Tapping World Summit – Day 5 Update
.
Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, I get another wave of emails with people having amazing breakthroughs from each of the sessions!
What I love hearing is when people say, “I didn’t think this session applied to me, but I listened to it anyway and had a huge breakthrough!”
Please continue to share your results with me. To make it easy, we’ve setup this blog post where you can post your results and comments along with any questions you may have.
We’ll take all your tapping related questions and answer them in a special audio at the end of the summit.
Right now, you still have time to catch Dr. Patricia Carrington and Rick Wilkes on stage. And tonight, Brad Yates and Gwenn Bonnell join us with two fascinating topics, Healing the World and Healing our Pets!

hello, i just wanted to share with you an experience involving tapping on money that i had today. i tapped to ask that there would be enough money to get the notebooks i needed to run my spiritual circle tonight after i got the tea bought for my children and they delivered in quite an unexpected way! ok so i got to the cashpoint and there was no money in my bank account i thought ok so maybe it didnt work, maybe i did it wrong, i get to checkout with the food that i needed to buy and had £1.20 left after paying, id already worked out that i needed £5.18 to pay for what was needed for the circle. i was a bit deflated then i did something i never do, i bought a scratchcard, now im have never won anything in my life but i was so fed up i thought this last money is of no importance i might as well, and guess what i won £5 so they gave me what i needed but not in the way i expected, i just thought i would share that with you. they really do listen!!

I have only been tapping for a month but I do think it is an amazing tool. These seminars have been so enlightening and I will absolutely use the information…and yes taking notes helps. Thank you for organizing this.

Question:
How would one use EFT for animals, specifically emotional horses? For example I have an 8 year old TB trained on track 6 years ago, injured at track, not raced. The injury has not affected his soundness. How can I use EFT to calm him? He has come along way however he is still more fearful than I like and therefore is a danger to himself and dangerous under saddle.
Thank you

Nick, thanks for the lecture by Pat Carrington, I have been tapping for around a year now. I have had many shifts and am a much calmer, happier person than I use to be. Listening to Pats’ lecture and bonus on choices was great but when I went to bed and did the choices notebook, I had the most amazing night of sleep and awakening in the am, that I have ever been able to remember in my entire life. I want more, what a wonderful sense of being in the NOW! Thank You

I just caught Pat Carrington’s day 4 lectures and really regret missing the first three days — I had the flu, but should have remembered to do it anyway.
Will this event be repeated? I’d love to download the lectures for the first three days.
Thank you,
Carole

Hi, I listened last fall – and knew I wanted to listen again. And this time, 3 people I know are also listening. It’s so valuable, what you are sharing.
What has touched me most so far? 2 things. From today: Pat Carrington’s Golden Nuggets. I am going to make paying attention to those and “tapping them in” part of my daily routine. Then, from a couple of days ago, Judy Byrne’s Stilling the Critical Voice. When I was tapping along, the part about thanking the voice and asking it to help in a different way brought up tears. I still don’t know quite why – but I do know that stilling the critical voice is something big for me.
Tapping – this is an amazing resource.

Hey Nick—I listened to the replay of Dr Carrington this morning, on the choices method. The part about using previous good memories and tapping them into the present for use with the law of attraction. I had been in a rut as to how to kick off my speaking to people this year and teaching as many people as I can reach. I used the technique this morning, and here just a few hours later I have the plan outlined and am putting it into action today. Buy the tomorrow I will have booked 3 speaking ingagements at 3 different colleges, and another at a local natural healing club, and that’s just the start! I will be adding this technique to my EFT presentation. Have a good one—Rev John EFT-ADV

Good morning! I just wanted to offer my comments on last nights tapping session with Rick Wilkes on childhood trauma. I found the session very revealing for myself. I have had multiple childhood traumas, and he pointed it out that when there ARE multiple, or long periods, of trauma that perhaps professional coaching is the way to go.
As I sat there listening to him, and taking my mind back to one (or more) of the childhood trauma instances, which were very clear in my mind, I realized that my stomach was hurting, I was sweating profusely, and that tightness in my chest was overwhelming. I then realized that I go through that same anxiety – same feelings – every single day of my life, for one reason or another.
The revelation for me that I now know why or where that is “frozen” in my energy channels, gives me so much to think about and to work on.
I cannot imagine a day in my life of feeling calm and in control of my emotions. On the outside, no one would ever know that I have this internal turmoil. So, my quest is to try and deal with this.
It’s all on the surface for me now, as most of my trauma is related to my father, and he recently passed away.
So I believe my “journey” has finally begun, for me to get better.
I live in Vancouver, and am wondering what coaching professionals are available in my city.
If you, or Rick, can point me in the direction of further assistance, I would be very grateful.

Hi, I am having a wonderful time listening to the EFT live. I am in London and I am a trainee hypnotherapist. I am going to do an EFT training next month,so this is being of invaluable help.
One of the most useful things I have learnt so far is that you can’t say anything wrong as long as you really and sincerely express your feelings. Also the Positive Tapping has been quite a revelation and I am experimenting with that. The Law of Attraction applied to EFT I heard today was just amazing. I am looking forward to more gems and of several more hours of entertaining and memorable teaching……….thank you all!

I think this week I am learning 500 percent more about tapping than ever. It is amazing how the speakers go trough the different issues. We all know than it works, but sometimes we want to know how other people do the things, and that opens you a lot of opportunities, for better tapping. The service is ok, “I think is more useful with video, next time maybe with skype can be more helpfull) but it is ok now. The time runs fast, sometimes you want to stay and go deeply in that issue but I understand that is a procees for practice.
Thank you and congratulations for the speakers.

Hi Nick, I have listened to all the recording over the past few days and I have to say they have been excellent. Pat Carrington’s message was very powerful one for me, as in the past I have had a slight difficulty tapping on the negative rather than the positive.
I feel in a much better place knowing I can go for the positive element using `The Choice Method’.
Carol Look, Judy Byrne and Margaret Lynch, together with Pat Carrington, have all been outstanding. And very impressive too have been Jessica’s pertinent questions – all in all a total success.
Thanks so much to you and Jessica for organising such a wonderful World Summit. I am thrilled to be part of it.

WOW! Each session is opening up wonderful new avenues of thought and healing. Every session has something unique and special. Day 4 has brought amazing healing to me in knowing how to heal childhood trauma. And Pat Carrington has touched upon the very foundation of living in heaven everyday. Her method of utilizing golden moments to bring inspiration and anticipation of goodness into our present life…to the very moment of BEING is what I call living in the eternal moment and in that moment we find life and health and wholeness and we enter into the presence of all that God is and all that He’s destined us for. Thank you Nick so very much for all the effort you have gone to to put this tapping summit into being. Thank you Jessica for your excellent questions and for being a great host to each session.

Hi Nick,
Thank you so much for providing a blog for me to express my gratitude for the 2010 World Tapping Summit which you have provided for everyone. I have learned so much with each and every session thus far. I am sharing my new found knowledge with family and friends and tapping with them. I have been in the Corporate Training World for 42 years. With this new avenue of knowledge, I am inclined to spend the next 40 years helping people with tapping their issues away. Currently, I’m am bringing the best of nature back to mankind through representing Univera products which will help me live the 40 plus more years I plan to spend on this earth.
I have two questions for you. How does one become an EFT Coach and where can I see the video, The Tapping Solution.
Thanks for all you do,

I have been tapping for years now and still find every speaker fascinating. Just wanted to share one of the things that happens with me some times when I have cleared blockages is the healing crisis type scenario. I get physically sick with a bug type thing. It has happened with other spiritual energy moving high level teachings and powerful movements of my energy field. It happened again this morning and the old tapes of feeling bad on top of feeling bad because it happened again. This gave me an opportunity to tap on the healing crisis sick feeling and I went back to other times as has been suggested in this years summit. I tapped on the child that was sick, the teenager, the young adult, the employee, all me and did a negative round then a positive round.
So if you get sick, don’t feel well, it is just part of your karma or the make up of you that has given rise and can now be cleared.

It’s been an incredible Summit, team, thank you for putting it together! I couldn’t join on the first day because of the server crash, but listened to Carol Look’s segment the next day. And have been listening since. Yesterday, totally out of the blue, I received a small refund check for something I didn’t even remember doing. I remember the feeling of delightful surprise when I got it. (Interestingly enough, every day when I open my mail box I ask: any checks in the mail today?) Yesterday there was one. So when I listened to Pat Carrington’s “I want more of this feeling of…” I immediately thought of my delightful surprise. Coincidence? Well, let me just say that I’m open to the idea that was coincidence…
Thanks again for this incredible opportunity, guys! It is truly awesome! Chrys

Thank you Nick and thank you for all those who spent energy for this wonderful summit.I live in Romania and I just found out about EFT a couple of months ago…so I can say,I’m brand new here.Even if I’m tapping for so short time, I already feel different.I am more confident, more calm and much more in harmony with myself.Tapping brought up to me memories that I thought lost, feelings that I never knew I had.
I’d have a question…is it wrong,to tap the same day for different issues? or…should I solve problems one by one?
Thank you again!World is a better place with people like you all.

Hi to all of you wonderful people at The Tapping Solution!!
Ok, I just want to say how grateful I am to have this opportunity. I am learning and growing every single day in insurmountrable ways. It’s amazing.
A few things I would like to get more information on.
#1. Tapping for kids, Is this something we would soley do the surrogate tapping? Is there already a protocol on how we could teach this to children?
#2. Is there any way you can expand on how we could go about making Tapping a career (helping others heal
…my dream come true!
I deeply appreciate any expansion on either of these two topics.

Last night sessions were very interesting and helpful. I love the fact that we can actually tap in positive. This seems to work for me. I was in a great mood when I was done and felt I could attract anything I wanted to.
The session on trauma made me realize I had some issues I didn’t realize I had. Will work on it though. Can’t wait for tonight.
Thanks,

A thousand kudos to Jessica for her outstanding interviews. She makes it seem
so easy, but I know it is not. She gets everything covered in the given time;
she keeps the interviewees on track while she gives them ample room to espouse
favorite stories, and she makes sure there are summaries and that what is
promised gets, in fact, covered. She is definitely gifted and this summit
would not work any where nearly as well as it does with her capabilities. So
kudos and deep, deep gratitude go to her!

