Am very itersted in the “The 2012 Tapping World Summit VIDEO SERIES. honestly am trapped in a kind of Catch 22 situation; I need to escape from my present condition If I don’t pay I can’t tap in return if I don’t tap all things will remain the same. Up there you are, who never know that Ethiopia never facilitate the payment of Dollars euros or credit cardsor what ever yuou may call them for its
ordinary peoplei in the first place. Second if people have around 1000 Us dollar multiply it by the Ethiopan birr, 1000 by 18 = 17000 which is alot of mine I can start my own business and would have done my best, Sincerly yours Tesfay

I am so excited about the upcoming Tapping World Summit. Since I discovered tapping through last years’ event, I have been utilizing it personally as well as incorporating it into my work with clients in my psychotherapy practice. Tapping has opened up my system in such a simple but profound way, and has provided so many of my clients with a similar experience.Thank-you for bringing this valuable tool more to the world’s attention.

    Pamela Thorp, LCSW
    New York City

  5. I have been hearing about EFT for about a year now, but does not practise seriously. I am looking forward to the Summit to do some heavy duty practise and see what happens.
Thanks for this great opportunity to learn from the masters.

  6. kim says:

What a wonderful conversation between Jessica Ortner and Kris Carr. I am forwarded this link to my fitness clients. Kris is a wonderful example of the peace of mind needed to reduce stress. It doesn’t happen some day when we finish everything else we ‘need’ to do. Stress reduction (via tapping, yoga, etc) is a daily exercise and coupled with green eating and physical exercise, it is a powerful tool that has become a necessary part of any success toolkit! Thank you for this wonderful video. I look forward to more and more growth in this industry in the coming years and hope to be a part of it!

  7. Karen says:

Thank you for sharing this. I am a Cancer patient, and it’s a hard road, but do able, also if you should desire a better life, and I do. I thank you for your words, are words I truly “resonate”, with…

  8. Karen Clark says:

I listened, to what you had to say. I find you to be an Incredible person for going through, and having your life, to live also. I’m really confused for I recently lost my Boyfriend of 12 years. My Grand Children even called him Papa…And it’s been hard, but I’m trying so hard. It doesn’t seem to get easier, but I’m working on that too. I feel lost, and over whelmed I suppose, but I just wanted to Thank You from me, to you for this Video and for making me think a little differently about My Cancer, too. God Bless…
    Karen

  9. Nicole Shawn says:

Life has become very stressful being a single mom raising two teenage sons with zero help from their fsther, working out of state, and most of the time failing to make ends meet! Help!

  10. Erin Varney says:

I am so very excited about this new and exciting information! I have been on the wellness path since the mid 90′s when I first discovered my local food coop and started learning about organic agriculture. Now, at 40, and as my 2 children approach high school graduation, my life is changing. I am ready for the next phase in my learning and development. Thank you for sharing this amazing breakthrough. I look forward to the summit!
    Love, love, love,
    Erin

  11. Marnie says:

I love that this is another amazing natural treatment for what ails us! I love that Kris addresses the problem of stress and treating inflamation that results from that. We have been force fed incorrect information for so long the worst being the idea that medications/drugs are the answer to all our physical and psychological issues – yet they do us even more harm.

Excellent, informative video. Kris, you are so calm, so healthy – you glow!

  12. Myrica says:

Thank you for the wonderful gift of TAPPING, and all the creative ways you share it! Tapping is so simple and fun and allows SPIRIT to pour through me to discover deeper layers of meaning and freedom in my life.
    Blessings to All!

  13. Birgit K says:

    Great interview, Jessica and Kris!

  14. debbie says:

can’t stop binge eating, although I know I am suppressing emotions I cannot stop

    • Jenny Eshed says:

Debbie, I never believed that my food intake could be regulated, it is not 100% but it is definately a whole lot better than ever before, since I”ve been through a long EFT process and understood which emotions I am eating and why. All the best Jenny

  15. Rosslyn Picton says:

I tried the Tapping technique and did notice some emotion coming up, and actually felt like crying. I will continue with it, to see what exactly the emotion means. I haven’t quite gotten “there” yet.

  16. Carol Trochelman says:

I am so excited. I heard about EFT years ago, but did not really check into it until now. Wish I had, though. But never too late. Looking forward to this. Love the interviews.

