress is very slow, I feel that I am failing at everything. Your work is a blessing! Love, peace and blessings to you all. Namaste

it is hard for people with hearing loss to follow as there are no captions.

    • Nick Ortner says:

Hi KP! Unfortunately, we don’t have captions built into the app at this time. It is surely one of the items on our list for future builds, though. 🙂

  14. Amber Stanley says:

Thank you for this wonderful tapping meditation! I’m a therapist/EFT practitioner/grief counselor, who has dealt with a lot of loss and grief both personally and professionally, and you’ve hit on many important notes in a beautiful way in this recording. How can I provide this meditation to my clients? I believe many would find great benefit from it.

    • Nick Ortner says:

I’m so glad to hear it, Amber! I’d say the easiest way to get this to your clients is to simply share this post with them. I’d also encourage you to share The Tapping Solution App with them as well, so they can experience this meditation as well as over a hundred others that they can surely benefit from. 🙂

  15. Barbara C Alaimo says:

Although it has been five years since my husband’s death. The pain of the loss is still there. It has caused me to not really move forward with my personal life. I have been active but for others; not looking to do things that would be good for me. I heard my husband saying, “I want you to be at peace; be happy and move forward.” I especially liked all the times I was told to relax my body. I think I have been keeping me tense and it has come out in physical ways including sciatica.

    • Nick Ortner says:

That’s beautiful, Barbara. I’m glad this tapping meditation is helping you. Big hugs! xo -Jessica

    Thank you.
