I absolutely loved the e-book! I keep it open on my desktop so I can re-read it as often as possible. I am so grateful to have found EFT and the "tryit.." site in particular. As I have been on my own spiritual journey lately, for a variety of emotional and physical reasons ( which I realize now are one and the same). But in doing so, I have inundated myself with so much material that I've become somewhat overwhelmed. But the e-book is presented in a manner that is very accessible, and enjoyable to read and digest... much of it really 'hit home'. So thank you for the e-book, and the follow up..
