All of us are collectively going through a major challenge right now…
But challenge is not new for us as people. During normal times, people are fighting silent battles every day. Mental health battles. Physical health battles. Job losses, divorces, loss of life. The list goes on and on.
Although this challenge is daunting in scale, the reality is that this pandemic is not the last challenge that any of us will face in life.
But how do we become stronger and more resilient during these times of challenge? How do we make these times less emotionally draining? And how do we make it that these times propel us to move forward, rather than knocking us back?
I covered this exact topic and answered these questions in a masterclass for our Tapping Insiders Club called “How to Build Strength and Resiliency During Challenging Times.”
We’ve taken the masterclass out of the Club so that you can watch it here today:

Thank you Alex!! This was the first time I have tapped along with you, I was feeling So Overwhelmed, fear & uncertainty, I work in community healthcare, working closely with our vulnerable and feeling So responsible for them and knowing I have financial issues of my own to contend, not wanting to leave behind issues for my children, just generally heading down a rabbit hole of doom and gloom. Ur ten step process really helped put things into perspective – I know my reactions are human but didn’t know how to move through them to bring peace and calm, which I know is possible, so thank you SO much. I had tears of GRATITUDE at the conclusion of our last tapping. So much LOVE and GRATITUDE for u, ur family and ur work. ??. I plan to add Tapping to my daily dog’s.
ps I’m in NZ – the land of the long white cloud.
Thanks alex, feel good on long island, NY.
I feel calmer now

Thanks for this, I have been in depression and this supplement of tapping and this presentation have helped immensely. As a health care worker, this is especially important.

Alex,
You reminded me of who I am. You reminded me of the strength that lies within me. You reminded me that to focus on love and gratitude is not a naive response. Like you, I have been observing how people choose to deal with this uncertainty, myself included. I seek out signs that we will transform as a result.
I am living alone in a foreign country and there is so much fear among people that it seems I cannot block it from entering my being. Time alone is advised and though I am OK with it, I sometimes feel disconnected. The other day, I was feeling sorry for myself and I knew I had to snap out of it. So I thought–OK if no one is going to reach out to me, then I will reach out to THEM. So I just sent LINE messages to people I knew and offered support. I absolutely felt like that “leader” you mentioned in this session.
I agree with you. We have to remember past generations (people who survived WWII in Europe) and how they coped. We must find our strength. Because it is there. We have to choose something more powerful than fear–we don’t have to focus on it. I do believe we must acknowledge it and release it before we can make progress and tapping is the tool we can use.
Thank you for making this video available. Please know you made a big difference to my life today! Please take care of yourself because we need you!!
