Dear Friend,
Recently I’ve determined that I’m the luckiest man alive.
![]()
I’ve decided this not only because it’s a great attitude to have (feel lucky, attract great things!) but because the evidence in my life these days of this being a fact is overwhelming.
The email I got this morning helps prove my case even more.
I’m sharing it with you because I know you will see the hope, possibility and opportunity in it for yourself.
The bottom line is Tapping works, in a big way, but you have to use it.
And you have to use it when you most don’t want to! When you’re down and out, depressed, angry, or unmotivated. When life hits you with its challenges, when you hit yourself with your own limiting beliefs, that’s when you have to find that little bit of energy and say, “I’m going to tap on this and clear it once and for all!”
Sea Miller has proven this works for her.
I’ve proven it to myself. So have tens of thousands of others.
How about you? Are you using EFT and Tapping to change your life? Why not? ![]()
Oh, and there can definitely be more than one “luckiest man or woman alive”!
Will you join me?
Nick
P.S. Oh, and if it’s not totally clear why I felt like the luckiest man alive when I read the email below this morning…it’s simple… I get to wake up every morning and work on projects I care deeply about, I am financially rewarded for it, and I get emails like the one below that touch my heart in a profound way. Who could ask for more?!?
Email from: Sea Miler

Dear Nick & Jessica,
I just have to tell you how “tapping” has changed my life! I so needed & was so ready for this information. I had some info & then listened to your tapping summit & took notes.
For me, I found that tapping is the means to a body – mind – spirit connection! What I have done that is a slight variation is by adding “and I know that I am loved” to “I totally accept myself” - (referring to the indwelling piece of God that we all have within us). Feeling that divine unconditional love & acceptance is sooo powerful. It has made me know that each of us was created by a higher power for a specific purpose & given gifts to fulfill a destiny. (You both obviously know your destiny is to do what you are doing!) I now know that my artwork & artistic gifts were given to me to help people realize their own indwelling spirit & destiny – and tapping a means to do that.
I went from being a tired slug of a person to a human dynamo! I’ve undergone this HUGE metamorphsis! For the last two months I have accomplished more than in the previous year. I’m empowered – freed – released! The difference is so apparent, that my grown daughter now to refers to me as her “new” Mom. I feel compelled to tell everyone I know about tapping! I’m convinced that if everyone knew about it the world would be such a better place. It would signal a huge spiritual evolution of the human race!!! Everywhere I go I wait & watch for that sign, that someone is ready to know & I’m off about tapping! And it feels so great – you do know that though, don’t you!
I was so happy to hear about the movie because I wanted to be able to explain it better than I was. Can’t wait to get it & can’t wait to start hosting screenings! I intend to find local organizations that can put copies to good use – like the Salvation Army, WEAVE (Women Escaping A Violent Environment), etc. I have a laptop & projector & am ready to “hit the road” for tapping.
I can’t thank you enough for this wonderful thing that you are doing!
- Sea

This arrived at the most perfect second for me, I see now that I manifested it. So, I really do know that I am loved!
Thank you Sea, Nick and Jessica. Love back to you!
Comment by Annette — April 7, 2010 @ 1:14 pm
My life is so messed up I do not know what to do anymore.
Comment by Brenda — April 7, 2010 @ 1:23 pm
I’m one of the Luckiest Women Alive because of tapping! It helped to free me from nearly 50 years of multiple problems and health challenges from a childhood trauma at age 4-1/2. My life since discovering tapping has improved in every aspect ever since and it keeps getting better and better. I love what I do as an Energetic Life Coach because I teach it to others and watch as they transform their own lives. What could be better than that?
Comment by Nancy Southern — April 7, 2010 @ 1:24 pm
Very good! It is indeed inspiring to hear of this transformation.
Love is the currency you know …
Love is what we ‘give’ to get everything we want …
Imagine yourself pouring a beam of white light up your spine and out of your crown chakra, as you tap around … it can be mind blowing … when you send all your Love up that tube of light, then draw it back – bigger by an inestimable amount. lol.
Better & better,
Bart

Wow, I think Sea has hit it. Her email is worth reading many times over.

Thank you, Nick, for sharing this. You and Jessica have been a God-send for me! This is such an encouraging email. Not only do I use tapping for myself and as a surrogate, but I’m starting to share it with others. I want to become an EFT practitioner soon. But I need to know where to get training courses. Alternative healing has been my passion for years and now I think it’s finally coming together for me. I’m also working through Bob Proctor’s 6Minutes2Success daily video lessons, so when I repeat my phrases I tap as I repeat them! I figure it will only move me in the right direction even more quickly! I know this will bring me to the successful life I’ve always dreamed of. I want to share it with everyone. When the email mentioned the lady just waiting and watching for people that are ready for tapping, it reminds me of myself….I call it “pinging” people. I’ll throw out a tid-bit of information and ping them with it to see their response! If I get a bite…I continue with more information and only take them as far as they can receive at the time. Thanks again and God bless you richly!!!
Comment by Mary Ann Page — April 7, 2010 @ 1:36 pm
It makes me really happy to read this email. It is a wonderful thing for those for whom it works. I tried myself and listened to the summit this year. I am suffering from anxiety, depression and obsessive thoughts. I am now on lexapro and xanax to help me through the day. I was hoping the tapping would help me. I am a gold member but haven’t been able to master the tapping. Any suggestions? Thanks
Comment by Karen — April 7, 2010 @ 1:38 pm
I will try to remember to add “and I know that I am loved”. I think that is a wonderful idea.
Comment by Wendy Sharpe — April 7, 2010 @ 1:39 pm
Good on you Sea! Keep following that urging to do what your doing…same for you Nick and Jessica! It’s so wonderful to see people following their bliss. I needed to read this today to snap me out of corporate, no windows, work drama (that is changing, just current reality).
Thanks again and keep it up!
Comment by Autumn — April 7, 2010 @ 1:40 pm
After the tapping summit, I created a tapping group. Some high profile people joined the group – a lakota shaman, a doula, an expert on emotions, and the director of religious studies at the university of colorado. I told the group that we have the potential to be the most powerful group in the area and beyond. I use it with my caregiver clients as a surrogate.