Hello. And thank you.
I was introduced to tapping by Margaret Lynch. Then two computers and an external hard drive died, so I have only just begun to engage in real terms. On Day 1, during Stacey Vornbrock’s presentation I realised that the appalling cramp I’ve had since childhood together with the rapidly spreading arthrosis I have now had locked my entire body up into trillions of billions of cell receptors full of chemicals fighting to protect me from the original traumas and reflections of them! I also realised that such blocks must directly affect the extraordinary monetary situation in which I’ve always found myself. I wrote down, ‘ No fight, but Flight and definitely Freeze’ – and ‘as Protection from Rejection’.
So instead of intoning, ‘Even though I’m holding this trauma in every cell, muscles, tendons, ligaments etc etc. of my right hand side big thumb’, it had to be just ‘my entire body’!
My doctor, on the phone, quickly established that this morning’s serious vomiting & headache with no obvious reason had to be a virus, but I suspect it may well have been quite a few toxins being released as a result of some serious tapping.
Anyway, my maladyhas kept me from hearing Day 3 – sadly including Margaret Lynch’s session – but (still sick) I’ve tuned in to Day 4, which was totally in accord with my thoughts. Rick Wilkes used the exact same words I’d written down in his description of childhood trauma. Pat Carrington’s session on the Law of Attraction was very interesting, although my journey seemed to suggest that a naturally cheerful and light vibration, when coupled with big-time childhood trauma, produced an interesting (and often painful) hybrid situation for the whole family.
As an astrologer I see an excellent possibility of seeking out positive rather than negative manifestations of quite specific personal situations through tapping. Unfortunately, I doubt if there’s time for me to do it myself. I can’t see my health has much of a chance of recovery in the face of the entire mess the blockages have created over 72 years! I have to say it was a long time coming into view.
Still, I’ll do my best to be true to my self unblocked. And I wish everybody the huge good fortune which is due to them from their excellent efforts. The planet needs your great energy and intention – and tapping certainly seems to be capable of a positive social upheaval if we can heave it far enough!
Now back to bed!!
Best wishes to all, Jill Phillips: an Englishwoman in Italy.

Hi, I followed the Tapping Wolrd Summit 2009 with enthusiasm and I’m thrilled about the 2010 one! I’m just letting you know how powerful Rick Wilkes’s talk was for me! He was spot on about the “freeze” effect and I’m so amazed at how important clearing old traumas really is in order to move forward in life! Strangely I was more focused on conferences on wealth and business and anything to do with my future but I’m really glad I listened to that conference now! Thanks for bringing it to me!

Hi Nick, I’ve enjoyed all the speakers so far. The combination of Rick and Pat was sublime. Learning how to tap on trauma and to release them. And then to learn how to choose more of what you want to feel from Pat, was just great. I’ve had many moments of shifting while listening to Rick and Pat. Thank you both for the new information which has taken me to the next vibrational level I’ve been longing for.
Thank you Jessica for your sharp questions.
Thank you Nick for organizing such a wonderful Summit. I am so grateful …

Here’s a weird one for you. At least I hope no one else had this experience. I am very new to tapping, only starting right before the summit.
) After calling 911 I knew that I had to be calm for my grandson. (I had him waiting in the car while I checked out the house.) So I tapped. I didn’t know if it would work or what to say so I just started tapping on stress and being violated. Went a couple of rounds on that and all my emotions. Then started tapping my thank yous. Thank you that the dogs were not hurt, that no one was home, that they didn’t take my new laptop…….. It worked! I remained calm for my grandson, for the police reports and for cleaning up. In fact I’m still calm about it this morning. Angry, but calm.
In the mornings I attend school with my 6 year old grandson who has some pretty extreme anxieties. We returned home about 1:30 to find that the house had been burglarized. My dogs are gated in the kitchen while I’m gone. The people must have seen that and so they kicked in the front door – deadbolt and all. They took all of my jewelry which I had collected from around the world and the 2 jewelry boxes that held it. Funny thing is they left all my earrings – a much larger collection
Thank you so much for putting all this info out there for the world to use. Can’t wait to hear the rest of the presentations. I will definitely keep tapping!

This has been such a wonderful experience for me. Thank you. I have loved every session there has been. Critical voices has had a special meaning for me, because of the critical things said to me by some family memebers who have their own issues. Just because someone calls you a chair, doesnt mean you are one. I also loved Pat Carrington. It reminds be of the story of Jabez. Ask and it shall be given. Thank you for all these wonderful sessions.
Comment by Elaine — February 25, 2010 @ 4:10 pm
I’m glad that Ive listened to these sessions, I have tapped along with the topic and I’d thought that tapping was limited to just a few statements before but not I think that this may be something splendid, I do feel lighter. I have some deep issues with with the cult I lived in for the past 20 years and nothing seemed to help me overcome my loneliness and my aloneness, losing my friends and most of my family too. But this seems to makes me feel less concerned with all the stuff from the past.
I wish I could afford the whole deal but for now-this is what I’m being sent and I’m thanking the Higher Spirit for it-truly grateful.
I hope that we will be able to obtain some of the ‘extras’ later on down the road-I’d like some more statements to use-these have been truly helpful-now i have something else to say to myself. That inner voice-I’m gonna get the better of her-thanks
From Louisiana-thanks

I’m tuning in to the summit from Malmö Sweden, thank you so much for making this kind of inter-active event so that we who live outseide the USA can benefit also! I am overwhelmed by the efficiency of tapping along to the calls as well as the wisdom and knowledge of the speakers. This is really such a great gift, I feel so very blessed to have found your event. I thank you with all my heart for putting it together. And thanks to Jessica for having the gift for asking the most pressing question.

First, if you or someone checks my website please realize I am new at doing such a thing. I hope there is something there you can use even tho it is underconstruction. It was fun doing just the little I have done there.
Second, let me say thanks for the access to such an interesting event – imagine a viritual summit.
Finally, the two presenters who went on and on, stating over and over, possible negative self images (in particular the one about one not thinking one is good enough)… I couldn’t finish listening to either one of them. To have those negative thoughts repeated so frequently in their presentations was just too hard to take. It’s like an attorney saying something that the judge then tells the jury to ignore; like that’s really going to happen.
I think the secret is to tell people what you want them to do, not what they should not do, or spend so much time spelling out an underlying belief one is trying adjust.
Thanks again. Peace, Love and Justice

Hi Nick/Jessica
Dr Pat Carrington’s golden nuggets idea is just brilliant. Life is a series of moments/experiences joined together.
Firstly we need to recognise the nuggets and secondly focus on them. This allows more of them to be attracted to us as we recognise and welcome them
One thing I recall hearing and would like confirmation of – a positive thought is hundreds of times more powerful than a negative thought. If this is the case then we can have say fifty negative thoughts and one positive thought just negates all of them. This seemed relevant during her talk when she was answering a question from Jessica on negative thoughts. Makes me feel unconcerned when negative thoughts appear

Hi there,
I have to say I am stunned by this!! I am a little behind & I am currently in the middle of day 4 green room & feel I have to leave you a message
Just did the tapping along with Pat Carrington & had a strange reaction to it. It gave me a huge smile & I actually had a couple of tears of joy. Can you explain this ?? this is great by the way.
The first session was brilliant & I have identified 6 or 7 possible reaqsons as a child for what has brought about the way I am at the moment.
Just to let you know I am totally new to this stuff but you have already solved 1 or 2 problems on day 1. my wife is gonna be happy that I am not going to monitor her spending as closely now anyway as I just dont feel worried about money anymore. I have been out of work for 2 years & so naturally worried about money but now I realise that there are peole far worse off than me in the world & my money worries are small compared to theirs.
As soon as I get a job you can count me in for signing up for more. Lets hope thats sooner rather than later.
Sorry for the long message just felt I had to let you know how grateful I am
kind regards
Martyn

Judy Byrne’s and Pat Carrington’s sessions have been most helpful to me. Thanks so much. Jessica asks such great questions — she has a great pulse on what the listeners are thinking in their minds. I know she could be giving the lecture herself.
At the beginning there was a person on with Carol Look. She worked with atheletes, I think. I started listening to her and got distracted and could not go back and it was gone. Please give me her name if you read this and it makes sense about whom I am speaking. Thanks.

WOW, Pat Carringtons discussion was just so incredibly powerfull and informative. I am so inspired to pass on the idea of the little book to write in every night, to give direction to the law of attraction!! I intend to use it as of today and pass in this valuable information to all my friends. It so put the law of attraction into a clear usable perspective. Thank you Pat soooo much for sharing all this with us. Bless you Uta

Wow. Great timing thank you. As a single mum this has been awesome to be able to tune in from my home and to be given this experience – thank you.
I have just recovered from a majorily stressful experience with my 5 yo sons father, which has made me stronger, and with health issues that I am now able to cure.
Eating an abundance of raw food has left me so much energy and I am excited how everything is coming together how I needed it to for my body mind spirit.
This tapping world summit has been such a fantastic resource and learning and healing in my life right now and I feel I can go back to being (and believing in) the great mum and therapist that I am! (After a bit of distraction and grief that did make me stronger but that I no longer need to attract.)
I feel like the speakers are in my room, and it is as if I am relating to Jessica and the speaker on some level. I guess we all are.
Thank you for spreading the Peace in the World for us and our children’s children.

Hi, a question: has either of you – Nick or Jessica – been on Oprah? If not, I think you should somehow get there – you are fabulous for popularizing tapping. I’m not the right person for getting you there – sorry or I would love to do it. But anyway, I hope you get an amazing breakthrough getting tapping even way further into the world. Thank you for all you have done and are doing, as well as thanks to the excellent people you are interviewing. Elsa

Hi
Wow. At first I looked at the presentation titles and thought, OK I don’t have time to listen to both, I’ll pick this one. And I loved it. So then I started a sample of the other one, and ended up listening to the whole thing. Now I am taking them all. Each presenter’s insights have a wholeness, nothing is missing. I get great insights specific to me, for which I am very grateful. And gaining from the expertise of all the different speakers really gives us a full dimensionality on meridian tapping that we can own.
I think someone mentioned remote tapping for people at another location, and pet tapping. Those would be two areas I would like to learn about.
Thanks for getting this into my life right now. Hmmmm.

I made time to listen to the sessions and found them very helpful and illuminating. I had my first tapping experience while on vacation in Sydney NS and it brought up somethings which I have not worked on. Now that I realise how easy it is really I will make an effort to work on the negative energy that has been residing in my body all these years. Not that I have not done other things to resolve issues and I must say I feel pretty good but at times I do slip into that negative space which sometimes go to suicidal thoughts. But now I will make an effort to try tapping seriously. Thanks for the invite to the conference.

Help – I dont know how to access the new 20 minute Dr Pat Carrington bonus on choices. I’m new to tapping. I’m a psychologist and I am thoroughly impressed. Every session I’ve listened to has presented a new and unique voice. In combination, we are taught not to be overly rigid or doctrinaire about one approach. Thank you so much Jessica for your beautifully organized questions and for encouraging each practitioner to set us “free” from the exact details. Thank you Nick with the greatest gratitude for your passion to give these keys of healing and growth to the world.