  17. This is so fabulous! I have taped more than once already today having seen Nick’s video. I was stressed at work, and took a break to breathe some fresh air and tap! And now with Kris’ comments I will definitely use this for so many things!
    Ready to tap!

  18. jane says:

thank you for this video! I’m very excited about the summit! I’ve been using tapping on and off for about 3 years now and I love it!

  19. klhenson says:

<3 Kris Carr and am always inspired by her. Looking forward to the tapping summit.

  20. corrieLyn says:

Without the limiting beliefs which I know are with me, I believe I would have the ability to create truly satisfying and maybe even great accomplishments. Working with subliminals has been helping a good deal but there is still the sense of something missing or needing to be removed! There is a fear inside of me that is elusive and subconscious but strong. I have no fear of danger; had cancer, just found it to be a diversion, surgery and all. Being in the highest places is fun and comfortable to me and speaking to crowds doesn’t faze me in the least. All the fear is emotional and internalized to such a degree I can feel it killing me. There must be an answer and this is a new station to add to my quest for a breakthrough. Thank you for your generosity.

  21. Ken says:

I enjoyed the interview. In addition to being grateful for all you’ve done for the tapping community, I want to thank you for making the transcripts to these two videos (and I hope Cheryl’s, too) available. After watching the interview, it’s nice to be able to read through it.

  22. Kitty Wells says:

What’s stressing me this moment, since you brought it up, is that I don’t have an Ipad. Yes, I am ready to release this stress. My life will be filled with abundance when I have my own Ipad. Thank you. I love you.

  23. Cindy Ankney says:

This will be yet another fabulous time! Have listened to them all! Thanks much

  24. vMk says:

EFT — I love it for so many reasons…..but the main reason is that it is sooooo easy to implement and use regularly!

  25. Vonda says:

My thoughts and comfort foods of sugar. I do look forward to using tapping to increase my quality of life

  26. andra says:

I want that free ipad hahaha!!

  27. Dorothy says:

I have known about tapping for quite some time now, and use it for some issues, but not on a regular basis. We have family and friends with serious health issues and have not even thought about sharing this information until now. I can see how this can help reduce a lot of stress and change the focus of your mind to a healthier mindset. Thank you for sharing this video. I realize that I have issues that keep me from achieving some of my goals and will more actively work at resolving the stress that causes my hangups.

  28. Larry Downing says:

I am a 65 year old man with type 2 diabetes. My wife and I were tapping a few years ago and I had such resistance to it I stopped. Since I’ve decided to beat diabetes I’m tapping again. And, I’m writing a book for Kindle, Beating Diabetes, and tapping will be a resource listed in it. Thanks for the 2012 Summit that has brought tapping back into my life.

    • mary grace galea says:

Hi Larry,I was just reading all the comments on Tapping when I came across yours.I am 62Yrs”YOUNG” and have had some health issues including type 2 diabetes and 2 herniated discs that almost crippled me.I had to retire from work and was about to have an operation to have 2 rods inserted in my spine as no amount of medication, anti- inflammatory pills and creams or cortosone injections had any affect on my pain.I PRAYED,and GOD answered my prayers in an indirect way.Little did I know at that time that finding my present job was going to spare me the operation,I have been pain free for almost a year (no medication) and all of a sudden my Diabetes high blood pressure and cholesterol that I have had and took medication for them for the past few years are under control whereas up until I started on my new diet nothing was changing but on the contrary my GP wanted to increase my medication..At first I could not believe the results but when I met other people who were on the same diet, with the same results I started to take note.I can tell you that I did all this by changing my diet.I am hoping to get off all medication including the Diabetes one very soon.I also want to add that I started to change my diet after I watched Kris on Oprah.I started taking the green shake ,and though it was not enough for my situation I still add it to my new diet. SO THANK YOU KRIS and GOD BLESS.I also want to add that even if you think tapping is not working for you , let me tell you that it is TAPPING that brought us to the same page and hopefully you will be able to control your Diabetes.I would be happy to help you or anyone else!!!

    • mary grace galea says:

  29. Virginia D says:

I’m just starting to learn about tapping. Thanks for the informative video.