Really needed to see that post. Have been angry, depressed, frightened and cynical. Struggling to pay the mortgage, feeling fearful and ashamed…. And… I keep tapping. Apparently I have not collapsed some core issues, as I keep struggling, financially and emotionally. And, I keep tapping. Work keeps coming in (not as fast or in the form I like) as I am really blocked about thinking I can/deserve to make $ as an artist. Will be doing a facilitated “Artist’s Way” workshop, to try to uncover some of the blocks around $ and my career. (then, tap on what comes up)
Thanks for your inspiration and example. Got my husband to try tapping, and he thinks it’s the greatest thing ever (when I have a hard time, HE’s now the one saying “did you tap on it?”)!
On way to client, will keep tapping! (is it ok to do in the car???)
My husband is now ‘officially’ helping with my business, and will be doing some consulting for another friend also trying to ramp up. (A bit of a miracle, and also — major miracle!– he’s been doing yard work and working with me here to move things forward! I am a decorative painter/fine artist and he’s a fan) All of these little miracles… a result of tapping???
best

Sea, I feel the exact same way! I am so appreciative of the work that Nick and Jessica put into this. I don’t even know how I found out about it. Tapping is changing my life.
I was showing this to my mother. She was tapping and she took her blood pressure. She had dropped 20 points. Incredible!
Thank you, Nick, for reminding me to tap especially when I don’t feel like it.
I am so grateful for tapping.

Wow. What a profound statement to put into the setup statement. I will be using this soon.

Nick,
I truly do know what tapping can do for a person’s life; it has saved mine! Four and a half years ago I became very ill with a rare cancer and underwent a bone marrow transplant just to give me approximately one more year. At the end of that year I began working with Pamela Bruner and with her keen intuition and skill, we cleared a major trauma from my childhood. It is coming up to five years and I feel fantastic; as a matter of fact I have taken the AMTT course and Matrix Reimprinting so that I can become a practitioner of EFT and fulfill my passion in life to help other people who have been touched by this disease. My business name is Joy After Cancer http://www.joyaftercancer.com. Regards, Peggy Mangan RN

My husband and I have been using tapping now for about three weeks. My husband has had real blocks when it comes to being tested for anything. When he was 16 and needed to get his driver’s licence, he had the same examiner each time. Even after six attempts, he was unable to pass his road test. The examiner was a person of authority (in my husband’s mind at that young age) and he was ridiculed, belittled and made to feel undeserving and incapable. From that time onward, any time he had to be examined, it took him at least three or four times to pass and exam. He now lives in Canada and had to take a road test. He passed only on the 7th try. A year later, he was required to take his freeway test. Needless to say, all these demons were brought to the surface, and when he explained the emotions he felt at 16, we used tapping just before his freeway exam. He telephoned me just before noon today to tell me that he had passed his freeway test with flying colours, nho errors, none! To put it into his words, his “heart cannot stop dancing”.

Wow!!! I just might say that what you people are doing is nothing short of amazing!! And thank you, again for it!!!
I learned EFT long time ago and haven’t used it regularly, but the time I spent tapping was always a valuable one!!! I resolved many issues by it , but still feel there is one “big one” that needs attention! It is in regard of a career which I am devoted to- the field of alternative therapies… What I am yet to experience is a full use of a “healer within”, and EFT is a big part of what I want to use to help people to “unleash the power“.
Thanks!!All the blessings to you Jessica and Nick!!!

OMG! I feel so lucky that I have received this info in my email today! I feel so blessed that I have been brought here and for a great reason! I have only been tapping for a short time, and no I haven’t been doing it on a regular basis but I now know that in order for me to get past my personal road blocks that I must commit to accepting myself and tap everyday! Thank you so very much for the reminder you are an inspiration to us all! I am working on tring to get more info out there from my blog about tapping in hopes that I too can help many unlock their road blocks to success in their lives! Thank you again so much!!
Blessed Be!

So far, I’ve received many benefits from tapping, but I need to be more consistent with it. I feel fantastic after doing a number of rounds, regardless of what I tap on, I just feel better. Like Mary Ann, I have recently started a membership with Bob Proctor’s 6Minutes2Success site, and I have been using tapping along with affirmations, which seems like an excellent idea. Right now, my biggest obstacle would be getting a routine established for doing it!

Whenever I get this type of sincere appreciation in e-mail form, I put them in a special folder to read over and over again. (I call it my “Happy Folder”) It’s one of my most read folder in Outlook. It reminds me of my purpose and why I do the things I do for others – and yes, how “lucky” I am.
Words can’t express how special this type of feedback is.
Thanks for sharing this.

I can relate to Brenda. My life just seems so messed up; I am grieving the loss of my parents, my husband is an alcoholic in denial, I can’t lose weight, etc. I know how to do EFT on myself and I have done it, but I don’t do it regularly. I’m not sure how to make it more a part of my life. I have done it maybe twice this past month. I just don’t know…I seem to be going in too many directions. I need to get better for my little ones.
Comment by Claudia — April 7, 2010 @ 3:00 pm
HI Nick,
I tapped almost everyday of the Summit…ususally I’d awaken around 2:00am and listen to the audio in bed and tap along with the practitioner and Jessica. I was feeling totally stuck and unable to move forward in several different ways.
Now, I have left a dead end job that was sucking the life out of me. I was working on developing some traditional publishing ideas when I was given a brand new idea that is so cool and so needed. I am now developing a fantastic new business that has global possibility. Talk about getting un-stuck! I feel happy, free and rich with energy and possibility.
I have been sharing tapping with a lot of people and know that it has the power to transform humanity. Wow! I will continue to share this beautiful and easy process.
Thank you and bless you!
One very lucky woman,
LeeAnn

Nick & Sea- thank you for sharing such an inspiring message, Tapping is really helping me and I also have Bob’s Six Minutes programme so it’s a great idea to tap on the phrases as they are repeated daily – thanks for that tip Mary Ann Page x
I am too very keen to spread the word – my friends think I am a little crazy doing this funny tapping thing but they will come around

Received my Tapping Solution Workbook and CD’s last Fri. Started tapping right away. I have post-polio syndrome and after tapping the first day, the pain in my legs was greatly reduced. the first couple of CD’s caused me to let out a lot of emotion. I cried. But after the sessions, I felt so much better and I now have my energy back which is usually very low in post polio patients. I am so Grateful for finding your program. What a Blessing. I’m telling everyone about my success. Thank you Nick and Jessica and all of the Teachers on my CD’s God Bless You All.

It’s a curious thing with tapping that once our subconscious mind realizes we are ready to heal, it often will pour out all the “hidden” emotions and feelings that we’ve been tucking away for so long.
That is why it is so important to keep tapping, but also to stop and look around once in a while and acknowledge just how far you’ve come!
Being grateful for where you are now is such an important part of the healing/growing process.
Keep up the good work Nick and Jessica

Picking a different adjective, I am the Most Grateful Man Alive.
Since discovering tapping because of a chapter written by Brad Yates in Joe Vitale’s book “The Key” — an excellent book about clearing limiting beliefs — I have discovered: the movie “The Tapping Solution” (excellent DVD that I keep re-watching!); websites such as emofree.com and TheTappingSolution.com; and, Tapping World Summit 2010 (with the beautiful and handy platinum package, interviews from which I replay every day).
Sea’s email reminds me of the value that I get from tapping while “on the road” with long training runs every Saturday morning in preparation for my next marathon. The tapping while running helps me to minimize and get clarity about temporary pains and to overcome limiting beliefs about speed and endurance.
I highly recommend tapping to anyone who is willing to give it a try.

