    The fear and worry is about releasing those I love the most — 2 children, 4 grandsons, from all the ways they have not lived up to my expectations. They have faults that do trigger pain, fear and worry in me. This release helps me know what “right action” (the highest form of love), even if inaction, I need to take. Thank you.

    I been struggling with anxiety, fear and stress since this Corona virus surfaced. I went to the ER 3 Times Struggling to breath. Medical tests showed all was clear n good, even testing NEGATIVE for the Virus, being in isolation for 30 hrs waiting for the results with 9 nebulisation sessions to help me breath. I was given anxiety medicine and told, its stress related. I been home for 2 weeks, prefered to not take the Controlled Anxiety drug, but struggling to control my anxiety, I could feel my nerves all lit up and was manifesting as headaches n tingling sensations in my legs. The 1st 5 minutes of listening, I started to cry, overwhelming flood of tears, yes fear of losing my health, income,home, etc uncertainty as we all are experienceing globally.. Through the Meditation, Tears kept flowing out.. I went from a 9 to 2 finally feeling oxygen going into my lungs.. Please explain to me why I became so emotional… with the release of tears n all that emotions. God Bless you, you have helped me, clear that constricted breathing that took me to the hospital 3 times.. Will continue with this and hope I never have to take those anxiety pills, to get through this.. Thank you God Bless You… I know first hand how debilitating these emotions are. Be safe.

      Thanks for sharing, Shehnaaz. Crying during tapping is just the body’s way of showing how much emotion we’ve really been holding onto. Fear, anxiety, uncertainty, worry, etc. can really take their toll on our bodies. When we give ourselves permission to actually acknowledge how we feel, and then release these emotions while tapping, the tears can be very liberating. It’s a good thing. I’m so glad to hear that these tapping meditations are helping. Big hugs! πŸ™‚

    I’ve been listening to this several times now in the past month or so; I can’t seem to do tapping on my own, need these guided ones. Your voice is so calming, something I need. Trying so very hard, I choose peace. I’m elderly and alone. I appreciate so very much your work. Thank you.

    Thanks so much, Nick. I have an arrhythmia problem that makes me anxious over the possibility of ice storms in winter. This is connected to childhood safety issues. I will continue to do your meditation until I am on top of this. Very helpful today! Love!

    Thank you so much. Once more, it came in at the right time. I’ve been living in fear for over a year now. My health has been deteriorating even though I’ve been under the care of a very good and caring practitioner. I’m trying to calm the worrying with the: Tapping for anxiety, every day but I realize the fear pattern. After this Tapping to release fear, I felt some relief and want to download it to my phone but It keeps saying: Something went wrong and it’s coming from the Tapping Solution app. Don’t know if you can help.       Hi Louise, that’s so great to hear! This meditation is taken from The Tapping Solution App and I don’t believe it can be downloaded from this post. To download meditations from the app to listen to when not connected to wifi requires an upgrade to the premium version. πŸ™‚

    What a huge change I felt from the extended tapping exercise!
    My constant fear and worry, of being trapped in an irreconcilable situation for the rest of my life. I can hardly believe it..went from a β€œ9” to a β€œ1!!”
