    I feel better I have to pass the exam that is one of my awful experiences that I have but after this I changed my mind I am safe and I should be aware of fear yes I am so much better.

    Nice quick session in the middle of the day! I wasn’t feeling overly stressed but as soon as we started yawning and other indicators started that I may be under more pressure than I thought. That was very nice to dial it down with the staffing session. Thanks!

    I was not really anxiety. But I had trouble breathing throug my nose.
    And the tapping helpt on that matter.