Wow! Nick my head is spinning! Rick Wilkes was was great, but Dr. Pat was phenomenal! I am thinking of Bible verses that are congruent with the Law of Attraction, and what this means for Christians. I am thinking of the Borrowing Benefits method and using past triumphs, past victories, past momenst of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, goodness, self control. Yes that’s right, the fruits of the spirit. Wow wow wow wow wow!!!!!
I think the most important take away form this World Summit has been the work “congruent.” This resonates so much with me. Iwas in professional sales for a major health insurance firm for four years. And even thought they preached win-win, the pressured you into making sales which felt more like win-lose. I now see how these techniques could have made everyone’s job so much easier and enjoyable. I wan to shout this from the mountain tops!
I can’t wait till the next one tomorrow night!
Thanks again, and God bless.
Terry.

Dear friends
Love and peace for the world and especially for Nick ortner and sister, like all persons responsible for this event EFT. It is with great pleasure that I have been following this event TAPPING WORLD SUMMIT 2010.
This first 3 days migth feel a giant wave of positive energy to follow these masters of EFT in all their presentations. The end of each session I feel radiating energy around me, floating satisfaction. GREAT!
It is with much sadness that today the 4th day of this event, has failed to keep presentation
in MP3 in the best conditions. The MP3 is always stopping and restarting, so I can not track
a success presentation. Still can not find what may be!Where may be the problem. I need
someone to help me in this situation! SOS.
But, once again, thank you for the opportunity to learn, feel, explore our emotions, fellings in a relaxed manner, simple but very deep.
THANKS

Nick, both you and Jessica have so much to be proud of! I have to say I was very skeptical when the first email came about the tapping world summit. I was very reticent through the first part of Carol Look’s workshop, and then I started to tap, reluctantly, but I decided it couldn’t hurt. Here it is day 5, and I am amazed and surprised….I haven’t felt this emotionally healed, or slept this well in years…I mean a deep, and restful sleep, and wake feeling whole and focused. I listen to one at night and the other the next morning…I love each one that I have listened to. All of the work that the two of you have done over the past several months is invaluable, priceless….you are giving the world a gift that has changed people’s lives including mine, forever! Wow, thank you..thank you!

Just when you think it can’t get any better, it does. Tonights session with Brad Yates was so good. You never stop to think how bad things are in you own life, just what is going on around you. I thought of the bible verse, “Before getting the speck out of your neighbor’s eye, get the log out of your own.”
And then I listened to Gwen Bonnell. Pets are so important to us. My family adopted a 9 year old purebred Samoyed Huskey named Jake. His previous owner had died, and he was in the house with the body for 10 or 12 days before a friend convinced the Fire co. and Police to break in. It took 6 hours at the Vets to get the matted hair shaved off. He spent several months recuperating and getting his health back. I paused the tape and did some surrogate tapping as he lay on the floor sleeping. As I tapped, all the events of what he must have gone through came flooding into my mind. As each heart wrenching picture unfolded, I tapped and balled crocadile tears, and tapped and balled. It took several minutes, but it is such a joy to know that he is now with a family of four, that he is loved and secure. He is safe now. It felt so good to release all that negative energy from his life. I can’t wait to see what a difference it makes. He shakes in his hind end, and has started to stumble when we go for walks around town. And then when Gwen shared about the 3 min. energy routine, I thought about how my pets and my horses do in fact love to have the spots she mentions rubbed or stroked. I had a Morgan/Mustang named Stormy that would almost squat down on all fours as I rubbed up and down his spine. People, I’m telling you, this is life changing therapy here.
Thank you Nick and Jes for sharing. Thank you presenters for your love and compassion. Thank you for helping to heal our personal worlds and the whole world. I can’t help but wonder as we tapped with Brad on the world, how much may change. We can make a difference.
Keep on keeping on.
Terry.
ps. Sorry about the spelling errors earlier. I am just so awed by this. As a naturopathic healer, I understand how big this is, and hope you are getting the sense that you are onto something big and life changing as well. Be well.

I tapped for the first time after listening to the first night of the World Tapping Summit. I tapped on a lot of various issues for about an hour. After each issue, I felt somehow lighter, happier, and less stressed. Though the feelings are not quite as intense today, I still feel very good mentally and emotionally. (I have not had a chance to tap on anything since then.) However, after doing the tapping, the next morning when I awoke after a good night’s sleep, I found that every old surgery or past problem area in my body was in pain. Is it normal for physical pain to manifest after tapping? Did I overdo the tapping? The pain in most of the areas has gone away, but I am still experiencing some pain in my back, neck, and knee. Any suggestions?
Comment by Mary — February 25, 2010 @ 10:58 pm
Many people have mentioned how much they’ve gained from the EFT interviews they thought didn’t apply to them. I have just listened to Brad Yates and found that tapping for the well-being of the planet, was all about tapping to remove my own blockages to well-being. I feel peaceful and had many insights while doing the tapping with Brad and Jessica. I also listened to Gwenn Bonnell who spoke about tapping for our pets. For me, it gave me tools to do surrogate tapping for my family.
I have felt a shift with every EFT practitioner I’ve listened to. My gratitude for all the people who put this summit together is immense. It’s been life-changing.

A Question:
Firstly, thank you for this wonderful free program.
My question: Sometimes when I am tapping I feel a rush of sexual energy. What does this mean? For example, I was tapping on childhood trauma and I had this extremely strong feeling of sexual energy. Also When I was following Pamela Bruner and tapping on fear of public speaking the same thing hapened although to a lesser extent.
David
Thank you

Hi Nick and Jessica,
Thank you for these wonderful presentations! What a great gift you’re giving!
I have a couple of issues I want to work on, but when I sit down to do the work, I can’t bring the feelings up so I can tap on them. Suddenly it’s like they don’t bother me, but I know they’re still in there. Does anyone else have this problem? Are the feelings maybe going into hiding because they don’t want to be dealt with? Any suggestions?
Also, I am interested in learning how to do surrogate tapping.
Thanks again,
Jeanne

I am really impressed by all that I have heard so far. The speakers are so professional and I feel that I am participating in a most inspiring psychology course! I particularly enjoyed listening to Pat Carrington because of her emphasis on concentrating on the ‘positive’aspect of life, and I shall go out today to buy a fresh new notebook! When doing the tapping on myself for a particular fear I found myself crying which quite amazed me. Tapping has now become part of my daily routine and I am curious to see where it takes me. Jessica is absolutely wonderful – her questions are so pertinent and she really sets the tone. Thank you so much for introducing me to the world of tapping.

I absolutely loved Brad Yates presentation on being the change and how to have a profound impact on the world starting with yourself. Tapping along with him to spring clean economic issues, personal and world health, and relationship issues both personal and world wide felt so positive and empowering. I plan to tap on these issues as much as I can in this new obligation free way. I love how I feel free in body, mind, and spirit knowing that what is healthy for me is healthy for the planet. I am eating organic food whenever I can, I’m recycling, I’m trying to smile at people all the time and do random acts of kindness, I’m volunteering my time to help senior citizens and it feels good, I sent money to Haiti charities and cancer charities not because I feel obligated but because I like the idea that these organizations are doing the best they can to better the world. I want to choose to be a trendsetter and be an example to my community. I like that Brad chose that term – it really meant something to me. It feels good to have the courage to try make these changes one baby step at a time. I want to be surrounded by peace and love and believe that the world with all our efforts
can be a powerful and positive place. Thanks Brad – you are doing good work. Thanks Jessica for getting the wonderful speakers for this summit. I really enjoyed tapping with Rick Wilkes on overcoming the damaging effects of my childhood traumas and also tapping with Pat Carrington on the laws of attraction borrowing benefits and tapping snapshots using the the choices method.

I’ve been loving these sessions, Jessica & Nick. Jessica you do such a great job of keeping these folks focused on doing the tapping !
I loved Brad Yate’s session today, and afterwards I clicked on video, Malcolm in the Middle-War Is Not The Answer, and it came right up on YouTube. Its a great way to anchor taking responsibility for peace in your own life to stop war. Insane 2 minute scene in parking lot where one woman opens door touching other woman’s car, back & forth, escalates into a demolition derby: zooming in on that bumpersticker after both cars are wrecked.
Also works as an anchor for me to remember a thought about the bleak economy as a reminder to take personal responsibility for it and supportively tap myself into getting my personal financial life in better shape.
This series is great, you folks are awesome.

Questions about interaction between EFT and medecine
Hi Nick, Hi Jessica,
I just lisened to an PM3 of Robert Kendall, speaking about “How the brain reacts to EFT”. From this new information emerge a lot of questions about what happen with EFT and the medecine that I take.
I am practicing EFT by myself, taking 4 different kings of medecine, for 15 years now:
1. With EFT, is there anything I should be carefull about? What are your advices?
2. Can medecine blocks EFT benifits?
3. Can EFT reduce medecine beneficial effects?
4. Is the effect of EFT known on people taking medecine?
5. How to know when I can decrease my medecine proportion?
6. Aiming to quit medecine one day, or take as less as possible, how to manage my situation?
7. I am registered for the 2010 Summit, during the Summit will you have someone talking about EFT and medecine?
8. Do you have references so that I can access informations about questions like mine?
EFT World Summit 2010 is fantastic, thank you, thank you. thank you.

Day 4 was a day to be remembered for always. I have been tapping for over a year yet still hitting some roadblocks in my struggle to overocme childhood trauma. Rick Wilkes and Pat Carrington are fantastic. I learned a lot and I am thoroughly enjoying this summit.

Dear Nicholas and Jessica
I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for organising this tapping summit. I can’t remember now how I came to know about it, but I have been listening to each session every night (Australian time) and I’m so impressed with the professional and organised manner in which it has been put together.
I am a hypnotherapist who uses a EFT in my practice, but after listening to all the amazing speakers so far I know I will be using it a whole lot more now. And, as always with this type of work, although I’m listening with one ear about how I can apply it with my clients, it’s been so relevant to me personally and as I’ve been doing this work the last few nights, am feeling my own confidence in my business grow already. I have to also say that Jessica’s questioning of the speakers is just perfect and she has a knack for pulling the right info ot of them.
Each night I put my son to bed and eagerly anticipate the two new sessions with no disappointment so far. I have learnt and grown so much already. In many ways (although I’m getting to bed way past my bedtime!!) I wish it didn’t have to end… I could listen to this
stuff every single night.
Sorry that my quick email didn’t end up being so quick, but thanks again.
Kind regards
Kathryn

Last night when Rick was talking/tapping about the inner child I had a wonderful experience.
As a Shiatsu-therapist and councellor I am familiar with tapping, bodyworks, NLP and the like.
Nevertheless I like to follow this Summit.
So last night I was sitting listening (I live in Holland so it’s too late to sit in at 8.00PM EST: It’s 04.00 next day here) and after listening to Rick’s story I looked at my inner child.
I know it as a little serious, a bit introvert boy of 3-4 years old.
When I looked I saw in front of me a very happy, joyous laughing kid and when I opened my arms he jumped at me and we hugged and kuddled and laughed and I felt so happy that tears came to my eyes and I am 61 years of age.
Even now I am typing I can feel tears of happiness.
When I went to sleep I tapped on the feeling and this morning I was curious how I would feel and how my little boy would be. He was laying on my breast, in my arms and slept, completely relaxed with not a care in the world.
During my morningwalk with the dogs (I have 2 spanish greyhounds) I could feel his hand in mine and he was dancing and having fun, clowning even of happiness.
I have seen miracles before and this is a big one of them.
I can’t remember feeling so free and happy.
Keep up the good works guys.
I will definitly carry it on

