Any tapping “scripts” out there for addiction. With such problems with addiction in our country, it seems that tapping would be a great resource. I have family members addicted to opiods. Thanks for any help.
Hi Karen! You may want to take a look at this post we have: A New Way to Accelerate Addiction Recovery
There is always an underlying cause for addiction, and many times it can be ingrained in the subconscious, which is why it can difficult to eliminate on your own (you may not even know it’s there!). I would certainly recommend that you encourage your family members to work with a practitioner, if they are looking for recovery.
I could not access From Overwhelm to calm tapping Meditation.
I could really use it at this time in my life.
Can you send it to me again?
I would really appreciate it!
Thanks for all the great tapping!!
Hi Rose. We are sorry you had an issue with the audio. You may want to open the link from this post in a different browser to see if that does the trick. We find that Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox tend to work well. If you continue to have an issue, please email contact@thetappingsolution.com so our customer service team can assist you.

Thank you so much for your gift of love through tapping. Having just lost a brother and now assisting my mother who is failing, the overwhelm and discomfort was so present.
Listening to the tapping process with Nick and bringing the overwhelm from a ten to a three was an amazing relief for me today. Blessings to all who continue this work.
Love,
GAil

The “overwhelm” meditation is really helpful. Do you have a meditation to help grief for the loss of a spouse?
Hi TG- sorry for your loss. This might help: https://www.thetappingsolution.com/blog/grief-hurts/

Sitting here with a protruded disk in pain, I wanted to scream at you “Get on with it NIck!!” I have been in agony for 4 days now. I have been blocked to tap, no words would come. So, suddenly, I realised that all it was, was being hopelessly overwhelmed. And that was it. I talked about stress before, but my feelings, pain wouldn’t budge. And here I am impatient as hell, doing this short tapping mediation anyway, hoping I could sit that long in one place and I am feeling a lot better!!!
Tapping has been my saving grace for many years, but now and then I need some help- it just came now! Thank you Nick!!!!
Thank you, it’s so beautiful!
this works SO WELL!!
I would love to see more CDs on these issues like Overwhelm to Calm CD
Got the one on stress that Jessica made it is great !!! I am sure others would
like them also, so when you need them you have them on hand.
Have been tapping with you for a couple of years now, It is so helpful
Thank you
This is exactly what I needed at this time. While going through the tapping, images popped into my head of exactly what I should do next and what my goal could be. Thank you for this.
Found the tapping meditation “From Overwhelm to Calm” very helpful – doing it daily. Would appreciate one on chronic anxiety disorder or something similar. xx
