The person you are RIGHT NOW, is the cumulative effect of previous experiences, good and bad.
Those events have been stacking on top of each other for years, and the negative ones especially, if they’re not fully healed, are affecting you on a daily basis.
They’re robbing you of your energy, your joy, your dreams and possibilities.
That’s the bad news.
The good news? You CAN do something about this.

This meditation seems to have been very effective. I have known my negative issues for a long time, but the meditation and the tapping seems to have eased my long-standing back pain

This was beautiful. I have been tapping for some years now and I find it SO helpful. The summit CD’s you have offered helped me learn how to use the process. At the end of March, I was almost hysterical, and I began tapping. The immediate issue turned into many, many things I was still holding. I thought I had cleared them. I just let it all out as I tapped and sobbed. Within 15 minutes, I was calm. And it has been lasting! I am now at a place that I can just use my own words. This was a good list to think about. I have cleared much, but I know I am still holding hurt, guilt, false beliefs. I will think of this list and tap on what I find. Thank you Jessica – and Nick.