Thanks Nick and Jessica and Brad Yates : I have used your tappings and they alwasy make me feel better, but I hardly ever have the time. I tried to give them to my sister but she even has less time. Nevertheless when I am feeling bad, I know I can always get back to your tappings that I love and know make me feel better!

This is just what I needed to hear, tap when I least want to. And the words Sea uses…”and I know that I am Loved” when I read and then spoke them, I had an immediate connection to their power for me. It’s really neat to be able to individualize my tapping. I pick up new and powerful techniques almost every time I tap. (which will be alot more often) Thankyou both for the encouragement and for speaking to my Spirit just when I needed it. I SO Appreciate this like-minded community, my unseen Family. Thankyou! Even though…………….. I deeply and completely rejoice in the arms of God’s loving embrace!
Even though…………… I deeply and completely know myself as an eternally ecstatic spirit soul!
Even though………………I am so grateful to understand this reciprocal exchange of love with my Lord.
Even though…………..I deeply and completely accept, that as spirit, I am eternal, full of knowledge and bliss!
Even though………I deeply and completely embrace myself as an eternal child of God.
Even though……….I rejoice and am exceeding glad that great is my reward in heaven.
Even though…………….I deeply and completely know that all these trials are really God’s blessing to encourage me to Turn to Him as my only shelter.
Like everything else that is good and beneficial, this tapping practise is a gift from God. Through tapping I can remove the ignorance in my heart and learn to embrace the abundance of all that life on earth has to offer. But let me always remember that all these gifts are fleeting . In the twinkling of an eye, this lifetime will pass, and I cannot take anything with me. Therefore let me use all these gifts of tapping to engage myself more fully in the service of the Lord and all of His children, so that my progress towards life’s eternal goal is enhanced in every way. Amen………. Peter Levine / Ishan das

I have been tapping for 6 years nearly evey day with and without the help of practitioners – one even gave up on me. It is both heartening and disheartening to read Seas email – heartening that it does seem to turn so many peoples lives around and disheartening because I am sitting here with a headache – again – and not matter how much I tap or what I tap on, it just does not budge it. If this happened even once a month it would be ok but they come about every 2nd and some of them stick around for 2 to 3 days.
So Brenda and Faye, I can understand where you are coming from and my only advice to you is to tap on how dispondent you feel. It does help a bit.

What a wonderful email! I, too, have found tapping very beneficial in my life. I really like the idea of adding “and I know that I am loved” to my tapping. It’s so perfect! I want to thank Nick and Jessica again for the Tapping Summit. I think it changed a lot of lives. I know it changed mine.

I’m not having a very good day today, so when i got this post in my email box i wasn’t even going to open it. but something made me click the link and read your letter, Nick. Now, i’m glad i did. I’ve only been practicing EFT for a few months and not with any regularity. Last night, i had a session with Margaret Lynch and it brought up some tough issues for me. (probably why i’m not having such a great day today) Those issues wee buried deep and were working on my core feelings about myself…doing major damage, i might add. i know EFT tapping works from previous occassions and i made a vow last night to myself to do some tapping everyday. Your wonderful, worm email C helped me to remember that. and before i had finished your post, i did a session about how i was feeling. while i’m not bouncing off of the ceiling, i do feel a bit better, more optimistic, enough so that i wanted to make this post. I’m learning to open myself more to myself and to others too. I’m learning that i can say what i need to say without fear of reprisal or repercussion. for along time, when i wanted to say something or even do something that i thought would be ridiculed by others, my throat would close up and i’d simply shut down. and again, while i’m not moving mountains, i am moving. something has started to shift within me and bring me out of my self-impsed isolation. I’m starting a new business venture with some fear, some trepidation, but also more hope than ever before.
sometimes, i get stuck on what i should be saying when i tap and that’s when the teleclasses and seminars and recorded tapping session that Jessica and others do really help me. I can then focus on the tapping and the things that are coming up for me and not on trying to say the “right” things. so thank you Nick, Jessica and Margaret for all that you do.
when i finally open my Medical Massage clinic, i definitely want to incorporate tapping into my healing modalities. One day, i hope to be a practitioner of EFT and spread its healing effects and love to my clients.
so, everyone, “keep tapping”

To Brenda and Claudia above, hang in there…it does get better!!!
Tapping and prayer, along with essential oils (I use Young Living, esp Valor and Forgiveness blends) has made such a dramatic change in my life, that I can hardly believe it myself!!!
For a long time, I was in a dark place that felt like it was suffocating anything good in myself or my life, and I didn’t know if I could ever get out of it. I spent a few years like that, while trying to heal from some very traumatic life events, some from childhood, some from adulthood, and as I look back, I see that they are all conected….long story short, I knew about tapping, and used it once in a while, but not regularly….finally, when I was ready to heal, I started using essential oils, then tapping and finally added prayer to it…and now I’m in the best place I’ve ever been in in my whole life!!! I feel happy with myself, and I know that the tapping and essential oils, along with open, heartfelt prayer has finally allowed me to completely forgive myself, and then everyone else for all the pain in my life, and now I only want to share my happiness with everyone else. I truly feel loved and blessed, and its allowing me to be my true self, move past the hurt and look forward to an even more joyful and prosperous future.
So to everyone out there who doesn’t know where to turn, and don’t know how they can get out of the darkness they feel inside, use the tapping!!! And when you don’t want to tap on a problem, tap “even though I don’t feel like tapping right now….” and then tap on the problem, and then tap on whatever comes up, it’s all connected in your mind.
No one, and nothing can fix your life if you don’t allow it to, so let God into your life, use the gifts he has given us, like tapping and essential oils, and you CAN be full of love and joy, no matter how dark it seems now, I promise you that!!!
Keep up the good work Nick and Jess, you are sharing such precious information to help everyone!!!

Wow! This is an awesome testimonial to the power of tapping and how it can make such an incredible positive change in our lives. I have been tapping since the summit and love the results. My specific target was to improve my vision. SO many things came up around that issue. A dear friend of mine is an EFT Practitioner in CA and helped me remove the final blocks. What we discovered was I was energetically attached to my identical mirror twin. We discovered this by coming upon two emotional issues: Not being worthy and not good enough. I searched and searched my memory to attempt to find any experiences that we hadn’t addressed and found none. Hmmm! We kept looking deeper and I began to tell my friend about my life growing up as an identical mirror twin. She is also an intuitive as I am and we both got at the same time I was picking up the emotional blocks from my twin through an energetic thread connecting us. We immediately severed the connection by loving her and myself, accepting us both as we are and ALLOWING me to be independent of her as well as encouraging her to stand independent of me. I gotta tell you, after that session I felt like I was finally free…liberated if you will. Ideas are flowing into my mind….ways to help others achieve this feeling and change their lives. AND my vision has improved dramatically. I no longer need to wear magnifiers to see my computer screen or read small print! Being an animal communicator as well as intutive energy worker, this is the missing piece I have been looking for to assist animals AND their owners release trapped negative emtion so they can enjoy their lives together. I have used EFT on my own horses and dog with fabulous results as well. Thank you and Jessica both for your encouragement and unending faith in all of us to keep tapping and live the life we are meant to live!