  30. patricia says:

    Thank you.,

  31. Helena-Sophia Exel says:

I am very grateful that only a few people including myself are facing stress right now. My most stressing aspect in my Life ‘now’ is to be where I don’t want to be. My desire to live in my own home, doing what I love to do the most – my Art, appears to move further away the more I desire it. What I am feeling now is 100% ‘being stuck’ in time and space. I am repelled by the situation that I am ‘living’ in – unable to move on, to be successful and most of all unable to be happy. I have no conscious idea as of what to do to get out of where I am now and I want to be moving out where I am since two years. It has turned into a total nightmare. I haven’t been able to sleep properly in more than two years. What I do to ease my pain and get out of this mess is to ‘Tap’ into myself and while I felt initial relief I am aware that the road to the Life that I really want to live lies past a very bumpy and emotional road. The underlying issue is that I was told forever that I am not good for anything, that nothing will ever become of me. My father was a Drill-Sergeant and he continued his ‘job’ at home with his ‘family’. So, there is a ton of possible causes for my black out/blockage and on top of it all I have lost two of my most beloved friends in the last eight weeks. All in all I consider this the most stressful time of my life, with the exception of a life threatening disease when I was four years old.

  32. Pamela Toro says:

I have so many issues that I am hoping that Tapping will help to free myself from. I can’t wait for the Summit to start I have been enjoying all the other interviews about Tapping though for a start. Much success and Blessings.
    Thank you so much.
    Pamela Toro

  33. Henry says:

    Tapping works, JUST DO IT!

  34. Patrick says:

Kris thank you so much for sharing, Jessica thank you for facilitating so well…now that’s what I call maintaining rapport!

    Patrick

  35. Peggy says:

My biggest stressor rigtht now is deciding what to do next year for a job. There are several good options, but it is hard to decide which would be best. Where is that crystal ball?

  36. Lu says:

Thank you for this invaluable information. I have 2 cancers on board one in remission one a breast cancer and it had slipped my mind about using tapping to aid recovery. Thanks for making this video that is so helpful not only for me, but all of us who are going thru stuff.. that there is self help out there in addition to the usual healthful alternatives – I liked the point about squeezing the green, and yes it does look like a swamp juice and sometimes, you look at it and fail to recall that its full of goodness.. and say.. yuk.. it’s happened to me more than once. Thanks very much again for this. Timely! Best wishes to you both.

  37. Fonda says:

I am thrilled that the Tapping Solution Summit is upon us again! It has helped me in my life and there are things that I am currently working on, which I will use tapping for, because it works. Effortlessly and right on time. I will be sharing this information with my circles to help support people in going after their own freedom. Awesome! Looking forward…In wholeness, Fonda

  38. Preston McCain says:

Thank you so much for the video. I was introduced to the tapping concept two years ago and I haven’t gone a day without it. I absolutely love the changes that have come about in my overall well being. Can’t wait for the world summit!

  39. Brianna says:

What stresses me out the most is worrying about the future and my constant battle with bad habits, like picking at my skin!

  40. Joseph says:

What’s stressing you out most in your life right now?
Are you ready to release it? What would your life be like
    without this stress?

Physical pain I have had for over 10 years, which happens to be sciatica form a weight lifting accident. It never fully healed, however I have been able to keep it at bay with back exercises. Then wrist pain for the last 4 years. And digestive issues since I was a boy.
Yes I am completely ready to release it!
My life would be wonderful and so heart opening. I would be able to pursue my dreams without the thought of “I can’t do it because my back hurts, or because my wrists hurt.” Those have been so strong in my field almost unbearable.
Thank you for showing this. Everyone needs to learn to take back there power and become those healthy beings they always new they were.
    blessings, David

    Great Job Kris

  45. Treina says:

This is one of the most interesting self help methods I have heard in a long time. Thank you

  46. Maggie says:

Have known about tapping from my good friend Sher in Australia. Now I am in New Zealand and my other friend Annie has been doing it for quite some time now. So I listen to your videos, which are wonderful and have gone to the library and found many books on EFT which I am learning more from.
Looking forward to the seminar with much anticipation. Just keep DOING IT!!!!!!!
    And BELIEVE!!!!!!!!! KEEP TAPPING DAILY!!!!

  47. Fabrizio says:

It’s great to hear that more & more people are curing cancer with natural remedies.

  48. Athena says:

I still do not understand what “tapping” is, but hope to from the summit.
I am eager to possibly add another ‘tool’ to my ‘tool box’, for helping myself and others.

  49. Ellie Strand says:

My primary issue now is a man who is leaving threatening phone messages. I have had to take out a restraining order and have to change my daily habits.

