I’ve been working on my next book, The Tapping Solution for Pain Relief, due out in April of 2015. Before then, Jessica will be bringing you The Tapping Solution for Weight Loss and Body Confidence, published by Hay House and released this coming May.
I know how busy everyone is these days, so today I thought I’d share some “bite-sized” bits and pieces of info that you might find useful for your life. Let me know what you think and if you find this format helpful. 🙂

If you want to stand out in the world, prepare to have SOME critics. Especially in this day and age, where everyone online has a voice and can easily spend 30 seconds ranting about what they don’t like about you, it’s going to happen!
And that’s OK because if you’re aligned with your purpose, with your message, with what you want to accomplish in your life and the world, you can see the criticism as a solid example of the fact that you’re getting out there. You can also use tapping to clear this fear of criticism.
Here’s an easy way:
1. Imagine you are out in the world, the way you want to be. That might mean your book is published, you’ve got that promotion, you’re doing whatever it is you most desire. Imagine it fully and feel it in your body.
2. Pay attention to the “oh, ohs…” that come up when you have this vision. You might see people criticizing you (or it could be a different issue altogether). Tap through the points, simply imagining your goal coming true, and whatever tension or stress comes up in your body when you do so. Keep tapping, imagining, feeling it, until you feel the resistance clear.

In what is sometimes considered by outsiders of our “woo-woo” world of healing, we know intuitively the great influence that our ancestors can have on our current experience.
Now science is telling us we’ve been right all along! Use this knowledge to your benefit, tap to clear out genetic imprints!
This means that if you know your mother or father had a particularly traumatic experience or time period of fear, scarcity, anxiety, or whatever else, you can tap to clear that from your body. Play with it and let me know what you experience!
It’s OK if you don’t know the exact details, just guess at what they may have experienced, guess based on what you know and see what happens. 😉

Writing a book and having it do so well is obviously incredibly personally fulfilling, but I think my favorite part is seeing these foreign translations come in! It’s just outright fun!
I never know what the cover is going to look like, what language is next, but I get these little treats in the mail and can imagine people around the world sitting down, reading the book, and tapping.
Here’s a picture of the Bulgarian and Czech editions.
This past weekend in Newtown, CT, Dr. Lori Leyden, director of the Foundation, and our lead trainers Jondi Whitis and Jade Barbee, led 27 people through a 2-day training on EFT.
We’ve trained over 150 people directly involved in helping people heal from the tragedy, but this group was an especially powerful one, including a CT state trooper who is going to bring it back to his colleagues, a teacher from Sandy Hook Elementary who is implementing daily tapping in her classroom, local psychologists and psychiatrists and more.
It’s thrilling to see that tapping is being accepted in such a profound way by the community.
In 2014, we’ll be sharing more resources with you as to how to bring tapping into your communities, including information on pilot programs in schools we’re currently running (and how you can run them as well), our work in prisons, and much more. Yes, snowy winter days are ideal for writing, and hyour email came in right as I was about to settle down and work on my book. But I found the teasers from your book so on target, that I wanted to congratulate you and offer this insight…and hope…to those who may be skeptical about tapping.
I had major, double, quasi-emergency surgey this past year, shingles, mini-collapsed lung, and a life-long emotional truma come to a head all within 6 months–oh, and a 15-year relationship ended too, lest I forget. Tapping, recommended to me by my family practice doctor, helped get me through. I had too many decades of pain to clear; I never thought it would work. But how it did work! Not only can I walk again, but I do so with pride and confidence because I have a tool that I can use at any time to fend off the free-floating anxiety that can plague us–tapping! It works, it works it works. You have nothing to lose. DO it in the privacy of your room, keep at it, and you will find yourself almost automatically using the technique when troubles–or even joy–arise. If we all tapped, there would be so much less sickness…emotional and physical. It has helped me heal ohysically and emotionally, and deal with aging and self-image. Please, tap… it is a godsend.

Thanks for the format, which really helps those of us trying to stay up-to-date on lots of topics. Also wanted to thank you for your book, The Tapping Solution. During my motivational workshops for hospital teams, I do a brief overview of tapping and we do one tapping session as a group, but that’s all of the time I have to focus on it, so I give the book out to teams to start their resource library. I’ve already “recruited” several new “tappers” through that process and nothing pleases me more! Thanks much!

Helpful format, thanks. Brevity is always my choice. To headline each topic with a couple of sentences, and offer the options of reading further or not would be another refinement I like.
I think bit and pieces are a valuable strategy. Especially when the mailbox is overly full and
ones ‘quota for emails’ is exceeded. A quick read is good.

Thank you Nick. I like your bits and pieces format, especially the information about tapping for our ancestors. I’ve heard that my father’s father died when my father was 12 years old and know how that must have impacted his life. I will tap for my father and his family to clear the trauma from this loss in 1936. Knowing that the healing moves up and down the timeline into my life and into the future. Ahhhhh…

I delight in hearing about the “established” communities that are accepting and promoting Tapping. The message is spreading and it is becoming so much more Main Stream. The Bits & Pieces format is great to make as a priority to read through! We are eager to see both Jessica’s weight loss book and Nick’s pain relief book come out. While I REALLY appreciate that your requests for donations do not flood our mailboxes, I have a question. Will you again be offering people the ability to make humble donations to help the books’ releases along? I had hoped to be able to do so in the Oct. 2013 Pain Relief conference and while it won’t make a dent in your production costs, it would make me feel good to contribute.
I love the new format. Easier to pick and choose what you would like to read first. It is very exciting to see the book in different languages. Tapping is such a cool healing tool and it is fun to see how wide spread and mainstream it is becoming…keep up the great work !!

When I was first exposed to tapping a few years ago, I was wanting to be able to share it with everyone because it was so great! But everyone still thought it was crazy, and my enthusiasm about sharing it waned. I’ll be glad to find out how other people are sharing it!

Congratulations on your book being translated. Thank you for sharing! I enjoyed reading bits and pieces. I had watched the Smithsonian magazine’s top genius pics and one was a gentleman talking about epigenetics which I heard from here with Bruce Lipton! Amazing! I also read Iylana VanZant’s Peace from Broken Pieces which gives me that same idea. I love knowing that TAPPING will help fix all of these out of flow things. As always, Nick, you’re on to something great with this format. I guess it is the southern girl in me, but “tapping tidbits” came to mind also. Love your words about preparing & dealing with critics. I was in hotel management for many years, had a great mentor who once told me “no matter what your decision, you’ll always have some who don’t like it & will cause you grief”. Sure wish I knew about tapping in those days….that’s an ipportunity for me now to bring to those in leadership roles. Love your insights & very grateful for you as a lightleader!
The Bits and Pieces approach is great and allows most people to read everything. Long, detailed pieces force a lot of people to quickly skim through, missing out on some of the essential information.
I like the new format of Bits and Pieces. It is easy to go back to a particular subject you want to view again. It isn’t cluttered . . . I LIKE IT!

Love the info. I am new to tapping – and when I read about it I want to do it. I know the tapping points well enough now, yet stil stuggle with what to say.