Boy I needed this today! I was feeling a bit down, since it is the “human” rememberance of my Mom’s birthday today…and I miss her and would just love to feel her arms around me and give me a hug…which we did many times in a day. She has been gone four years now and it seems like a few months sometimes. I am blessed, because I am able to communicate with her at times. In fact on Easter Eve at my Church’s service, I felt my Mom slide her left hand into my right hand as the parishionaires stood up to say the “Our Father”…then I sensed her next to me. It felt wonderful, but, I started crying, tears filling my eyes, but it was worth it. She stayed until I fell asleep much later that night. We communicated a bit off and on during the evening and I was very pleased it happened.
I so want to help others communicate with the “Spirit World” and know the awesome joy of it all.
Some of the above are such wonderful wording suggestions and are superb!
I have been wanting to become a “EFT Practionaire” and have not gotten there yet…my own blocks and fears and no $. But, I do share “EFT” with others when I have the chance to do it. Some take to it and others think it is stupid or silly.
I am wanting to change my life so much that everyone will wonder how I did it! So, writing this out, I guess I am putting my desire out to the internet and Universe.
Sometimes at night when I am too tired to do any tapping, I actually ask one of my “Spirit Guides” to do it on me and he always abliges me, and I always feel better.
I just wish I was more savy on the computer and internet, for I would love to have a website and do webcasts once or twice a week.
If anyone knows how to get a “Free Website and Free Webcasts” PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, LET ME KNOW. They don’t publish the emails here…but, maybe Nick or Jessica would let me know you have some important information for me.
I found that if I tap when I am talking or listening to others it makes me feel lighter.
God Bless everyone here, especially Nick and Jessica….you guys “Rock”.

I would like to use this opportunity to express my infinite gratitude for all the stuff you guys have done. I came accross tapping about four years ago, looking for a non medicated way to bring relief to my severe PTSD. I was an ambulance volunteer who had participated in the rescue of a bombimg in Israel, a month later, when the Twin Towers fell, I was in NY. My EMT coach got killed that same year in a terrorist attack. 2001 was the worst year of my life and I was only 20…
Today, I am not that medicated, depressed, self pitying person because I found tapping… and you guys have helped take this to a much higher level!
The summit was amazing, and your willingess to share this with the world is the one of most powerful forces at work I have ever seen.
Great work! You inspire me so much! I really feel lucky to be part of this.

Hi Nick
Today I was a little bit down and thought that nothing would help and I made up my mind not even to tap .
Then, once more, there was an email from you. Just to read it made me happy, and when I read:
“that’s when you have to find that little bit of energy and say, “I’m going to tap on this and clear it once and for all!””
I realized I have to do it. No depression. No challanges, nothing will stop me from tapping not even tonight
Thanks Nick from the bottom of my heart.
Once more you motivated me , when I most needed it.
I am so grateful for all what you are doing.

Brenda (especially)…you don’t even have to “know” what to do…just start.
Changes are often like making ripples on a pond – it doesn’t matter from which shoreline you throw in the stone.
You can start where you are with just the basic tapping recipe…there is no requirement to ‘believe,’ or ‘trust, or ‘know.’ Start tapping and observe.
It’s a HUGE relief for ‘everything’ – and you have the tools already at your fingertips (literally!). Tapping just shows us how to unlock and unburden AND breathe out at last!

I have been following the Summit and have been encouraged by your work and quidance.
I pass The Tapping Solution on to as many people as I can, for I believe it can help everyone in varied ways. This testimonial from Sea is another example of how Tapping can be made unique /individual to our own needs.
Thank you for sharing this.

Thank you so very much for posting this Nick! It was just the reminder I needed today to make tapping an everyday practice!
And thank you for the suggestion to tap on the phrases created from Bob Proctor’s 6minutes2Success!!

This email, and all the comments with it, came at just the right time. I was so excited about tapping and was talking it to everyone. Then my father died two weeks ago. My siblings decided I could not participate in the service because I might add a “psychic twist” to the stories I wanted to tell. Then one sister called me and for an hour told me what a horrible awful I am and that how I respond will determine how I get along with my siblings for the rest of my life. I did nothing for the moment. Then two more days later she called and invited me to stay at her house with my other siblings the night before my father’s Memorial Service which is this coming Saturday. I am going to tap until I can’t tap anymore before I go and spend two days with siblings who can’t stand me. Hopefully, it will make it easier for everyone. Thank you so much. Perfect timing, as always.
….Blessings from Candi

OK, what about this? What if you are severely mentally impaired? I have been tapping for about a year and it has been making crazy, unbelievable, positive changes in my life that can not be explained any other way. I want to help every one and am making huge strides with friends and fam. My question is because I have a friend that has an only daughter that is severely autistic and I have a mother-in-law that has dementia. How do you help them? ….even with surrogate tapping which I have been successful with? While you could argue that a person with dementia attracted that to themself, you cannot say a child born autistic attracted autism. The autistic child is generally a happy girl so you can say that she is happy so her intellegence level is of no consequence but last year she was diagnosed with cancer. She is not aware of what it is or what it means, only that she feels bad, and chemo makes that even worse. I look for opportunities to “share the love” when it comes to tapping but surely I cannot say to my friend–hey you probably attracted your daughter’s issues, all you have to do is just tap them away! Yes, I KNOW that worrying about her daughter is only hurting and not helping. I can easily see that because it is not my daughter. Any help for these people would be greatly appreciated. I am in a place that I could not have dreamed about two years ago. It is so profoundly better that my kids’ friends are watching my tapping video! I also have a job that is what I’ve dreamed about, some days I am jumping around my house screaming because I cannot believe a phone call or email I’ve received. I know it will be even better next week, next year! Thanks so much, Jess and Nick, for all you are doing.

Dear Nick and Others,
This is so totally true what Sea wrote, and I can relate and actually FEEL her responses. It is like all of us have this connection and that is what we are all about. I too, feel so completely different since I tuned into the Tapping summit. Moreover, everyone around me see it too. Like others, I can’t say THANK YOU enough. Every morning as I give thanks to God, I include tapping. Before I go to sleep, I give thanks with tapping. Before I do my school work or my business, I get to my email, anxiously waiting and hoping to find some tapping email. I find myself saying to others, “I am going to teach you how to tap on that.” Or others will call me and ask if I could tap on something for them. I go over with them what I am going to tap on as they explain what their situation is and they feel so much better. Now, several want to know more about the tapping world. I am helping others as well as helping myself. This is so wonderful, more than words can say. I am so happy for Sea. Thank you for sharing. I feel that I am one of the luckiest people in the world because I have “met” Nick and Jessica at the Tapping World Summit, 2010. The 10 days that forever changed my life. . . for the better.

