Before you begin
What’s one thing you’d still love to experience?
It might be a place you’d like to see, a friendship you’d like to make, or something you’ve always wanted to learn. Choose one possibility and keep it in mind as you solve. At the end, we’ll come back to it together.
Eight clues to solve, followed by a reflection and an optional tapping pause.
Fill the crossword, one clue at a time. Type the whole word in the answer box. Correct answers fill the grid automatically and give you crossing letters. You can choose any clue from the list or tap a square to switch.
Solve all eight to read your reflection. If you get stuck, “Reveal a letter” will help you along.

What if one of your favorite memories hasn’t happened yet?
Think of a memory you love. Before it became part of your story, it was an ordinary day you hadn’t lived yet. You hadn’t met that person, heard that laugh, or realized that this would be a moment you’d want to keep. Your future memories may be arriving just as quietly.
In the crossword, you didn’t need all eight answers to get started. One answer gave you letters for another. Life is less predictable, but there’s something useful to borrow from that: you can take a small step before you know where it will lead. An invitation can become a conversation. A first class can become something you love.
Now return to the possibility you thought of at the beginning. You don’t have to turn it into a grand plan today. What would give it a little more chance to happen? Your next chapter might begin with something as ordinary as sending a message or choosing a date.
