Going organic is absolutely essential.
If you want to see what the big ag companies have done to our foods go rent the movie FoodInc
Washington allows this nonsense because of the big money the ag companies contribute to their campaigns.

I have tried Raw Food and love the benefits. I do fruit and veggie smoothies daily in my 70% raw lifestyle. I love Kevin and Annemarie and have followed their work for a while now. I highly recommend the Raw Food Challenge. You will be amazed at how you feel and what happens with your health in just 7 days. On my way to my optimum health and weight, I am 35 pounds lighter than 6 months ago and about half way to where I intend to be mainly due to raw foods, tapping and self hypnosis.
I love any time Jessica shares tapping video. Thank You Jessica!!!
Y’all are Awesome!
Be Blessed!

How about just not buying the chocolate in the first place? If you didn’t have it in the house, you probably wouldn’t be thinking about it. I decided a long time ago not to have coffee in the house. Now, the thought of drinking coffee at home never occurs to me.

I have enjoyed listening to the Tapping Summit and fount this video clip to be very helpful. It is so important to just start the tapping and to refine the words as you go since emotions crop up at different points and trigger new thoughts about why we do what we do or why we want to change how we live and act in this world. I have been tapping for about 6 years and have taught smple sequences to many youngsters who get angry easily. Great job Jessica and Nick!!!

Thanks Jessica, that really helped. I used whilst craving a chocolate biscuit which was initially a 8/10 and it reduced to 2 or 3/10. Cheers!

All this is very good and interesting for sure BUT, for those of us on fixed incomes eating this way is out of the question sometimes. I make my smoothies w/ frozen berries (no sugar added), yogurt, ground up flax seeds (both light & dark) and either juice or skim milk or both combined (I LOVE milk and I buy it w/ no additives in it). The frozen berries take place of ice. I eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, as I can afford them, but no longer from the health food store. One of our local family owned grocery stores buys veggies in summer from a greenhouse about 6 miles away. Where I live, in MT., fresh fruit is hard to come by so you get what’s available when it’s there. I’m very conscious of my weight as I have arthritis in hips and knees (actually all over) so keeping weight down helps the joints. It’s all common sense to me.

As usual Jessica you do a wonderfull tapping work ALWAYS! Me too, I think I will never loose my surprise sence with the results one can get with tapping. I have just dropped about 20 pounds off weight no efforth, enjoying foods I love, even having some treats. How? Just tapping along… It´s really AMAZING. Now I´m working on my “celulitis” appearance and you wouldn´t believe the results I´m getting. Of course you need some perseverance with some issues but you can bet it´s worth it.
Keep smiling all the time
Love,
Lorena

Thanks once again, Jessica. Your personality is just so wonderful and inviting.
It is a pleasure to tap along with you, – and it actually does help!
Let go and let God.

Thank you, Jessica, you truly are terrific at this! Thank you for the guided tapping–your emotions are so “available” to us and that helps a lot. Your joy comes through (and so did your desire for chocolate).
Green smoothie recipe: organic frozen banana, organic frozen cherries, small handful parsley, large organic cabbage leaves, a few beet greens, organic apple juice to desired consistency. I LOVE these and, while I am not committed to a raw food diet, I do think these are very healthy for all of us.

What a delightful visit with Jessica. Like having her over to my house. It was fun and believe it or not I had JUST eaten a piece of chocolate cake when I found the video. I ran and got another one just to do the exercise and it was terrific. NOW I just need one of these visits to help me REMEMBER to tap when I have the craving. Truly, I don’t think I really will need that but Jessicas videos are so personal and cheery and they work. Thanks! Celebrating my 44th anniversary today, so I will be so in control without guilt. It will be fun!

Organic foods are so important… I’m inspired by all of you, and by the Dervae family who grow 6000+ pounds of food on less than a 1/5 of an acre of land in the city of Pasadena (yeah, you can sing to me: Go Granny Go Granny Go– lol) Keep eating those high nutrient live foods!

Thanks, Nick! Jessica you made the tapping process seem so easy! It really worked! I’m a healer & often I forget to “Physician-heal thyself”. Today I did this for me. Wahoo! Thanks!
PS I’m a cholate lover toooooooooooooooooo!

Raw is for lunch. Since I started by program to get off Diabetic medication (off for three months now) I have mad eating raw food one of my cornerstones. At lunch I eat 100% raw food, and supply is at least 50%. I’ve removed all refined carbs, and starchy vegtables, and I do not experience craves even though I was addicted to pastry…and have to admit to the occasional drool in a pastry shop. As I have grown accustomer to eating raw food, my plesure in enjoying fresh natural fruits and vegetables has increased ten fold.
I started the raw food part of my new life style (it’s not a diet) when I watch your video on raw food. Thank you.

Thank you Jessica, it really works. I’ll continue to tap until I find the real emotion behind it.
As for not buying chocolate (as someone mentioned) it is very hard when you’re a Mom and have 3 kids at home. My house is full of sugar-filled food!
Comment by helena — June 4, 2010 @ 9:11 am
I try to eat at least 80% raw and all organic (unless I eat at a restaurant), and start every day with a leafy greens and fruit smoothie. Most of my diet is vegan, though I eat small amounts of eggs and/or fish a few times a month. I’m almost 60 and I have more energy than I did in my twenties.
A raw foods diet doesn’t have to be expensive at all. Vegetables in season are cheaper than most other foods, and you can easily grow a lot of your own… even sprouts if you don’t have a yard. You can even harvest edible “weeds” that are more nutritious than farmed vegetables. Plus you will save lots of money on doctor, dentist, and hospital bills!

I love raw foods – all raw food!
I have also used EFT and found it very useful for certain conditions. As far as cravings go, if you need more protein or fat or animal foods – can you really take that craving away?
Comment by Destination Healthy Foods — June 4, 2010 @ 5:37 pm
Thank you, for the Smoothie info. I thought it had to taste awful to be healthy too.
Comment by Josie — June 5, 2010 @ 6:45 pm
Thank you Jessica – that was awesome – it really worked! I consider myself a choco-holic and after the tapping I had no desire to eat the chocolate.

Jessica …..I have suffered with intense anxieties for 40 years. You have helped me loosen the shadows affects and heal parts of me I haven’t felt in years. I have tried watching and following along with other “tappers” but there is something about you that really clicks with me and not just the fact that you are so beautiful ….it’s like you have an aurora all around you that makes me feel good about myself again.
Thank You, I love You, Michael

I wish I could say I got great results with a raw food diet, but absolutely nothing happened! I ate a 100% raw diet for 90 days. The diet was prepared by an all-raw restaurant with one of the top training for raw chiefs and that’s all I ate. I didn’t have any particular cravings (I normally eat a healthy diet) but experienced no weight loss. I felt fine before and fine after.
I got much better weight loss results with a 90 day juice feast. I actually lost weight, but regained nearly everything when I started eating food again.
I still eat lots of raw food and wish it was the solution for me and it probably is for many people. I’m just not one of them.

Jessica Ortner – you are just way to darling!! Thanks for this great tapping session. You and Nick are AWESOME!

Thanks, Jessica! That was really great because I ALWAYS crave chocolate. (If I don’t already have it available, alot of times I’ll go buy some.) I too was surprised at how quickly my craving left me! I appreciate that tap-along and always enjoy tapping with you. I look forward to much more!