Good morning Nick and Jessica,
This is the best thing I have ever done! Jessica you are so cute! Just as I’m asking the question it comes out of your mouth! I’m blown away. You have exceeded all expectations.
Throughout the years I’ve intuitively tapped on areas of my face knowing that when I did I immediately felt better, but I have never consciously tapped before now.
This Summit is a serendipitous quantum leap I’ve been asking for. I’m so excited!
I do have a question?!?!? Pat Carrington and Judy Brynes knocked my socks off. I’m confused about when to use tapping to release negativity and when to use tapping to input more wonderful experiences? I think I hold the belief that ‘when I feel negative I can do something about it’ but that is still coming from a victim place because it infers that ultimately I can do something, but the poor unfortunate truth is that I will probably return to that state of doom. So tapping is the remedy for the default ‘awful’ as opposed to raising my default setting to feeling fabulously loved, encouraged, well, inspired, fit, energetic most of the time, and I use tapping for the occasional off moments.
Pat’s talk shifted everything around. I woke up not even knowing who I am but so so happy to see a new more content person in the mirror. Wow.
I also want to deepen my relationship with you. I already feel the separation anxiety of when this event is over. Any plans?
Thanks for a breakthrough event. I am so grateful to have made this connection.
Warm regards,
Taye

Hi, my third comment here – and my thought is, like the second time, on how can information on tapping get spread even faster? Everyone knows of therapy. Everyone knows of meditation. I didn’t know of tapping until half a year ago – and found out in a very round about way, through the big health site I subscribe to – mercola.com. EFT was recommended over and over – but I had no idea at all what it was, never followed any of the links – and was amazed when I did.
I imagine lots of other people are also just becoming aware.
Last time, re quick publicity, I thought of Oprah. Who wouldn’t? She’s the biggest name around. In case you’re interested, here’s the link for Susan Harrow, who seems to specialize in getting people publicity, including Oprah – http://prsecrets.com/ (By the way, this is not an affiliate link – I subscribe to her newsletter, and thought you might like to look at her site – maybe a couple of weeks after your amazingly wonderful tapping summit is over).
What stays most – how versatile tapping is – including tapping for animals.
Love, Elsa

Question:
what if when saying the phrase “I still love and fully accept myself” the sub or unconscious mind is saying “NOT,” i.e. really saying No I don’t. Does that not undermine the process? How can a person clear that to be able to do the karate point and say the phrase so that last part is actually true? Or doesn’t it matter if it isn’t true at first?

I very much love Brad Yate’s approach. We do create our reality and have to take responsibility for how we look at the world. I felt so uplifted after tapping along with him – and Jessica is always asking the right questions. These interviews are wonderful and after listening to Gwenn Bonnell I now hope to be able to help my sister’s dog Duffy who looks fed up with the cold weather.

This morning I used pat Carrington’s suggestions about writing down “Golden Moments” from our past and yesterday. I wrote down the wonderful feelings that I had from the day before and then began tapping about them. This led me to tap about the wonderful feelings that I have had not just yesterday but at other favorite times. One was when I am teaching art classes. I teach a one day workshop in pastel, have taught privately children and adults and am pursuing that more as I retire. As I was tapping I broke down sobbing. Although I have recognized in the past how much I enjoy teaching, obviously I was releasing something that I was totally unaware of. I stopped tapping and continued crying. I felt something release so deeply within me. I began tapping again about teaching, opening up more possibilities in the future and justfeeling as I was tapping the wonderful sense of inspiration that comes through me when I see my students discover the creativity within themselves. It was a magical moment and I am so greatful for this series.

Hi Nick,
I know you must be very busy with this Summit, but it would be great to hear
more success stories. I love hearing how people are transforming.
As I’ve been tapping along, I’ve been crying, aha’ing and healing. Who would
have thought about the body being afraid of death even after I thought I had
reasoned away all fear of it, but I sobbed through that tapping as if my life
depended upon it. My ankle pain is diminishing (still some more work to do
there, but it spontaneously readjusted itself (ouch!) while I was sitting at my desk
about 6 hours after tapping on it and the protective type pain in my
foot/ankle, and the all of the pain that was radiating up my leg is gone. I’ll
definitely be tapping more of this aging bodies pains away. Old age
prevention?
You are providing such wonderful opportunities for people to work in new,
exciting ways to resolve unwanted situations and to seek and manifest our desires. I
want to thank you for gathering these gracious speakers together. I am very grateful,
and almost on overwhelm with the expectation of all the changing I’m in for.
In deep appreciation,

I just missed the 2009 Tapping World Summit. I was so happy to see there was a 2010! I listened the first day and tapped along with Carol Look: Tapping into Abundance. I felt silly, and did not believe it would do anything.
It is my birthday today. I was toying with the idea that if I received enough birthday money, I would purchase the gold package. I did not feel I had enough money or should be spending it on frivolous things, but birthday money is something else.
Seemingly unrelated but not: A large problem I’m having in my life is caring for an addict. Putting other’s needs before me.
Recently I worked on my bosses computer – mostly on work time, but I also took it home. She wanted to pay me. I said no, since it was on work time. A few days after tapping on abundance, I rec’d a thank you card from the boss with $250! The same day was so hectic at work I missed the recording and it was something I really wanted to hear.
So I took the leap and clicked on “purchase now”!
Guess what I found! BONUS #1 was exactly what I really really need right now!!
“Helping Others Without Hurting Yourself in the Process”!!
Wow! It keeps on amazing me how the universe works. Especially when you use the tools that are provided to get in tune!
Thank you Nick & Jessica for pulling this all together!

Another question: Where/When or are you, going to post answers to some of the questions here? I’m particularly interested in the answer to Caya’s question posted this morning at 8:26.
(What if your subconscious is saying “not” when you are totally accepting and loving yourself?)
Thanks again!

I’m having so much fun listening and tapping along with all these speakers! Wow, I’m pumped up everyday to check my email, visit the site and see what new interviews are posted.
Nick, thank you for being so passionate about getting the word out about EFT. I’ve absolutely adored this technique since I first nervously tried it on a headache two years ago. This summit is opening up a huge range of new possibilities EFT can be used for. Thanks for all your hard work!
Also, Jessica, you are very good at what you do! Really, the interviews are smooth, thorough and informative. You’re a natural!
Thanks for all your hard work and thank you, thank you, thank you for making this available for free.

OK comment 2 for me, I have a few questions which I could do with an answer for
1 how many times do you need to tap per day or is once a day enough or 1 time only. The reason I ask is that I have done a few tapping sessions the one i did for money is still working 5 days later. I had a call today & I was far calmer than usual & got the same old threat of legal action but I wasnt bothered ny this where as before I would still be thinking about it now.
I did a tapping session on my ankle & whilst the pain is 90% better, I can still feel it a little so do I need to do another tapping session for this. I did one for drinking alchohol which worked for 2 days then I got caught out & drank yesterday & again today so it didnt work. I see there is a session on addiction or dependancy issues so looking forward to hearing that 1
2 I also have another question, like one of the earlier points made by someone else I too have found pains returning in old places & was VERY surprised yesterday night when I suddenly found I had a sexual urge, I havent had one for ages !!!
are these things natural occurances or is it just coincidence ??
thanks & hope to hear ferom you soon

Nick and Jessica – I can’t thank you enough for all your hard work to pull this summit off and for your generosity to share this amazing and valuable information with everyone. I have had some knowledge of EFT before, but was always so worried that I wasn’t doing it the “right way” or the “best way”, so avoided it. This summit has alleviated my fears and inpired me to use this quick and effective technique. I learned so much from Rick about tapping on the inner child – what a great way to nurture and really learn to love yourself. I really liked hearing about Pat’s choce method and using the positive statements. And I just had the greatest bonding moment with my dog after listening to Gwen. Thank you, thank you, thank you! With peace and love, Suzy
p.s I think Jessica is such an awesome interviewer- she asks all the questions that I have floating around in my head – and she is so good at summarizing the information – such positive energy and so gracious. Just love her!

I have now listened to 5 days of your summit speakers.I especially liked Stacey Vornbrock, as she spoke and tapped on pain,as I have been bothered by low back pain and sciatica for many, many years. I have been in physio, massage, chiropractors, accupunture, you name it, and the problem still exists. However, my chiropractor did help the low back pain, but the sciatica still persists. I tapped with Stacey, and I couldn’t believe it, my pain greatly diminished. YEAH !!!!!! Every day without pain is a blessing.
I have sent your Summit info to my sisters in other provinces, hopefully they registered and are listening.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hi, this Tapping World Summit is just excellent! What wonderful people you have speaking, thank you! I did some tapping the other day, the first day and now am on day 4…I have downloaded Gary’s EFT book again, did some research on the Tapping site…I am trying to find my own way through right now, starting at the basics and working my way up….this is phenomenal and I wish and will pass your site onto everyone that I know! Thank you so much!
God Bless! Leesa.

Hi Nick and Jessica.
Last year the summit was great but this year it is AWESOME as you people across the pond say a lot! Everyone I have listened to so far have given me new ideas. Tracey’s on day 1 was amazing, I had never thought of using it quite like that, in so much detail. Carol and Pat are always excellent and I have just finished tapping along with Brad and Jessica. Wow! Incredible! What a wonderful session Brad. If everyone tapped along to that, including the governments of the world, who knows what a difference that would make to each of us and the world. Although I have been doing EFT for nearly 6 years, I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to try out all these creative ways to help myself and people that come to me for help. Much love and Gratitude to you both and everyone involved.
PS. Jessica must be feeling ” light as a feather” as she taps through each session with the presenters!