Tapping is definitely the way forward. I feel that not only is tapping shifting a lot of old “stuff” that has been holding me back, but also that it will eventually result in a planet-wide energy shift. I feel it happening already. Try it on everything, the email said. So I did. It has worked amazingly well with all sorts of problems – and not just my own emotional and physical issues. For example, with my horse (behavioural issues), with my mother (who is sadly dying just 3 months short of her 100′th birthday), to help my sick cat (he had a urinary infection), helping a US-based email friend’s horse (skull fracture following an accident while trailing), I could go on but the list is endless! Thank you Nick and Jessica, Margaret Lynch, Gary Craig, Brad Yates et al. And thank you Sherry for sharing that you ask your Guide to tap for you when you feel too tired. I’ll definitely be trying that one, though I’ll have to ask him to retract his claws (he likes to take the form of a panther)…

I had previously been introduced to tapping, but it was a skating glance with no real connection to it. When I participated in the Tapping World Summit, I felt fully engaged and belighted. Jessica invited those who so desired to participate in 40 days of Personal Peace Tapping, and I felt drawn to make a commitment to myself to tap every day for at least those 40 days. No matter how tired I feel, before my evening meditation prior to going to sleep, I tap. Sometimes for a short while, and sometimes for longer, depending on the depth of the issue wanting to be tapped out and the new feeling/belief/etc to be tapped in. I have come to look forward to my “Tapping Time” every night.
I find that sometimes the issue I start to tap on changes as I tap, revealing layers and layers that are ready to tap out and release. It is a very profound process. I modified the Tapping for Release of Pain from Trauma, Injury or Surgery to be effective for emotional trauma as well, and incorporated body/mind/spirit into my tapping. It has been an amazing journey, and the 40 day initial commitment isn’t even done yet!
Even if it only works because I believe it will, so I work it, it works!
Many thanks, bright blessings, and best of care to the tapping world community!

What’s stopping you from finally living the life you’ve always dreamed of?
Let us know below!
To answer the question above — I wish I knew when it comes to issues I try to tackle with EFT. As a practicing Buddhist I have a great life in a sense and a positive attitude and outlook. However, I seem to have a couple of issues that when I was introduced to EFT I thought, finally! Something that seems made for overcoming these other issues (not sure why I have not tackled them with my Buddhist practice). I truly believe that EFT is powerful and beneficial to many many people, but for some reason just doesn’t seem to work that well on me. The issues I am talking about are my issue with heights and the fear of having another heart attack (even though I am very active and bike and hike etc.) I have tapped about the fears and anxieties that come with both of these issues, yet they continue to plague me and rob energy from being able to do and be so much more….
Since I don’t know WHAT is stopping me — I will continue to tap with the hopes of breaking through someday — just wish I could get on with it though….

tapping has helped me sleep. for years (8or more) i have not slept well and it had zapped my mental and physical energy. tapping has given me a restful sleep and i awaken ready for the day. i seldom need a nap any more. i feel calm and refreshed. lots of energy. amazing how many ” problems” have been solved by sleeping better.

Thank you Nick for sharing this message and for all that you and Jessica are offering to so many with the Tapping World Summit and your ongoing email messages. I will definitely be adding “and I know that I am loved” to my set up. Thank you Brad Yates for adding “forgive myself” to the “I deeply and completely love and accept myself” set up statement as well. It’s all good. Everything helps – especially when we tap every day, no matter what. I’ve been tapping for two years now, first for pain relief from chronic back pain (it’s all gone!) and over the past few months to heal emotional issues – the old familiar “not enough” and “I don’t know how” especially. I’m also enjoying Margaret Lynch’s Secrets of Intentional Wealth program and the Bob Proctor videos. May all beings feel so loved and supported. With great gratitude, Becca
Comment by Becca Pronchick, CPCC — April 7, 2010 @ 7:19 pm
Brenda and Aubrey: Even when you feel you are not making headway, you are! Keep tapping. I have had the same problems and beliefs–it’s not working, it’s not going to work, blah, blah, blah and yet…it DOES work! Please stick with it–I promise you that even if you have heavy, heavy issues and dark, dark times, tapping is the way out! Do this: promise yourself that even if you do not believe that tapping will work (and you can tap on that), that you will tap every single day on whatever comes up. Do this every day for a month and keep a journal–at the month’s end, look at where you started and where you are now. I guarantee you will see and feel so much better.
Best of luck to you both and thanks to Nick, Jessica and everyone else for the gifts of your words and creativity!

Thanks so much to Nick, Jessica, the great teachers participating in the Tapping World Summit. I’ve used tapping in the past in conjunction with other healing practices.
Several of the teachers stressed that you have to get real with yourself. There are times when I think to myself “Oh no, I have to tap again on this. The last time I was tapping on ”
waiting” which seems like something I’ve had to do my whole life. I tapped on a current situation about waiting and a few hours later I was aware of a sensation of feeling “lighter” that something had been lifted. Some really positive things have happened since and I continue to tap and be real. I still don’t know “how” it works but it does.
Thanks so much!

To Sue (3:45 p.m. post), who has been tapping for 6 years and is working with an endless headache: you may find it helpful to locate a practitioner of CranioSacral Therapy in your area (see upledger.com, under “find a practitioner”). Sometimes the cranial bones (or some place else in the craniosacral system) can get “stuck” in a way where it’s helpful to have a practitioner assist your body to re-establish easeful movement. As a CST practitioner since 1993, I have found this gentle, non-invasive technique very very helpful in eliminating headaches, including migraines of many years. Blessings to you!