  50. Ray says:

Thanks for this info. Now all that remains is for me to research it and give it a try. My next step is to sign up for the 2012 tapping world summit.

    To Your Success!

  51. Crys says:

An ex-nurse I knew introduced me to EFT about 9 years ago. She had a different outlook on life than me, so I was resistant to EFT. I can see where “rewiring our minds” (I believe from past emotional, physical, and sexual abuse) and changing bad habits are important. Might have a bigger outcome if, practicing with a friend or a group that’s supportive, and motivational. I know I would if that was a free option.

  52. Ann says:

    Sounds real fine

  53. I Do Agree That, Usually we Act as Normal human being, so we all find a normal result from our rutinary lifes style, so to get to the tappping stage results we should make an Extraordinary Human Behavior, and keep going until grab the summit level, using our sources or other peples sources knowledge, This Looks as a Great program to get, and apply to grab the tapping summit stage.

  54. Melina says:

My current stress is related of the fact of come back to study, but in this time in a different country and other lenguage. The culture is different and I care about what is expected from me. When I learn how to move in USA I will feel release of a lot of the pression, I will feel free.

  55. I Love The Emotional Freedom Techniques, The Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is the psychological acupressure technique I routinely use in my practice and most highly recommend to optimize your emotional health. Although it is still often overlooked, emotional health is absolutely essential to your physical health and healing – no matter how devoted you are to the proper diet and lifestyle, you will not achieve your body’s ideal healing and preventative powers if emotional barriers stand in your way. I Love it, because, EFT is very easy to learn, and will help you:
to Remove Negative Emotions, Reduce Food Cravings, Reduce or Eliminate Pain, Implement Positive Goals.
Your habitual vocabulary has a subtle and powerful ability to condition your mental system. Which is a better statement, “I can’t” or “I don’t know how yet”? Shifting your vocabulary will shift your entire outlook.

I Know, We All get what we focus on. Pessimists see what is wrong in the world. Optimists see opportunity. Yet, it’s the same world. What do you see? Whatever it is, it’s a reflection of your consistent thoughts.

  56. maureen says:

I loved listening to kris carr……….hard to believe that she has had cancer. She looks so healthy. I’m excited about learning tapping for increased good health…….thank you so much………..Maureen

  57. Shirley says:

Thank you for this great interview. I so agree with everything you have said. EFT really does work!

  58. Millie says:

I think it is very good in that is is convent to do. I sure did not think it could do all that it does and quickley.

  59. Millie says:

I did not know it could work and so quickly.

  60. KAG says:

I am so stressed about money that is has directly affected my health. I find it extremely difficult to stop feeling stressed but that causes more stress. I wish I could quiet my mind which also keeps me up or wakes me up every night.

  61. MARGE HILTS says:

Tapping has become a daily practice for me. At eighty-five I find it clears pathways in my brain and keeps me on a brain roue that offers more freedom than I have ever experienced before.

  62. M V Garcia says:

Wow, Imagine having all your negative thoughts, memories and behaviors vanished. Imagine having the confidence to accomplish anything you want. Imagine having the independence to do what you previously fear.

If mental or physical barriers seem to trouble you and drift you apart from the life you dream of… and you have deep desires to make positive changes happen in your life right now. I Love It!

  63. I Love The Emotional Freedom Techniques, The Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is the psychological acupressure technique I routinely use in my practice and most highly recommend to optimize your emotional health. Although it is still often overlooked, emotional health is absolutely essential to your physical health and healing – no matter how devoted you are to the proper diet and lifestyle

  64. marge hilts says:

This video renewed my interest in EFT. I have been practicing it off and on for several years, and at age eighty-five I find it most helpful, despite my skepticism about it. I have been able to eat mushrooms after several years of violent allergy to them. I have moved pain from my back. I have been able to rid myself of resentments and painful memories. Amazing. It works, even though I can’t believe it works. I just do it anyway.

  65. suzie says:

Mainly stressing about money, areas of pain in body, relationships, energy levels, the future! Have never fully “got” the power of tapping, have tried several times over the years, not really understood it not noticed anything improve or change…Am I doing it wrong?

