Opening Up the Breath and Healing the Lungs Tap-Along

One of the symptoms of the Coronavirus is shortness of breath, but it’s not only those of us currently diagnosed who are having a hard time breathing.

For many of us, the fear, anxiety and overwhelm are tightening up our breath, weakening our immune systems, and making it harder for our bodies to heal.

Let’s remedy that together right now with this video tap-along.

Obviously, this is in no way a cure or treatment, and you should always consult your medical professionals, but if you have been diagnosed and told to stay at home, you’ll find this Tapping Meditation might just help you breathe a little easier.

    I remember when my church Unity, prayed collectively in the 80s that the Berlin wall would come down. It did. Our efforts as a collective are so important.     I have asthma and have been stressed about this respiratory virus. And being stressed makes my lungs tight. I did this tapping yesterday and my breathing was better than it had been in days. I’m so grateful. I’ll be repeating this one often.

    What’s just happened is truly amazing Today I woke up with a cough and feeling unwell like I could not get air into my lungs. Then I tapped with you for breathing and I have not coughed for the last twenty minutes.I thought I had the virus and have self isolated.     Did your breathing tapping exercise. In Australia. I’m alone and caught in my favourite mountain rainforest resort with a head cold and non stop running nose. Cutting trip short as I keep sneezing and my nose drips at the most embarrassing time. Tapping Exercise helped relaxed me. Couldn’t get my normal mindfulness to work. I think I was heading for an anxiety attack but now diverted: thank you. Keep tapping and I hope we were able to help others. Ps Queensland not in total social isolation and schools still open.

    Hi, Everyone, Back again after a great session yesterday. I’m currently suffering from hay fever, plus a bit of congestion still left over from something I had over Christmas, so the tapping to help with breathing is very necessary. Yesterday I went from a 5 down to a 2, and during the day I found I was able to take big deep breaths! Today – well, the hay fever’s kicked in again, but I was still able to go down from a 5 to a 2, and am hoping – and trusting- that during today I’ll be able to breathe better again like yesterday. Thank you, Nick! You’re a great blessing.

    Thank you so much Nick. I live in the U.K. and I am over 70. My age group are of course the 60s rebels and we will get through with more love and less materialistic attitudes. Already our government is finding billions of pounds to help people in way that has never been done before.     When we started I had a deep pressure in my lungs and a feeling of doubt. When finished the pressure was much less and the doubt was gone! I felt shivers thru my body when we did the collective healing. awesome! thank you very much!