I don’t even know what tapping is or how to use it for anything. A couple of weeks ago you sent me some stuff and my husband deleted the messages. Could you please send me some information on this subject. Last year I had a pediatric virus (rare in an adult) that was passed on to me by one of my piano students which put me into the Intensive Care Unit in the hospital for 6 weeks. I nearly died. Now I have to rely somewhat on oxygen through cannulas in my nose and carry a tank always with me. I used to be a walker and now I can barely walk 30 or 40 feet. If I exercise I feel somewhat better but not a lot. I’m down sometimes about this but have tried to get on with my life. I believe in God and I believe in miracles. I know you must do your part even in a miracle. Is tapping something that could help me at all? I’d love to be able to such a report as the one I just read on your site. Thanks Leslie

Tapping has changed my life too. I have suffered from bi-polar disorder for the last twenty years. Because of that and a thyroid condition I had no energy, couldn’t work at my teaching job that was my passion, was depressed, and I couldn’t sleep. I was a total slug too. I heard about tapping on Dr. Mercola’s website and then googled EFT and got to the free summit. I too took notes and practised everyday of the summit. I also had injured my knee before Xmas and couldn’t exercise for three months. Once I started tapping on it viola it was gone.
I also started a new business by reconnecting with an old friend. I am now selling UNIVERA products (www.univerascience.com) so I’m working again at something completely different that I am passionate about. This natural health product has 56 bio-chemists appointed to it’s research to find new plants to make into products for a healthier you. They devote 5 million dollars to research every year. They have 47% of the aloe production on farms all over the world. The law of attraction brought me to this product. The law of attraction brought Christine H. back into my life. The law attraction connected me to a whole new group of people who are environmentally and health conscious in a way I can relate to. Because I have so much more energy I am now volunteering at the community luncheon at our local center, I’m initiating a senior’s social club at our local inn every Monday and got a $1000 grant from the local Credit Union so we can pay for the lunches and transportation for the elders that can’t afford it , and I’m going to volunteer at the Senior’s Olympics on May 25th at the Campbell River Sportsplex where my dad will be participating from his wheelchair. Everyone I know says – What Happened! How can you look so good and so happy all of a sudden after years of being so “dead to life.” Tapping is what happened. I’m so motivated to lose weight that I have bought my own personal Total Gym XLS which I’m going to share with my neighbours. I am living again. I’m happy again. I’m motivated again. I’m creative again – and I had abandoned my artistic side for years. I’m involved in my community again. My self-esteem has soared. I am constantly teaching people tapping – for sleep problems, for anxiety problems, for unhappiness in general with life. And these people say it works for them to.
I told my psychiatrist what I was doing too. And she laughed. She has been teaching tapping for years to her clients but I was so out of it she didn’t think I would have the commitment to do it. Interestingly enough she uses more points than I learned through the summit so I’ve added those to my regimen. I have been able to cut out sleeping pills after being on them for over 5 years and I tap every night to have a good sleep and I do. I have cut my anti-psychotic medication I take for my bi-polar disorder in half. I tap for my edema and the inflammation has all but disappeared. I can be there for my 83 year old dad who has just moved into a complex care elder care facility closer to me. I am seeing more per week than I saw him in a year when he lived in Victoria. He is so delighted to have the company of his two daughters and his son-in-law again. Life is good. TApping is good.
Thank you Nick and Jessica. The summit was life changing for me too. Just like the article you published on your blog that I read today.

To those of you like Brenda, Faye and Karen who are finding it hard to apply tapping to your biggest blocks and trauma, seek out the help of an experienced practitioner. It’s very difficult to be your own therapist for the “big” ones, so get some professional help to start with and tapping will support you both within and beyond the session.
I have been using it now since 1999, for myself and with clients (I’m a psychologist in Australia) and the results are amazing, especially with anxiety.
Don’t stay stuck, move forward, even one session with a professional who includes tapping in the therapy will help.
If you find it difficult to afford, then try the continual tapping method developed by Dr David Lake where you continually tap your finger points iwth your thumb. You can do this in teh shower, while you’re walking, in front of the TV, while you’re in a traffic jam, on a bus, waiting for a coffee, anywhere!
Tapping is a gift to all, be persistent and seek help when you need it.
Best to all,

Nick & Jessica hi,
I bumped into the Tapping summit 2010 by accident while I was browsing the net. I followed the 10 day summit religiously. and I started tappin….the begining of the year I had a job (good job by the society), but what I was earning was not enough to pay my bills and I totally felt I am worth much more. I was feeling depressed and hopeless.
Two weeks into tapping I suddently got called by a head hunter asking if I am interested in a new job? how she got my number I have no clue, I attended first, then second and third and finally fourth interview with this organization and everytime b4 the interview I tapped. The outcome was mind blowing, after every interview the interviewer personnaly mentioned that they have not come a cross such a credible candidate. Yesterday I finally got the offer to my new Job….and I received a 100% increment from my current job!!!!
Here I am two months ago thinking my life is doomed, and today I am hired as a Sr. Manager in a firm with 100% increment. I could not thank you enough Nick. I owe it to you. To those out there who are still not convinced..Tapping works. Enjoy tapping and reaping the best in life.

Hello world-mates!!
I feel blessed to have been working with EFT (meridian tapping) in my clinical practice daily for 6 years. My clients are my greatest teachers as I witness them blossoming unto themselves through this powerful gift of healing …as have I.
I’m grateful for the internet world, and the opportunity for this great modality to be shared with the planet in so many forums. This may very well create enough collective healings to shift our dear and patient Mother Earth back to her healthier self as we heal… yippee!

Sue… this comment is for you & your constant headaches. Your message sounded exactly like me about 8 years ago!! It is disheartening when help does come for everyone but you…
but you have to know the cause of your problem ( headaches ). Everyday for years I would
get constant headaches that ususally came on at about 2:00 every afternoon… sometimes they would last for several day before letting up even a little. My pain was in my facial area/
neck/ head/ and both eyes balls hurt terribly… they felt like someone had used them for a ping-pong game.
I finally found out that I had Celiac Disease (Allergic to Gluten… food allergies) when I stopped eating everything that contained Gluten & all the other food additives… I felt so
much better. It is a long journey & will take lots of research… but you will have your life back.
If your tapping to control Allergies… Celiac Disease… it might be the answer for your
success in living without so many headaches. Another thing that has helped me a lot is taking lots of Vitamin B-12. I wish you all the BEST, Sue, in your continued Tapping!

To Kimberly & Candi!
Bless your hearts. I completely understand.
No Kimberly you are not the only one but I sure do know it feels like it sometimes. This is a great place to start feeling connected even if it is online. I think we have a very powerful tool here, just keep practicing, researching and growing.
And Candi…..OMG, I laughed so hard when you said the siblings “can’t stand me”, not that it is in any way a funny place to be but I so related to that. Thanks too! Now as I near the still somewhat dreaded family get-together and preparing to still be the odd one out, (of the cult I call it – lol), I will hold your words in my head and smile when the criticisms, snyde remarks and condemnation starts.