  66. george says:

waooooo it nice it a great think that have every come my way i love it am just happy, been happy is all i need in my life thanks for reaching out to us we love you

  67. Donelda Seymour says:

I work in a job that is highly stressful with: large caseloads, work that is problem oriented, work that is financially challenged as budgets get cut, work that has political stressors , long hours , and challenging dynamics. I’ve found that over the years I’ve gained weight, have more sleep disturbance, muscle tension, headaches. And low energy. The challenges of my job won’t change so I must change the way I relate to the job and learn to care for myself. I need to handle all the stressors more effectively.
And right now, even knowing what to do and where to start with that is stressful!

  68. Kelsey B says:

I learned EFT years ago and I haven’t done it in awhile… it does work! I like what she says about Holistic Health being about what you eat, drink & think! It makes so much sense – you have to put healthy food and drink into your body as well as healthy thoughts into your mind.

  69. Marnie says:

Thanks for the wonderful information. I will give EFT a try to see if it works for me. Can’t wait to see the results!

  70. Jackaline says:

I have never heard of this before. My interest is piqued, tell me more. kris Carr is so brave and inspirational. Thank you.

  71. Randy says:

Great interview, and I will definitely be checking out the summit…recently suffered through a very painful problem with a kidney stone, tried tapping to relieve it, and the pain disappeared completely in just a few minutes! I don’t know what to think of this – maybe the timing was just a coincidence, but the effect was surreal…true story

  72. Kathy says:

I think financial issues are the main stress for me. I have some health challenges but I think that the money issue adds stress which exacerbates the health problems.

  73. Kathy says:

I’ve lost my courage and my focus. Despite a good bed and many different styles of pillows I can’t get comfortable to sleep a deep and refreshing sleep. I’m too tired to care what or how much I put in my mouth. I start with the best of intentions and simply “forget” to carry them through.

I am ready to form new good habits and can’t wait for the weight to be lifted from my shoulders (and the rest of my body)!

  74. Violet says:

Accepting my age is a stress release I could use!

  75. Bronwyn says:

I lost my husband from cancer two years ago and I now have trouble making decisions about all sorts of things in my life. I have no one to discuss life’s decisions with having found my plans so changed. I stress about real estate, renovations, going out, de-cluttering, planning holidays just as a couple of examples of stress I experience.

  76. marsy says:

My interactions with my family have been stressful. Want to embrace EFT :) for support.

  77. Jane says:

I am a recently retired teacher, along with my husband. I am so excited to use the Tapping Summit to help me begin the journey of my new life! I want to get healthy and clear-minded. Thank you to all who will be presenting in the Summit. Can’t wait for May!!!!!!!

  78. Cara says:

This waa a fantastic interview and so inspiring to me! What synchronous timing–just an hour ago I had my very first fresh veggie juice from my new Breville juicer. I could literally feel the nutrient rush and my depleted energy went up. I’m so excited about doing more and adding tapping to my daily routine. My biggest stress has been my poor health and the limits it’s placed on my life for ten years. I have tried everything imaginable, with some limited success, but still have remained unable to work or function for more than bare basics for a few hours (not consecutive) in a day. It has taken my quality of life away and kept me isolated from the world. I had heard of EFT years ago, though it required an expensive practitioner and much more complex routine for each issue. Then I was introduced to you and your other experts to this form of tapping a year ago, however, for some reason I must not have been ready as it seemed to overwhelm me. I didn’t know what to say without a guide and I let other things get in the way. Something has shifted in the last week or so, and now I’m excited to use tapping as part of my daily routine. I have no doubt that with the practical care of nutrition (including fresh juicing), daily tapping, my meditation practice and easing into exercise–I will soon be on fast track to healing my body, mind and spirit, and creating a beautiful life of purpose that I love! Thank you Nick, Jessica, Kris, and everyone involved in making this information accessible. I also appreciate Kris’s take on small steps. That helps so much to keep overwhelm from taking over. Can’t wait to send my comments in the future of how it’s changed my life! I’m so grateful to all of you for this interview and all the information you’ve produced to help so many lives be healed. Love and Light to you all!!

  79. Saulius Grebliunas says:

Thank you for two super reminderswhich so resonated for me:
BITE SIZE PIECES and not to be OVERWHELMED.
    Tap, tap, tap
    Saulius

  80. Debbie says:

Helping someone I love who cannot be helped & having to completely pull away to let him possibly go homeless. That is the hardest thing in my life right now. I have the power to help myself. Am curiously waiting for the May 7th tapping event!

  81. Lynne says:

I agree 100% with Kris. The summit is the Oscars of tapping!! Thanks you for organizing it. 1000 blessings to you all.