Hi! I’m enjoying all the speakers. I have 3 areas I want to tap on relational, financial and work, do I do them one at a time until I achieve my goal or can I tap on all three?
Thank You,

I just read 90% of the comments that others have left, was thinking about Jess reading them and seeing her smile in my mind. I have a question also. I listened to Brad Yates today, and found myself yawning and tears just streaming from my eyes. I was not tired and did not feel tired, I was not crying just tears. What powerful words, and just a “silly” little thing as tapping. I feel fantastic and there are not words to thank you all for giving us such a wonderful “silly” thing as tapping. PS Watched an old film of Callahan on the Phil Donahue show trying to tell the American public about tapping for Phobias. Boy have we come along way since then

Hi Nick:
So many great things are happening. A fabulous presentation on Tapping Our Pets. I am an intuitive and animal communicator. Animals have always told me what they need and shown me where they need it. Tapping is the missing piece I have been waiting for and it is great being able to ‘tap’ on my dog and horses. I am also tapping on success in business, correcting my eyesight and changing old beliefs that I thought I had already done.
This process has shifted a ton of things for me that have come up relating to my childhood that I thought I had forgotten. No such luck right? Still buried there! Now, thanks to the tapping it is all shifting. Every time I tap I can feel something else change. My goal is to take this to other people as well and these sessions have given me the courage to step up and do so! I tapped on the perfect mentor showing up and two hours later, had a phone call from someone I hadn’t spoken to for a long time. She is an EFT Practitioner. My mentor appeared! Not only that, I received an email from another acquaintance and she too offered to mentor me. So not only one but two showed up!
Thank you so much for all you are presenting. It truly is amazing and so very simple!
Warmest blessings,

so far: D1 Stacy Vornbrook & Dr Carol Look
D2 Judy Byrne & Steve Wells
D3 Margaret Lynch & Pamela Brunner
D4 Rick Wilkes & oops, seems I missed the second one, no doubt because I gained such incredibly amazing relief & insight so went into a long and deep session, with myself, after Rick’s presentation…mindblowing in a great & wonderful way
D5 Brad Yates & Gwen Bonnel
D6 Linsay Kenny & just about to do the next one for D6
They are all excellent presentations and I would like to extend special gratitude for Judy Byrne’s insightful and so beneficial work with Critical Inner Voice, Steve Wells – Unlocking Your Hidden Power – WOW, Rick Wilkes sensational Overcoming the Damaging Effects of Childhood Trauma and Lindsay Kennys excellent plan for Overcoming Limiting Beliefs (I stayed in the visualization portion for well over half an hour, had the bull dozers in to plough out the black rocks and all! ha ha)
I do hope the presenters read the comments we have sent them!
Is there any way to follow them and get more practice audios or you tube clips so we could practice their particular areas of expertise another time?
Gotta run! Olympics Fireworks time in Vancouver and I have perfect view from my balcony! Can’t miss that!

I tapped along today with Sue Beer and tonight was a big test on my addictive behavior around food. While she was talking, I started crying for no reason I could explain. During tapping, tears kept flowing, and I still had no idea why. She said, the actual addictive behavior would be changed quickly however, then it was important to keep tapping on what was coming up in your body, emotions and other behavior. Well, firstly, I decided to go to the gym tonight (hadn’t been for 2 weeks), then I made myself a really healthy dinner and a small dessert. As I sat, supposedly satisfied, I felt I wanted to eat more and this time, following Sue’s suggestions, I started tapping on how I didn’t know why I wanted to eat more, how it felt etc.
Guess what? Instead of eating bread, Nutella and jam, I opted for a small nectarine (because I still wanted to eat). And I was happy. What came up was that I was actually afraid of not eating until I was full, as this would mean I wouldn’t be happy…So- lots of stuff to tap on! Thank you so much for pushing me into listening. I used the “not time” excuse before. I will listen every night, don’t want to miss another day!

thank you so much, Nick and the Tapping Summit team!
I thoroughly enjoyed the tapping summit call last night…tapped along with it…and got some good results! A recurring dream of mine came up after the call last night…after not having that dream in a few months…but this time it was happily different! The dream had an opposite, much more positive outcome than ever before…when that has NEVER happened in the few years that I’ve had the dream. So, something shifted in a positive way! And, although EFT usually seems to work in small bits at a time on me up until then…as much as I believe in it…Lindsay Kenny’s lecture seemed to be behind the impressive progress this time.
Thank you, all… (and your staffer, April, too). Keep up the great work! (And congrats again on your terrific dvd, The Tapping Solution, which convinced me that I had to partake in your summit event! Now I’ll be tuning in for more!)

I have been conversations about weight all my life. And, also being in RE others opinion of a bad market had seeped into my reality. I have been doing this weeks event and have applied the tapping on both issues. Since last week I have now 3 new opportunities and lost 2 lbs. I am excited about the future and my new experience of living in a world without fear. Thank you for sharing this wonderful modality. Namaste

Dear Nick & Jessica,
OMG I am in heaven! Thank you so very much for such a wonderful gift that you have given us. I A friend did a tapping session with me & it was my first experience & now after this summit I am hooked. I would love to know what it would take to become a tapping practitioner. Does it require a certification & how does one go about it? I would love to be able to help others.
I did the tapping on my dog Princess yesterday. She had been “diagnosed with the possibility of having Cushings Disease” which causes excessive drinking & urination. I have her on wonderful herbs which has helped but not like this. Every morning she wakes up about 2 or 3 am & wakes me very early to go out. Sometime last night she jumped into my bed, cuddled up with me (she rarely does that) and slept till 9am with no desperate urge to go out. She was her 11 year young self again! I am working on her arthritis & clicking noise that happens when she runs up the steps. She loves the massage techniques & doesn’t mind me doing that in place of scratching.
I am a true believer! Thank you! You and your speakers are the best and a true blessing to all of us!

I would like to thank those working with the Tapping World Summit. You have all been such a great help so far.
Just the other day I found $50 in the back right pocket of my jeans, putting them on just out of the dryer. That sort of thing has never EVER happened to me before!
For me, a science-nerd student with a part time job, that is a LOT of money to just find.
Also, I had badly injured myself doing a butterfly stoke duing swimming (I have to laugh, though, because what I did was more of a butterfly “flop” than a swimming stroke) and I badly threw my arms, neck, and especially my shoulders out of place. It wasn’t too bad, the injury healed quickly, but the pain and stiffness remained. I swear, I followed Stacey Vornbrook’s instructions while tapping, and the pain became instantly sharper… and then it was just gone! I haven’t had any stiffness or muscle pain from the injury since! I was skeptical of tapping and its merit before then, but I haven’t doubted it since.
That was absolutely miraculous!

Yesterday I got lost on a road a long way from home. I have no idea why I entered a huge crazy place that made stone garden stuff. I saw a large plant holder that would help obscure the ghastly new light pollution introduced by my neighbour. I couldn’t afford it. But I fell in love with a small pig – which didn’t cost much, but I also couldn’t afford it. (I’ve never fallen in love with a pig before, you understand.) On the way out, the craftsman told me it was ‘Abbondanza’ WHAT?! A little pig called Abundance!
Where? I asked, ‘All over Italy?’. ‘No, just around here, I think’, he said.
I still couldn’t afford it, but this morning I woke up feeling so much better I just heard myself saying ‘Go for the pig!!!’ So I did. I told him I’d go back for the plant pot when Abundance had delivered. I will, too.
Please somebody tell me where the under arm ‘ bra strap’ point is. I think Americans must have very peculiar bras or go in for some rather strange gymnastics.
Jill
PS I think you’re all wonderful, but I’m sure you know that since everybody else does too.
Comment by Jill Phillips — February 27, 2010 @ 5:14 pm
Dear Nick,
I knew nothing about tapping when I started listening to these lectures, but they are wonderful. I just finished listening to Lindsay Kenny’s lecture on limiting beliefs. I was tapping on my job/abundance issues. Not 5 minutes after I finished, I got a call from a friend about my participating in the care of an elderly woman, to help maintain her quality of life. The hours are odd, but I can fit them into my part time existing work schedule, and best of all — I will make MORE THAN TWICE what I now make at my existing job (which I really enjoy, but perhaps will start working on tapping to replace those hours with a different job with increased hourly pay). And it is gratifying to know that I can really be of service, and get paid well to do it!
This has already been life-changing, and I am so grateful to you, and also to the person who sent me the original email about the summit. Can’t wait to get my CD set, so I can revisit some of these fantastic interviews.

I have so enjoyed this seminar. I have been tapping all morning today. and I feel great. I feel that I was guided to this seminar, for I do not remember who sent me the email information. I am a Shamanic Practitioner, and I had heard of EFT, but had no interest, until now. I feel we are lead to different experiences and knowledge as we follow our life paths. Each experience gives that knowledge, which increases our abilities to share, experience and help the healing, of ourselves, as well as others. I know those I have been able to help these last few years, feel a change suddenly. Within the last year, I have gain knowledge and experience, using Matrix Energetics and now EFT. We may follow different paths, but they all join at the end. I thank you so much for this opportunity to participate in this healing experience.

Hi,
Just a couple of thoughts. First I learned many good tapping ideas. I did as I was told and tapped tapped Tapped. I hardly listened on Wed. Wed. night I hurt all over and wondered if I was going to have a heart attack. I tapped some on intergating what I had tapped on. I had come into this summit not feeling well either, cold. Thur. the thought given was some sessions he finished the sessions in 15 min. so the work could intergate. Thur night was rough too. Fri I mostly slept thru the sessions. So I learned my lesson be carefull not to get too much benifit ! Second thought. Pats info on golden nuggets was great. I had always been stressed in a group(not good enough) Yet I could get up in front of a group and speeck. I finally recalled family picnics where the great grandkids would put on a talent show. I would learn a poem and recite it. I don,t remember words just warm feelings. I used that today on addictions If inspite of being shy in groups can speak to groups , then what else can I do if I believe I can?
Thanks excellent sessions . If perhaps too much at one time. Karen

WOW!!!
those 2 sessions were brilliant!!
I really feel strong now, the trouble is what to do with myself its 00:40 in the UK & I feel wide awake now.
I have to say the addiction interview was totally awsome. I have been spending my saturday evening as I normally do bottle of cider because I always told myself i needed it to relax in the evening. Strange thing happened when my picture went smaller it left me with the image of a closed shop & a bottle of expensive lemonade!! I had a glass of cider left & I thought to myself I dont need to drink this if I dont want to after all its only lemonade!!
I thought about pouring it away but didnt, but I drank it like it was a drink of lemonade not alchohol. Normally I feel dissapointed when the bottle is empty but I dont tonight. I so hope these feelings stay with me tomorrow!!
If this has worked I cant thank you enough & also the wonderful ladies from the day 6 talks!
cant wait to hear the next 2
thanks again

Wow! What Carol and John brought to the table tonight was incredible. In listening to Carol go over the four types, I saw me, my wife and our two children. We are one of each type, this so explains why my kids do what they do and why they are like they are. More importantly, how I can nurture them and help them to grow, without stifling their qualities which used to annoy me.
John’s talk on relationships is so very vitally needed today. Divorce is way too common and he gives us a real, viable, working plan on what we have to do to change it. When he mentioned the Bible verse of “Love thy neighbor as you love yourself,” I couldn’t help but think of how Jesus is saying yes, yes, yes! But a lot of us don’t love ourselves, we love others easily and naturally, but not ourselves. Learning to love youself, warts and all, is so true. I almost ended my life 28 years ago because I didn’t love myself. My relationship with Jesus Christ has helped tremendously with loving myself, because he died for me, even though I have warts, I’ve done stupid things, I’ve hurt people, etc… But it is so true that you can’t love others until you come to grips with loving yourself first. I deeply and completely love, forgive, and accepty myself anyway. Yes!
Thank you Nick and Jessica, once again.
Great combination for the night.
Be well.