Dear Brenda, (Message posted yesterday about 1.30)
Your message sounded very sad and almost without hope. I feld compelled to send you a line or two just to let you know that one other human being and probably many more, care about you. We have never met and I know nothing of your circumstances but I can relate to your desperation and sadness. Life can be very hard. Like many others, I know that from personal experience. My life have been anything but a bed of roses and there were times when I wanted to make a fast exit. I am grateful now that I didn’t because I am happy.
Don’t you hate the idea, prevalent at the moment, that somehow we are responsible for everything that happens to us? There are many things in life over which we have little or no control. We are often battered and bruised by what life throws at us. We can overcome our difficulties however. This is the great thing.
I would never tell anybody what to do as one person’s solutions are often useless to anyone else, but I can say this- Hang in there it gets better! I will send you positive, healing energy. You can help yourself by tapping on your issues, one at a time and by saying to yourself, the affirmation, “This too shall pass”.
Feel free to contact me through my website- http://www.lifeplus.ie
or by email at- lifeplus@ireland.com I assure you I am not trying to sell you anything, just to be there if you need to talk and to keep alive the spirit that says that we are all bound together in our common humanity.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Love,
Maureen

Ya just unload!!And finally I would like to thank Candi whose sisters don’t want her at the memorial service for fear of her spinning a ‘psychic twist’ on things.I have been howling with laughter and then found myself crying and then praying for her.I guess I can identify. We had our weirdness at my dad’s funeral…Ah geez,we’re all so much alike…I never do this stuff. It was so nice to participate and THANK ALL OF YOU for your stories and snapping me out of it.It’s tap, tap, tap for now on!!!Boy I’m gonna sleep good tonight!Sweet dreams everyone…

Hi Nick,
Right now I find it very hard to try and muster the courage much less the enthusiasm to get involved in tapping. We live in Kenya and have done so for fifteen years. Kenya is a truly beautiful country, utterly ruined by bad governance and rampant corruption which has permeated every aspect of life here.We run several businesses and believe me it has been extremely tough. My husband and son work incredibly hard day in and day out and we just seem to be treading water. What makes it harder to bear is that when one looks around dishonest people everywhere seem to be thriving. My son has just lost a 1,5 million dollar contract to supply audio-visual equipment and Smart Boards to the US International University. The reason for cancellation of the contract, which was already well advanced with equipment ordered and ready to ship and letters of credit arranged with the bank, was that we asked them for a deposit as a sign of good faith and also to cover ourselves. Apparently this made them feel `uneasy about us’. Do you know of any company anywhere that would be prepared to ship in goods to that value at own expense and instal it without a cent being paid? I certainly do not. Yet this is our common experience in Kenya. There is so much dirty money circulating in this place that there is always another backstreet dealer who will cut in on your deal and steal it out from under you. Every month we battle to pay the rent and our staff wages while we watch this kind of business ethic become more entrenched. It becomes very hard not to become cynical and exploitative as is the norm here.
I know I probably won’t get a response to this but I just needed to share. I am in constant pain from a mastectomy three years ago and I also have bad upper spinal pain from a motor accident when I was young so this added financial stress is very difficult to handle. I have tried tapping but perhaps I’m doing it wrong. It does not seem to help.
Take care and good luck with your healing work.

I´m a lucky person because of you… I had received your vibrations of wisdom and love, and a great respect of a technique that connect us directly with our´ s pirit and with other hearts, being one. And also have discovered, that when i work with anybody, always works with me, so deep; so I´m the most beneficiary in the sharing healing process, as can imagine you are and feel too… in an endeless process, that keep us in evolution…
God Bless You!! greatings from México.

EFT has been in my life for years. Glad to see you keeping it going. A thought came to me that a healing group can be formed to help people in emergency or in a critical state. A suicide recently happened in the family and a friend also has had these thoughts. If a list for a tapping group were formed. People could be put on the list like a prayer group. So much power in numbers and help could be given by people not emotionally attached to the situation. What do you think?

My sister has been telling me of the wonders of Tapping. My daughter Samantha has been suffering from depression and Fibromyalgia for , we believe about six years, she is 27 years old. Would tapping help her do you think.

Hi Nick & Jessica,
We are all blessed to have found EFT, MTT, etc. And you both are doing great work for the energy healing community. We aren’t mainstream yet, but your activities are surely getting us closer to it. Almost 5 years ago, my daughter called and asked me to print out this free 87 page manual about something called Emotional Freedom. Being a child psychologist, she thought this could be beneficial to her, but HER PRINTER STOPPED WORKING. I did print one out for her, and one for myself, and within days I was using it for myself and for friends. Her printer started working again a few days later. Now, 4,000 clients later and as a full time EFT Practitioner, EFT is that good. (I love how grief is gone in one session, and colon symptoms like colitis, Crohn’s, IBS, etc. are gone in 2 or 3 sessions. Where else could we find that degree of success outside of EFT?) Continue to Follow Your Heart, you guys, and you will continue to help make this a better world. Love & light to you both. KEEP SMILING. Tom Masbaum, EFT Advanced.

Dear Nick,
Thanks for sharing Sea’s testimonial with us – the phrase “and I know that I am loved” means so much, and I have had the obvious demonstration lately in many ways, such unexpected and un-hoped ways. Tapping is a way to reach within what we are looking for without by ignorance. The biggest treasure is truly within ourselves and Tapping is the way to communicate with our inner-divine. Nick, the dimension of your work and giving it access to as many as possible is just a blessing.
Warm regards to you and all our Tapping Friends around the world.

Watched the movie early this AM. Had a very emotional moment, tapped Karate and Crown, with a realization I had never been loved. Was exposed to EFT some years ago but was a practicing Hypnotherapist at that time (another story). Am the caregiver of a wife with Alzheimers (5plus years) and I turn 83 this month. My life purpose may truly be exposed to me. Thanks for the comments and yourselves. Greig

Hi Nick,
Altought my life right now is not all the best I know it can be (thanks to tapping and all the wonderful and amazing stories of others) and it is going to be, all I do is KEEP TAPPING… Deep in my heart I´m totally sure I will transform it no matter what. I´m working on it.
Thanks for all the inspiration and love you and Jessica transmit day by day.
Love to you both

YES! YES! YES! I am gradually digging myself out of some pretty deep holes with tapping! When I am deeply distressed, I tap multiple goals/times each day, then when I am running more smoothly, I do not tap each day (sporadically), but let the Universe do its work (”resting”, so-to-speak).
TO JIM FROM BOULDER–CAN YOU PUT YOUR TAPPING GROUP ON CRAIGSLIST SO THAT THE OTHERS OF US IN BOULDER CAN COME, ALSO? PERHAPS UNDER “GROUPS”?
Thanks!

I do not use the tapping on a regular basis but I want to thank you for sending out the free access to many of your programs. Just listening to the green or red door speakers gives me some calm after a busy day.
Jessica is a wonderful host.
God Bless

Nick, Thank you for posting this e-mail from Sea and your e-mail of gratitude of being the luckiest man alive. I almost deleted the e-mail because of so many e-mails that I receive daily. But, I am so glad I didn’t. It was so inspiring to read both e-mails. I will add “and I know I am loved” phrase to my set-up. I learned of EFT years ago but have only used it sporadically. Reading these e-mails from the tapping community was so inspiring that I began tapping immediately. Thank you for all the work you do. Blessings and Love, Fran

I think what’s holding me back is the old saying, “if it sounds too good to be true, then it robably is”……………i don’t want to feel that way. It’s just something inside me that’s “hanging on”.