  82. LIZ BURLEY says:

Details of daily living, i.e. The Grind, keeping me from moving forward with the dynamic life that is out there waiting for me. Big problem with procrastination.

  83. George Rowe says:

The thing that is a problem to me is the herve pain and heat in the left side of my body, and more so in my left leg left foot, toes on my left foot, left arm. wrist and hand, i have been tapping to try to fix this for sometime now,but it seems i must be asking too much for the tapping to improve or fix this. I would welcome any sugestions as this is certainly a problem to me especialy at night. Thankyou George Rowe

  84. G Simone says:

I really need some kind of reliable and quick support that can help me stick to better eating and exercise habits. I have so many “New Year’s Resolutions” that get broken after 2 or 3 days, because I come up with some excuse that the changes won’t make any difference; I allow my old mental tapes to dominate my life: “Exercise has never made a difference, really, so why would that change now for you? You don’t have to work out so much. You’re fine.” So, tapping seems like the kind of intervention that I can use on the spot to let go of those moments of resistance. It might be the one thing I CAN be consistent with long enough to break through the old stuff and come into my power.

  85. Janet Levin says:

What’s stressing me? Grief; the resonant echo of a recently detonated life, abrupt loss of dearly beloved, everything familiar gone. Even if my spirit led me here, just two months down this pike, I’m not quite ready to release. Who will I be when I do? Phoenix risen from ashes.

  86. Michelle says:

Feeling overwhelmed by my email box and all the 24×7 demands I have at work in high tech. I’ve been trying to transcend it via meditation and it’s helping tremendously to be more aware & centered. But I still feel a block and get triggered more than I want and I can’t put my finger on it. Would love to see some tapping on email overload, leading teams & easing work place anxiety in me and around me. I love you4 work, last year was my first EFT experience and I want to learn more. Thanks!

  87. Beth Gonzalez says:

I’m looking forward to learning more during the summit, and using EFT in my daily personal Life/ practice to stay healthy, wealthy, aware and wise.
Thanks to the great energetic shift and the many people and modalities being revealed at such a critical time!

  88. Jean Lauderdale says:

Very interesting & personal interview on the beneficial effects of EFT. I will definitely begin using this method to shift anxieties and unwanted habits!

  89. Ann says:

Really enjoyed this interview. I have learned tapping to overcome my fears in life and have found it to be a wonderful, simple to use, every day tool – suitable for all ages and stages in life. Thankyou for sharing. Looking forward to the summit.

  90. Bettina says:

Overwhelm. The sheer number of important things that are going on in my life, draining me… and the underlying blocks that keep me from going forward and doing what I know needs to be done.

I do believe that EFT together with good nutrition can work wonders.I have seen first hand how a cancer patient is now in remission partly thanks to the positive attitude this person had.I personally came to realize that positive attitude together with feeding your body the right nutrition not only rids you of excess weight but also of some health issues. If anyone would like to contact me about my nutrition they can email me at: gmg2061@gmail.com

  93. Laila K. Bay says:

I wouldn’t call it stress, that is such a negative word.
But I’m really trying to attract more money in my life, by visualization and meditation. I feel it is here with me, I just need the right key to unlock the box of wealth. I have so many keys, and it takes time to try them all…
There is a whole world for me to experience, and with money the trip will become easier and more fun.

  100. Parthiban says:

Still trying to understand scientifically why tapping is done only the upper portion of the body at these specific areas & what actually takes place when these spots are tapped 5 to 7 times, can other parts of the body be tapped as well…..??
I’ve already signed up for the 2012 Tapping World summit to understand better. It’s unique.

  101. Thembekile ka Mtokwana says:

  103. Valerie says:

I’ ve heard about “tapping” but have yet to try it. After watching the
video, I am very interested in learning more. I recently lost my father
and need to let go. I “feel” his presence all the time and it makes me
sad, I know I can use this “feeling” to do something good. I miss him.
Since his death my dreams make me very anxious in the morning,
I recall only bits and pieces and when I put them together it leaves
me feeling uneasy thoughout the day. I need to move forward and
    lose this anxiety.

  104. Lynn says:

Frustration. Grandma helping raise two boys.
Agreements are made on bedtime for the boys. Often my efforts to get them to bed on time are unsupported or carelessly undermined by the Dad. I am left frustrated. They lose sleep. They get sick. I carry around that frustration and anger.