I have learned something from each session, but I really had a big revelation yesterday with the Sue Beer session on addiction. I thought I was over my addiction (eating and carbs and sweets), but through the tapping in this interview, I found I’m not quite there! Sue said that we need to ask ourselves, How do I know when to do the behaviour? When I asked myself, How do I know when to eat for comfort? the answer came right to me: This will make me feel better. Where in my body do I feel it? In my 3rd and 5th energy centers (stomach and throat). My stomach is not feeling hunger, but I want it to be, and my throat has a lump in it. When I’m confused by an emotion, I reach for food. When I don’t like the feeling of an emotion, I think eating will make me feel better. These things seem obvious, maybe, but they really hit me, and I really saw them today. The tapping was great, including a visualization that was quite powerful. At the end, she said it is absolutely possible to be completely free. She was speaking of any addiction, but when she said this, tears started to roll down my face. There is a part of me that doesn’t believe I can have a normal relationship with food, much as I want to believe that I already do. It was a great reassurance to hear her say this. Thank you!

Firstly, thankyou. I have been listening on some days and downloading for later on others. I listened to Brad Yates and was very inspired as it made sense of the inside, outside reflection.Well, yesterday, (Saturday in the UK) I bought my usual w/e paper for the puzzles and the TV magazine. I skim through the paper and don’t usually read much of it – too depressing and rubbishy.
I came to an article, an excerpt from a book, by a man who had been a POW on the Burma railway. I didn’t want to read it, but my Dad had been there too and I felt compelled to read every word. As I read I felt more and more sick, almost really sick, so I started tapping about the atrocities, the perpetrators, the victims, the whole thing. I had to take responsibility for every part of it, everyone involved.
Round and round I went and I found I had to expand my thoughts to every time and space where such things have and are occurring. The deluge of emotions was almost overwhelming, but on I went. I was weeping by this time and had to change to the words – I’ so sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, Thank you. On and on I went, it seemed ages but I couldn’t stop. Eventually all seemed to dissipate and I was left with a profound sense of peace. Just writing this brings tears of gratitude for this extraordinary moment in my life. I trust this also helped my Dad, who is no longer in a body.
So, thankyou again with Love and Peace

I was very surprised to find that a negative outcome to a session could produce amazing positive results! After the very first session I experienced a day of complete crabbiness, unreasonable anger and depression. I was not clear enough even to try to tap through it; it never even occurred to me. My poor husband was beside himself.
But, the very next morning I awoke as if nothing had happened, feeling completely peaceful and “in my right mind”. I immediately knew that it was connected to the previous tapping session! What an amazing concept. Thank you for sharing this healing with the world.

Today`s tap along about relationships was so timed for my life. Just hours ago, I was so angry at my husband and the hopeless, helpless feeling that we don`t seem to belong together anymore. We tapped along together-as we are both huge believers in EFT. I am at peace now, with our differences. I look forward to better days ahead.
Comment by Linda — February 28, 2010 @ 1:55 pm
I was having a very hard time tapping the negative statements. from several speakers. Even the one where he said “I feel like there is a knife in my heart” I actually started feeling pain there. Then had to say it again, and felt like I was hurting myself with the statements. I would much prefer reading the script I was to say, before I tapped into it. That way I could pick out the hurtfilled statements that I don’t want in my Aura or Body, in any way or form.
To me this is like farming. The thoughts are your seeds, how much attention or tapping you give to them is like watering them. You don’t want to water too much or you will drown them. Your crops now chosen or allowed are a reflection of the work you do with this tapping or other work that is done, within you… to be seen by you.
Pat Carrington has touched upon the very foundation of planting the kind of crops that I felt safe with. Her method of utilizing ” golden nuggets” for inspiration are reflections of goodness coming into our present life… that contains all there ever was, to be and is, in this eternal moment in the presence of all that God is and all that He’s destined for us to experience… In Jesus’ Name. By the way, I always end a session with gratitude to my creator by saying, “Praise the Lord”! Thank you Nick so very much for all the effort you have gone to to put this tapping summit into being. Thank you Jessica for your excellent questions and for being a great host to each session.
ps. I calmly put our a raging fire, in my toaster oven and didn’t give myself my usual critism for causing it, out of stupidy. That was certainly a breakthrough! Thank you (/) Shuvah

Hoping to experience more Positive tapping. I do understand the need to empty the glass and be able to fill it with what is wanted more of. I just am nervous about tapping in a negative that I might have to get tapped out later, that didn’t origionally belong to me. Does that make sense?
Thanks for feedback on this……. and thank you again for such an inspiring summit!

I love tapping and it is a part of my daily life and got me through 5 years with my mother and her Alzheimers. I have had to grace of working with Patricia Carrington to clear some trauma that I realized I had from the experience some months after her death. My journey with tapping is a breath of fresh air. I never cease to be amazed the profound healing Meridian Tapping can accomplish.

Thank you for a great & interesting sumit. It is my first time being exposed to tapping, and getting close to my genuine feelings .
I have spent my life containing my emotions, it is 2nd nature to me now, but at what personal cost. I seem to take 1 step forward & 2 back, all the while keeping a brave face and never finding the answers as to why life is so.
I know my sub conscious mind, my self image and beliefs are at the core of my problems.
And NOW i understand that they are all linked by ENERGY.
If i work the energy by using my gift of feelings and emotions as a guide, then maybe just maybe, i can break through my self imposed limitations.
The sumit has been a wonderful resource of information by interesting guests, enhanced by the gentle nature of jessica’s interviewing style. She asks the right questions and guides us effortlessly thru the sessions. I look forward to listening to the speakers every day.
Thank you nick, jessica, guests and the people behind the scenes for an interesting event.
One quick question, even though i replayed emma roberts talk on cancer, i still did not get a clear image of the finger tapping technique. Would you be able to explain it again please.
The thumb where you tap on the fingers, are they the same as the body tapping points?????

I just wanted to give lauds and applauds to Jessica as the host interviewer for the Tapping Summit series. You kept everyone moving, asked insightful and knowledgeable questions of the experts in all their diverse fields. And did it consistently! I was very impressed.
You both, Jessica and Nick, and your crew, have done very well with the smooth use of user friendly technology and organization. Thanks so much.
You are making a significant contribution to the rise of consciousness in our terribly dense current reality. I really thank you for your work.

I just loved Carol Tuttle’s What Your Energy Profile Can Teach You About Your True Self and loved learning about the four types of people and the gifts they have to offer the world. I also loved John Bullough’s Building Thriving and Loving Relationships with Meridian Tapping especially the three steps we need to practice to achieve meaningful and passionate relationships. Those steps can be tapped and harness the love we all have within us for others. How great is that. Please thank Nick and Jessica Ortner and their helpers for creating such a wonderful summit. I have also been introduced to Ho’opono pono technique and it fits so well with the tapping techniques. Blessings, peace, and love, and a big thank you to the creators of all the presentations given so far.

I want to listen to all the ones I missed because I forgot(!). I cant thank Nick and Jessica enough. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!!

It’s great to read so many positive comments! I can’t thank Nick and Jessica and all the presenters enough for this summit! You have changed so many lives, mine included. I’m quite new to EFT, but I find the more I practice, the more effective I become.
I’ve never done so much tapping in one go though – 2 hours a day for a week following the summit – and had so many memories, thoughts and emotions come up. I felt really, really tired all last week and wondered if my body was detoxing all those old negative feelings – did anyone else experience tiredness too?

Hi Nick
I wanted to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you for this week’s summit. Even though I have been using EFT for the last 12 months or so, I was very sceptical and resistant about listening to the presentations – yes, yes, that’s my set up phrase
!! I haven’t been able to listen to every single one, but the ones I joined and tapped along with were so impressive! Really!! I am moved to write to each presenter personally at their various websites to thank them too!
Jessica was brilliant – she held the interviews together superbly, asking just the right questions, at the right moment without interferring with the flow. That takes a special kind of skill.
Yesterday I listened with my husband Terry, to Carol Tuttle’s presentation on personality profiling. At the end of it Terry had his “aha” moment and announced that he is a 4 character. I cannot tell you what a relief it was for him to have this revealed. For years he has resisted his true nature. He’s even told me on many occasions “who he is” and then gone on to deny it by living in a different way. That piece of information alone will allow him to move forward, as he accepts and gains a greater understanding and compassion for himself. He believes it will also enable him to be less reactive to me
and others who irritate him from time to time!
Looking forward to the remainder of the summit (which I mistakenly thought ended on Sunday)…..
Thank you all so much
Love and huge hugs
Helen

sharing the email I wrote to my therapist who has been trained in tapping and will follow up what the conference began with me
“I was working tonight on freedom from food and the session brought up a vivid memory of me being about as tall as the lower cupboards or a bit taller in the kitchen, I can see the kitchen clearly. My sister was standing to my right and we were talking about my getting cookies before bed. They were Dad’s oatmeal, I had several irrational beliefs at the time like I get cookies before bed, I should get cookies every night before bed. The other biggie was all parents take their children to Disneyland. I waited my entire childhood without saying anything about it to my parents for them to take me to Disneyland. If all parents take their children to Disneyland and my parents didn’t take me, what did that say about how they felt about me or how I perceived they felt about me.
I am tapping, trying to get to the core of why I binge all the time, why binge, unhealthy eating is a “norm” for me.”

Dear Nick,
Thanks and Blessings to you and Jessica (she is SO good in hosting these lectures) and all the lecturers!
These free audio lectures are a great gift and blessing for me as I’m unimployed, and this is just the right step for me at this moment. I can’t thank you all enough! I’ve been tapping several hours each day and been able to move old stuck feelings out of my body. Sometimes I start crying and sometimes I can feel the pain moving from chest to throat and then I feel tension in my jaw (sometimes the tension is really hard and I can feel that something BIG is moving). And after tapping and releasing the feelings, I feel SOOOO relieved, relaxed and happy.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! <3 <3 <3

Last night I tapped in my bed before going to sleep. It was about accepting and loving myself and accepting unconditional love and abundance into my life. For the first time for weeks, I woke up happy and relaxed. I had some lovely dreams and when looking up their meanings in The Dream Book, some confusing feelings started to come up, so I started tapping again.
I saw myself as a child and found out how sad and hurt she was, because she was told that she was bad and wicked just because she wasn’t the kind of a child my mom wanted her to be. I thanked my inner child for being so brave and keeping the light so strong inside her and I thanked my body for being so strong even that so much pain and surrow had been stored inside it. I cried with my inner child and hugged her and told her how happy I was that she didn’t ever let her/my mom’s commets effect the good inside her. A lot of pain and surrow released from my body during that tapping. I know there is much more to come up, but that takes more time to work with, so I’ll keep on tapping after having some rest.
I realize that all this came up as a result of the lectures I listened yesterday!
The feeling after each tapping is so amazingly relaxed, releaved and good! I know for sure, that things are moving and old energies are releasing with each tapping. Thank you so much for these awesome lectures!!!