I have great admiration for Jessica and Nick both, they are doing a nice presentation at any given time. I’ve been in the Naturals for 35 years and I always looked “for the missing link” in Holistic Healing. I am a strong proponent that processing life experience is that “missing link” You are working in the development of a system that is both Natural and benign.
In the Holistic practices this fits well in energy healing and also is Quantum healing. Best wishesHS Campos God bless our work.

It is the same for me, I am now using the tapping for 2 years and I am such a different person, my husband said that for the same price he had a new wife inside and outside, I am half my size and I am free of my past. I am an EFT practitioner and I am enjoying every second of it. I am truly the luckiest women here in Spain, and soon of the world.
Bless you all

I have to agree with the comment by Kirk Mahoney, Ph.D., I am the most grateful woman alive! I don’t believe in luck, even though I use the term. Everything comes to us, for us, by us! As always, Nick, thank you so much for sharing. Thanks to Sea and all of you for sharing too! I love to see the EFT community growing! One day, it won’t be considered a community and just seen as commonplace! Even though I shown it to my husband and son and described it to lots of people, my son is the only one that knows it works and will cooperate when he’s desperate, and it works every time. I wish it were that easy for me to get clear! I’m getting results slowly and surely, I just keep on tapping…

Hi Nick, Thanks for sharing Sea’s Email and for all the wonderful work you and Jessica do to take EFT to a wider audience. It really does transform lives and I hope I can encourage as many people as possible to start tapping. Will definately incorporate the phrase “and I know that I am loved” into my tapping. I’ve been listening to Pamela Bruner’s ‘Breaking the Cycle of Stress and Overwhelm’ today and now have a new commitment to tap at least twice every day. Love to you both and all the tapping community.

I feel so lucky, too. On Tues. I went to visit a friend who just started on chemo. She said the nausea was so horrible that she felt hopeless. Since she was open to learning this tapping technique, we targeted her nausea. The target then shifted to her cancer, as she faced some beliefs about herself that she had been too frightened to face. As we looked at the beginning statement, she could not honestly say that she loved herself, so I asked if it was true that she was loved by God. She said yes, so we changed the statement to… even though I have cancer, I still know that I am a beloved child of God. This seemed to be just what she needed. And how powerful!
I stopped in to see her tonight and she asked me to review the tapping technique with her, which I did. I asked about the nausea and she said it was gone!!! Wow!!! How lucky I feel to be able to witness this!
Thanks for sharing this tapping technique with me so that I can see changes in my life and in the lives of those around me.

Thank you Sea for your inspirational post and your willingness to share your story with others… thank you for your gift of… knowing I am loved by God… a wonderful addition to the setup phrases..

To Brenda and all the others who are feeling lost. You need to remember to tap on just those feelings and those comments you made here. Sometimes I think people feel they need to know exactly what to tap on, and make it more difficult then it needs to be. Just start and tap on those feelings, other things will surface, and then you can tap on them, but just tap on the comments you made i. e. “Even though me life is so messed up, and I don’t even know what to do anymore, I deeply and completely love and respect myself.” Just start with that, and don’t worry about it being perfect. Good luck everyone.

Sea, thanks for sharing your experience. I also found that when I began to use tapping, my energy levels went up. It increased so much that there were some nights that I couldn’t sleep because I was so hyped up. That’s why I stopped doing tapping before bedtime. Early morning is perfect, though. I had tapped my migraines away in the past, but they returned. I have tapped one time with my kinesiologist, and it made me feel better while in her office, but it subsided afterward. I have not tapped on a regular basis, yet, but after reading all the comments I am going to start doing so. My father does, daily in the morning when he wakes up, and throughout the day whenever anything comes up, and he says it helps.
Thank you for this mail. It came at a time when I really needed to read all that has been posted.

Upon reading other people’s comments, I can’t help wanting to extend a tought, if not a hand to those who are hurting. Please consider this:
Barbara Ann Brennan author of “Hands of Light” said it best:
Quote” We are all wounded Healers”.
To Mrs Anitha: In all instances, you are referring to anger turned in.
Once you work it out, all we need to teach others, is to do it by example!. Tap on!.
To Elizabeth Berkeley: What would it be like if I start to value what I have, instead of what I don’t have? Keep on tapping !
Thanks Jessica and Nick and every other worldwide Tappers for sharing LOVE.

Dear Nick and Jessica,
I listened to most of the Tapping World Summit and gained a lot from the sessions I heard.
I enjoy reading the comments and videos that you post on this site.
I find myself eager to add “and I know I am loved” to my tapping sessions. Before I learned about tapping, I would get into thought patterns that just carried me deeper and deeper into despair, and the harder I fought them, the worse they became. I now find that I can turn those thought patterns around, sometimes within minutes, and can hold onto a more hopeful outlook without really understanding why. Of course, there are lots of benefits attatched to this ability. It is amazing. In fact, the first time I tapped, I felt a difference. I want to really know how to use this tool more effectively so that I can help dear friends of mine who are trapped in “lost” mode just as I was. I still have a ways to go, but I can’t deny that tapping works. God bless you for caring about your fellow beings and sharing these things with us.
Love, Lorraine

I have just tuned into tapping and did it a few times in my office at work. My finances are dire because of a really bad year 2009. My daughter is on drugs and her children have been placed in the care of their father -I’ve had to support her financially and this has caused me to max out several credit cards. Yet as I tapped I can see doors opening for financial provision in my life. I’m going to start doing this on a more regular basis – I believe it will work and opens doors for God to move with his incredible love. Incidentely – I tapped for a wart on the side of my forehead and it fell off in 3 weeks. I’m a believer – thank you Nick and Jessica.

Thank you EFT, Nick and Jessica,
My life is turning around- before 2 months, I was grouchy, fed up and almost wishing the end…now, I find myself singing to myself, taking more care of me, focusing on issues with care, and generally, hopeful that tapping is a great answer for me, and it came at the right time.
Thanks and God Bless You

Hi Tappers,
This tapping solution is truly dynamic.I have been teaching Chakra Rejuvenation for the head chakra[top of the head] and the 3rd.eye chakra[between the eye-brows] for the last 30 years and have had remarkable results. Now together with the other meridien points in the tapping solution it is absulutely powerful.Pls.experiment with new ideas on tapping.I would like to suggest to all tappers to place their tongue on the roof of the mouth while tapping—you might see faster results.Thank You.

well i recently downloaded the tapping e book and it has helped me tremendously. I am out of anxiety tapping now. I tap for pain and they go. I am just into the law of attraction type mindset now and I find that tapping supplements this immensely. Whom wants my daily tap? I am experiencing now the constant flow of prosperity and abundance and I am grateful!