  105. Cathy says:

I’m excited to try tapping and experience all of the benefits. I think we all have stress that we need to get rid of in order to enjoy life.

  111. Tracey Harper says:

I love this video, thank you!

I took an EFT class about two years ago as part of my continuing education for massage therapy. At the time, I was intrigued but was not buying into it.

Since finding this website I’ve been utilizing more tapping and I’m looking forward to helping myself make some positive changes.

Thank you and have a lovely day!

  112. Joy Bellamy says:

Thanks Jessica and Kris for a great interview. I have been doing EFT off and on for a couple of years now thanks to The Tapping World Summit and Nick and Jessica. 115. gloria says:

    Very Interesting!

  116. Medc says:

I learned about tapping a few years ago, but didn’t really use it. I used it here and there. Once I used it when I felt an asthma attack coming on. It worked and I didn’t have the full blown attack. However, recently I realized that all my problems, physical and emotional, have been caused by the chronic stress I’ve been under. So, I decided to make tapping part of my daily routine. The day I decided to do this, I was weepy and extremely sad barely able to function. I started to tap and within a very short period of time, I felt a world of difference in my mood. Thank you Jessica for bringing tapping in to my life and so many others.

  117. chia says:

my daughter was still born 15 months ago, and this is the major stress in my life, i am finally pregnant again, and yes i think tapping helped this month, it was the only thing we did differently, so grateful to be learning more about tapping

Learned a lot. Will investigate green juice and tap more!

  120. Kyla says:

Hi-I would say that the biggest source of stress in my life is my own thoughts – the harsh critical voice that tries to convince me that I’m not deserving of love, happiness, and success. I’m ready to release it! And I know that when I do, I will feel lighter and free . . . in touch with my innate wellbeing and wholeness.

  121. KLynne says:

I am looking forward to learning more. It’s all so exciting.

  122. Marie says:

I have so much to share but feel paralysed just at the thought of having to address an audience. The old sick feeling in the middle of my stomach and the fear of being laughed at, paralyse me. At night I often dream that I am able to stand in front of an audience and really talk effortlessly. One night my husband told me that he was awakened by me talking in my sleep and I was addressing an audience and he said that he was intrigued and he listened and he said that I was amazing. I remember the dream and most of all how I felt great.

  123. Carolyn L. says:

I found this to be very interesting. I am anxious to take part in this event. I want to learn much more!

  124. Irene says:

I have a 6 months old child a beautifull miracle and joy but my relationship with her father is awfull Economically I depend on him and I don’t want to leave her so the stress it’s terrible cause he treates me bad and manipulates the situation
I want to leave him and devote myself to raise my child
i dont feel prepared to do it since I feel weak in many ways but know that once I do it would be great for both of us my child and myself

  129. CRYSTAL CARROLL says:

I’m under stress at this time because I’m in a biggest loser weight loss competition. I am exercising much more than usual and don’t have the money to buy help or diet aids.

  130. Kirk says:

I’m having to take people I thought were friends to court over an agreement we made for work I’ve done for them and they’re not honoring the agreement. It has kept me awake at night and bothered me 24/7. The stress has got to me and I find myself not taking care of myself as I should. I even put tapping off because of it (duh, bad reason!). I’m back to tapping and the stress is pealing away. When the stress is gone completely I will have my life and health back completely.

  131. Marguerite Clancy says:

  133. Jessy says:

My family has been using EFT since 1997 in our family first aid kit. It is so mainstream now. Use it on everything, it moves emotional mountains and turns them into molehills or smaller. My business started with Reiki energy healing and has progressed to BodyTalk and Access Consciousness. Enjoy!

  134. Kit wilson says:

My biggest stress is that my ex husband is suing me for supposed fraud. Ipits taking hours a week to gather documents, thousands of dollars I don’t have to hire anlawyer to defend myself, and if he wins I could lose everything except my relationships. He currently owes me over $300,000 in alimony and child support arrears and wants it to just go away so he is lying.

I’m eating too much To stuff down the stress and the sadness from having one who once promised toncare for me go on the attack.

  135. Jeff says:

A lot of good practical information. Looking forward to the summit to make some changes in my own life.