Thank you so much Nick and Jessica! This series of lectures and coming together with these supportive and uplifting experiences has coincided with a major shift within me. It is as if during the last 12 something months I have been making the container ready to receive these gifts you are offering to us. I am very surprised that the tapping has had some influence on me, and happy, and relieved. I will stick to the advice ‘Keep tapping’ after these lectures are over. I will be persistent.

Jessica’s presentation today was wonderful, clear, concise and inspirational and I have already been tapping away reasons why I “can’t” do various things. Yesterday’s interview with Sue Beer had me in tears very quickly, tapping on constant worrying, and I now see a way forward to clear that. Hi Jessica,
It has been great to do the three tapping exercises with you for fear of failure, fear of criticism, and tapping for patience. Those experiences really resonated with me and I could customize them to my particular issues. Thanks for providing these guided sessions.
I intend to tap for the next 40 days using the Personal Peace Procedure to overcome the obstacles to my dreams. Thanks to you Jessica, Nick, and your staff for providing this inspiring summit. I have visited many of the websites of your contributing presenters and am very impressed with the contributions they are making to getting the law of attraction to work and giving us a path to follow with intention. They are making the world a better place.

Nick -
I can’t tell you how invaluable I have found tapping to be. It is transformational – pivotal!
The other day I woke up and heard my 6 yo radio go off (to christian/inspirational music) and I was enraged. I remembered while her dad was here about a week ago he said in that condescending tone – “What in the @#$% are you listening to that for?” My immediate response that day was, “Because we like it.” and then I pushed down that anger that he would come here and try to “rule over” or condemn anything we did. It’s not his place.
So on Thursday when I heard her alarm go off and I had that reaction, I tapped! Limited on experience as I was, I just tapped, I forgot the Karate chop so I went back … and even with all the stopping and going, I finished in about 2 minutes. I finished up my make-up and went over to her bedroom. I jumped on her bed and while I was kissing and hugging on her I realized that I was actually free from something and doing something (jumping in her bed) that I “reserved” for “when I have time” usually every other weekend. It was amazing. Even after I type this to you 4 days later, the memory of that brings up tears, freedom – imagine – freedom.
Update: I listened to Jessica on Monday night, I turned off/paused the audio for a minute and started writing down my goals and what would keep me from those goals and BOOM! I started crying, sobbing would be more honest. I had a flood of feelings and after about 10 minutes, I thought to myself, “Heavenly Father, I got to get out of this mode don’t leave me here.” Then I remembered to breathe. I just kept tapping on the points while I was sobbing; I didn’t go in any pattern, I just tapped. Something was moved there, too!
I think for so long you try to hold everything together, be perfect, be right and I think this is about being healthy, not right. Tapping for me gets past the committee in my head and says, “Your FIRED! New board members will be taking your place as soon as I am finished tapping!” and goes directly to the subconscious and starts firing all the old tapes … really erasing them not just overwriting them!
Thank you for this gift, thank you for the opportunity to upgrade/download, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Feel free to share the above …

I am really enjoying the summit. And trying to apply everything to myself. However, my 8 year old daughter is still struggling with bed wetting. She is upset and wishes it would stop happening to her. Most of her friends do not have this issue. How can I help her benefit from tapping to eliminate this embarrassing issue that has continued to haunt her.
Also, can I help other people/animals by tapping about them/for them even if they are not with me?
Thank You

Absolutely amazing all around. Just want to say to Jessica, In all my years I’ve never heard a presenter, host, etc as “complete” as you in content, as “in tune” as you in universal energy, and as genuine as you in caring, kindness and fairness. On top of it all you kept your speakers on task covering all things that came up for me and more. Remarkable. Thank you.
Nick, you and your sister have changed my life and others I’ve shared this with. Thank you.
I did miss two interviews. One my doing – the other would not present itself. They were my top two favorites. (Rick Wilkes & Pat Carrington) All speakers had impact.
THANKS FOR THE FREENESS. During event – success with interview tapping and last night personal tapping. WOW! I just love this & completely appreciate you all.

I am new to tapping. This summit has been a God send in my life. I I have been able to heal a lot of issues I didn’t know where effecting my life. I had been in relationship for the past 20 months. It was very mentally abusive. For some reason I just could let go of this relationship. But I finally was able to stand tall and walk away. Tapping is helping with the mourning of this relationship. I would love to thank you all for this summit.

I have a GREAT STORY, I have been so excited about my personal results (and I mean REALLY EXCITED) that I have become somewhat of a Poster Child for Tapping and the Tapping Summit. I told my friend and daughter about it and sent them the link last week. My friend told me this evening that she started tapping and the extreme pain in her leg and back (which made it so difficult to sleep) have disappeared and that she has been sleeping like she did as a child, in a peaceful snuggly comfort, AND she has noticed she is more peaceful and happy. She is amazed and cannot understand how tapping could have made such changes so quickly, AND now she has told her mother and sister who are now looking into tapping for themselves. Thank you Nick and Jessica so very much for your dedication and caring….

I want to give heartfelt thanks for all the meridian tapping lectures and the visualizations so generously provided to so many. What a wonderful gift to our world, in need of healing. I tried EFT some years ago, and it didn’t do anything for me, but listening to these talks has been dramatic. Even when taking notes, I felt changes. I like the pleasure of the tapping as I feel it course through my body. And, I suspect that when not tapping, but focusing on writing and hearing, is like EMDR, where the attention is “suspended” and not distracted by self-consciousness. I can see that the applications of MT can be endless. I had a dream and figured out the message it was giving me, and thought I could tap on that message to release the “hold”. However, just getting the message shifted the whole thing. Dream work with tapping could be another way of working through issues. I am deeply grateful for this new tool to add to my healing chest. I think it is going to be a very active one. And, I hope that your generosity is rewarded many times over.

Thank you for your work. I cleared – after 20 years of trials – issue, that I believe, come from previous life. Pain and guilt were running my life till now. I didn’t go for good job, home, or anything for me – I felt so unworthy. Month ago I met Art Giser, developer of EnergeticNLP, who confirmed my suspicion that it was kind of karma. He helped me clear loads of this burden, but I was still unable to change anything in my life – my saboteur was stronger, as always. Tapping with Sue Beer gave me tangible release – my pain and anxiety dissapeared. Listening to Jessica (thank you for your wonderful job!), to Personal Peace Process, allowed me to embrance my past, bad decisions, pain, guilt, and to forgive myself and all the people who I asked to remind about my past. Finally I could let it go. It was a lot of tears, but tears of relief. Finally I feel I can live, I can breathe, I can take care of myself, I can express myself. Thank you.

Nick, you and your sister did an AMAZING job. Your presenters were PHENOMENAL. I actually learned something!!! The Summit came at the perfect time. I had enrolled in a business and personal development course. It had been suggested that old issues needed to be addressed to maximize my success. The techniques I learned were very helpful when I was faced with a financial challenge. Because of the EFT Techniques I learned, I was able to remain focused and figured out a win-win resolution…………..PEACEFULLY.

Hi Nick & Jess
Thank you so much; I’m very grateful for this summit. I totally agree with all the positive comments that have already been posted. Every presenter made a valuable contribution and I ‘m appreciating the shifts I’ve been able to make effortlessly.
One question please: I’m from “the dysfunctional family” and sense that I suffered trauma in the womb and as a baby. This is obvious from the issues I struggle with as an adult. My problem is that I have nothing specific to tap on prior to about 4 years old, except that sense. Are you able to help with this please?
Thanks again.

I upgraded to the Gold Pass after listening to Stacey Vornbrook the first night. The effects of that session on my body were nothing short of astounding. I knew I needed to be able to listen (and tap along) again, so I bought the downloads. Now I’m so glad I did because I had such a busy week I wouldn’t have been able to catch all of the sessions any other way. This way I can listen and savor and re-listen as needed.
Thanks to you and Jessica for all you do!

dear nick,
it has been about 8 years or so since i found EFT.
however, it had never worked for me somehow – at least not sufficiently enough to be of value.
(but somehow, i had not given up on the validity of the process – i always thought, maybe i am not doing it the way it shouild be done.)
and thankfully, that changed completely for me today.
i was listening (and following) to Lindsay in tapping on limiting beliefs.
after the second round, the effect (of release and space) was so powerful that i realised/felt anger rise in me against the ‘pile’ of the beliefs i had made (as instructed in the process).
the more i tapped – alternatingly on the negative of limiting beliefs, and positive of finding my own power, i felt anger rise and become rage. i was blown away by my the rage i was feeling… i never had known i harboured so much deep and intense anger inside me.
the feeling of rage was so intense that i had to pause the audio, and tap away for the rage that was coming up.
two or three rounds and i felt the anger subside and transform into feeling of personal power.
the transformation was so powerful that as i got up to drink water, i felt very weak, and hardly able to hold on.
the intensity is so great, i am sure the transformation will be as strong-rooted and powerful.
thank you, nick.
and please convey my gratitudes to Lindsay Kenny.

I have a question, especially after listening to the audio with Patricia Carrington about The Choices Method – How does the body know whether you are tapping something for release or for incorporation. What I mean by this is this – as you are tapping around how does the body know that when you say “I am afraid of public speaking” you want to release it, but when you say “I am comfortable speaking to large groups” you want to incorporate that?
Comment by Claire Rall — March 5, 2010 @ 7:37 pm
Time and money contraints did not permit me to lsiten to may of the broadcasts, or buy up any of the packages during the Summit. However, something happened which will enable me to spend more than I ever thought I could.
What happened was – I, a post grad student, was listening to the pre-teach audio with Carol Look and feeling quite sorry for my poor (literally) self who, since graduating university in 2008, have so far been unable to find a job. So we were tapping on issues of money and emotions, and I shifted a fair bit of stuff.
What floored me was that the instant, and I say instant, that I had finished listening and tapping, the phone rang. It was someone offering me a job.
Go EFT.
Thank you so much Nick and Jess for all your work.

Hi Nick!
I’m so grateful for the Gold Level upgrade, thank you! Now I’m able to go deeper into the healing process in my own pace.
I have been experiencing a heavy pain in my lower back for quite a long time and I had no idea, where it came from. This morning, when I was tapping for the frustration I’ve been feeling about the pain, a memory came up. It was 35 years ago, when I was riding a horse and was afraid to gallop as I hadn’t been riding for a long time. My teacher got angry to the horse and scared it, so the horse stood up and I fell down and hurt my lower back. This memory lead to lots of other memories with deep feelings and finally to some childhood financial issues, when I had felt cheated by several adults. When I was tapping to the fear of death, I realized how all those memories made me feel that I wasn’t capable of surviving in this world. I’m very exited to find out how much releasing of these childhood issues will affect on my current financial issues.
Thanks again for this grate seminar!

I caught the last day and the bonus material of this amazing Summit. I was delighted with the authenticity, depth and integrity of everything I heard. I had been introduced to tapping many years ago, but it never really did anything for me. It seems gimmicky, and seemed to be used for helping people shut down what they were really feeling. I’ve spent many years learning how to help people be honest about how they feel and let those feeling move. Just that is hugely healing. The body-mind heals itself. But, listening to your lectures, I was blown away by the skill and insight of the speakers. THe process of finding what to tap on, really identifying what the program or issue is, and the intent to clear it, combined with the use of the meridians to help move it through your energy system is a powerful combination!
Here’s my best breakthrough so far:
I tapped on fear of death. Once. And then I went to sleep. The next day, I was amazed by how bouncy I was. I kept cracking silly jokes. I had twice as much energy. I laughed instead of being irritated or defensive.
My favorite lecture was Bruce Lipton!
The work you are both doing is generous, professional, full of heart and sincerity. I look forward to next years!

Hi Nick and Jessica:
Thank you for organizing this important event.
I was scheduled to have a mammogram in February, six months after microcalcifications showed up in the mammogram last August.
This was significant since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000 and, with a lumpectomy, no chemo, no radiation, but with a radical change in diet, mindset, lifestyle, yearly checkups, I had no changes in the mammograms until last August.
I tapped for strenght in dealing with whatever the results would be on the 25th February, my first time ever.
The results of the mammogram showed the need for further evauation as there seemed to be some cancer activity. I scheduled a lumpectomy on 3 March and tapped for a great experience with the medical personnel. Simultaneously my friends and church communities held prayer vigils that day as well as family and friends in Ghana, Japan.India.
Everything worked like a dream – the medical personnel were all women ( surgeon, anaesthesiologist, everyone in the operating room) and it seems like they received the memo to take good care of me, because they did.
I now have a post-op appointment on 11 March and will be tapping for strength in dealing with the results, whatever they are.
My only request is that Jessica taps for or with me. She is awesome…

Hi folks,
thanks, thanks and thank you again.
In great loving gratitude.
It feels like saying goodbye to good friends after a fantastic being together.
It hurts, but it is a sweet comforting pain.
May you and all my fellow-listeners live a great life and may we meet again, somewhere.

Thanks for this great summit!
Special applause to Jessica for her excellent job in facilitating.
Nine times out of ten, the clarifying questions that she asked the
presenters were the same questions that I had just asked myself.
I finally understand this tapping stuff, though I learned about it
years ago.

Thanks also to all the amazing practitioners and their unique ways of tapping. I have been learning about the very beneficial tool of just tapping along with whatever is going on in my head, saying it out aloud. In that way this “horrible” never ending self talk has actually a therapeutic affect and becomes a learning device. Terrific!

TAPPING TO CONNECT OURSELVES
I started a tapping session. I had no focus or preconceived subject matter, instead choosing to let the session lead the way. And round after round, lead the way it did.
The beginning statements escape my conscious memory. My profound ah ha moment started as I thought things were beginning to wind down.
This is what I remember.
I heard myself say, “this physical body”, “this physical body”, for a few tapping points. Then followed by a few tapping points each saying “this mental body”, “this emotional body” and “this spiritual body”.
I began to wonder if the KEY to ‘HEALING’ might be that these “body selfs” need to be reconnected! So, I started tapping on connecting all these “body selfs” together. This involved tapping on forgiving and loving each “body self”. I included all other “body selfs” that I am not aware of (just in case).
This lead to connecting with my ONENESS. Which led to connecting with my ONENESS with the Universe and all there is.
This made sense to me. For example, when we have a physical pain, we try to ignore or fight against it. We disconnect. My imagination started creating a workshop on this specific tapping solution. More to come. I will tap on it.

P.S. Special thanks to the online TAPPING WORLD SUMMIT for sparking this awareness. Keep tapping.
P.P.S. Has / or could Jessica do an audio clip using this idea of bringing together and connecting all the segments of our selfs???

Dear Nick,
I had to laugh when I saw your “sniff, sniff” yesterday because mine had already started around day seven. LOL I laugh about it now but am feeling “slight” symptoms of abandonment.
Having been raised Roman Catholic, I immediately got it when Jessica talked about the 40 days of Revival and Renewal… and they will actually overlap part of Lent in a very synchronistic way. Due to some computer glitch I didn’t actually get to hear all of her personal peace procedure presentation and wonder if you will be sending out additional info on the 40 day tap along. I hope so.
Please keep me posted on any developments you think I should know about. I had missed the meridian tapping for pain audio the first time around and it was excellent. Kudos for replaying it.
Peace and Love, Charlie

I have been tapping for a while, a year or so. I really wanted to attend a weekend or longer seminar. The World Tapping Summit was all that I hoped for and then some. I have noticed a shift in my eating habits, for the good, also a shift in my confidence , ie: am writing this for the world to see. Also my relationship with money is calmer now..I just seem more confident and relaxed after tapped along with several of the evening presentations.
Thanks for all and all that is to come, because it isn’t over yet.
The support you are giving to the Oaxaca project is just great.

Hi Nick and Jessica
What an amazing Tapping Summit full of wisdom and healing. I wanted to thank you for your hard work and dedication in bringing ittogether, I think it even surpassed last years Summit. The presenters were so generous with sharing what they have learned and Jessica was a superb host very often asking exactly what I was thinking!
I learned so much on a personal and professional level and had several aha moments. Thank you so much.
with love Mandy

I’ve been practicing EFT for a few months and have had some success with it. However I’ve been frustrated because I didn’t know how to do it by myself – the verbal part of it. The process seemed like a simple one when I was given a script to follow, but when I came upon a problem that I wanted to address on my own I was at a loss for what to say. I now know how to do that. What a gift THAT is!!! Thank you for leading the way.
Jessica, if you are not currently an EFT practitioner, you have missed a natural calling. Of all the interviews I listened to over the ten day summit, yours was the one that was the clearest and most comforting to me. You have such a beautiful, natural gift and I would love have you as my EFT guide/teacher.
I wish you and Nick the utmost success with this endeavor, as well as any that follow. Thank you for your guidance and your contributions of time, natural ability and your drive. You are a force to be admired!

Recently have tapping for my situation at the moment(unemployed).
And it is with great shame taht I can not get the Cd set on the summit 2010, but I hope to overcome this situation, tapping surely will help me to not let go down psychologically.
At the moment I started practicing again reflexology, after some downtime, and the few clients that I have, helped to keep me going.
When I so the video on cancer in children, I was very touched and very willing to help. Until now, when I think of cancer or talk, are always talking about adults, never having imagined
that it could be so common in children! They are realy stories of lives that need our attention and affection. Sadly there are not many sensitivities as you in this world. I hope that the universe is with you and can realize your desires, so that these childrens can experience this time happier and with a smile on his lips.
I pray to god to embrace us all.

Thank you for providing such a great summit. Just wanted to share my insight from working with tapping since the summit. Regarding negative and positive statements. It turns out that just keeping the negative statements to the set up karate point on the hand and acknowledging them is plenty good and allows them to be heard and on the table with out reinforcing them. I then go on and tap on all the other points wth positive (choice & allowing) statements.
The choice and allowing statements were indeed a breakthrough for me. Thank you for that gift. In the past I just did positive affirmations and wondered why my inner voice called me a liar. Now with the “I choose” and “I allow myself….” statements, I can truly feel that I’m speaking my truth.

Hi Nick and Jessica,
It’s been two weeks now since the summit. I am already much more calm than I have been the last few years (menopause). The speaker who had the most impact on me was Brad Yates with his ‘cannot feel bad enough for others in order to be a good person’. As a social worker this was revealing to me. Never knew I had this limited believe while working with all these clients. However, I felled more and more tired lately. Worn out. So this was such a release realizing this was my issue. On friday last week I got sick. A lot of vomating etc. In my bed ‘suffering’ I got these images of old events I probably could not have reproduced if I had not been sick. It’s beautiful how ‘frozen’ energy in itself finds a way to free itself.
Anyway, thanks for everything.

I was able to listen to most of the speakers during the Summit and have loved tapping with new knowledge and understanding. My day goes so much better and is full of joy. I especially liked Judy Bryne teaching on the “critical voice”. Mine has quieted down a lot and and I’m aware when it starts sabotaging and I start tapping and asking it to work with me and how I want it to work with me because it is causing me distress. That is really big for me because critical sabotage was my middle name. Dr. Pat Carrington’s presentation How to Use Tapping to Make the Law of Attraction Work for You taught me when there is peace in my mind and I go to bed with no discontent and void of the critical voice, I tap that wonderful feeling in. Whenever there is need to pat myself on the back, I start tapping that feeling of joy in. These are just a few changes because of the Summit.
Thank you so much for having the 2010 Tapping Summit. I am a better person because of it.

Hi Nick!
Something remarkable has happened in my life since I started tapping, when the tapping summit started. I’ve been unimployed almost four years now and have got only two job interviews during all that time. And now that I’ve been tapping every day, I’ve got FOUR job interviews within the last TWO WEEKS!!! It really gives me back the already lost hope of getting a job. I did realize earlier that some part of me was stopping me of getting a new job, but I couldn’t figer out what it was and what to do about it. Now it seems like I’ve released that obstacle from my energies by tapping!
Thank you all SO much!
Now I feel hopeful and have also released a lot of childhood traumas and bad feelings and painful blocks from my body. I feel much more relaxed physically and mentally. This is the most awesome method I’ve ever heard of! And finally, I believe that I can really get over with everything bad that has happened between me and my narcissistic mother. I’ve been working with that matter about 20 years and finally I have a method that really helps me to forgive and let go and release all the pain and anger and saddness from my body.
I can’t even describe how much this method means to me. I already know it will change my life – goodbye stagnation and traumas!
I shall always be grateful for each and every one of you involved in this free audio summit! And I shall let the good go around and find ways to help others as you have helped me.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!

Thank you Nick and Jessica for all your work in making the Tapping World Summit possible. It was an impressive achievement. You should know that I came to know about the summit by accident. A fluke email–I thought. Sounded strange at first because I never heard of it before. But I tried it, and it works. I’m now a convert. I hope to write about it (and you) soon in my website: http://www.pure-inspirational-thoughts.com. Will be in touch. Ivee Olivares

To answer your question about my gains since the summit: My greatest gain has been in motivation to tap on most everything, except where I have doubt it will work. I have a background in psychology and have lightly involved myself with this method until the summit. Now, daily I am spending considerable time learning more. Thank You.
My question is where to from here. Any specific sites or ways to grow with the method?

Love the tapping summit. I always learn something new. I greatly appreciate all of these amazing people commited to changing the lives of others for the better. I would love in the future to hear from experts in the field of chronic insomnia and fibromyalgia. I felt that healing was a little under represented and would love to have access to tapping materials for these and other health issues. Thank you!