  136. Fran says:

What stresses me out most is not living up to my potential, not becoming the fullness of me in this lifetime. I am ready to release the stress and the thinking that is holding me back. I am taking baby steps and am glad to hear that this is a good way to go… that I don’t have to become my greatest Self in one fell swoop! Thank you for that. It was stress relief and sweet music to my Soul.

  137. George says:

I’m 75 years old, diagnosed two years ago with Stage IV cancer with metastases into the bones and lymph system — given three months to live.

    I’m still here.

I do EFT. I do vitamin C in mega doses, 20/25 grams a day, sometimes orally, sometimes (when I can ) via IV.

And I also do hyperthermia every four months. See http://www.cancerheatcure.com for my story and how to get access to the German clinics that offer it.

Kris’s story is inspirational, but there are even more things that can be done to help.

On we go, never give up, never give in, and kudos to the EFT folk for all they do.

  140. janis says:

I have had several years of life changing events. The loss of almost an entire small fortune, houses, my father, two hip replacements… should I go on? To be able to rid myself of negative thinking would be a miracle.

  141. Cynthia Andersen says:

Thanks for the interview with Kris Carr. I will take her advice to heart. Although with chemo draining me it seems daunting to add exercise. I will just follow her advice and take baby steps!

  142. John says:

Intriguing advice and information here. I referred a friend who has cancer to learn more about this. Love the pink shock of hair! Kris is a beautiful soul inside and out.

  143. Laura Moyer says:

Most stressful thing right now is getting my first born off to college and paying for it.

  144. Loved this event last year and I’m excited for it again this time, plus, and iPad opp. Wow-wee.

  145. Jane says:

My kids. The noise, getting them to listen/follow direction, etc

  146. Lori Thul says:

I am trying to get off the sugar bandwagon. I was off it for 6 months last year, lost 30 lbs, and felt great! Then a stressful time appear and slowly I gave in to sugar things again. I’m to the point that I’m back to full blown anxiety and huge pre-menopausal syptems, and I just generally feel incapable with anything. Today, I started a 10-day cleanse that helped me kick the sugar habit last time, and I’m going to add EFT for when things get tough. I’ve known about EFT for years, and had a one-minute healing wonder with it the first time I used it, but I keep forgetting about it. Unfortunately, it is not something a person in a professional capacity really should do in public if you don’t want to be questioned about your sanity. So I only do it when I am all alone, which is rare. Anyway, thanks for the great video. It reminded me about EFT. Now if EFT could heal a cracked tooth, then I wouldn’t have to deal with the anxiety that’s going to accompany having to get this thing fixed. I know, I can use EFT on the anxiety, but again, I feel stupid doing it in front of people, so I won’t use it in the dentist chair.

  147. Polly Peterson says:

Thank You SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Much, you beautiful women, for this informative interview.

  153. Beryl Shaw says:

Hi Kris. Bob Proctor sent me your video and comments. Like yourself I have had cancer – Stage 3. Indeed I almost died – had middle of the night emergency surgery, followed by chemotherapy. And I’m still here, 11 years on.
As an already published author I have published two books I believe you would find useful. They follow my first year, offering what readers use as a roadmap to follow for themselves, whether it’s them or someone else who has the cancer.
There’s a link on my website and email signature that will take you straight to my page on Authonomy, where you can actually read a compilation of the two books, and of course on my website there’s a link to the hard copies.
These books are like no one else’s. Have a look.
    Blessings
    Beryl

  157. Edith Shigemoto says:

I learned about the tapping technique a while ago but I have not been persistent in using it. I don’t know why I”m avoiding it. I know I feel stuck and can’t seem to go forward with the things I must do to get unstuck. I have numbness in my legs, pain in my ankle and knees. It feel I can’t move. There’s clutter in my house which I know I need to attend to to free the energy around me. Financially I am stressed but don’t show it to anyone. I’m using my grandchild’s computer since I don’t have one so the possibility of having my OWN I-pad to use excites me. I’m glad the email for this summit came so hopefully I will be able to help myself move forward. Mahalo Nui Loa
this Stuck feeling I have. I’m looking forward to the summit. Thank you for allowing it

  158. Jodie says:

Life is what is frightening me the most. After 30 years of working 2 jobs my husband lost both of them. Now he is working as if he is just starting out. Barely getting by and the aging process is not slowing down as much as our finances. We never had an abundance of money, but we always paid the bills. We were always very healthy and now its always something new. We are ready to let go and change but don’t know how and then I watched this video which gave me a shot of excitment. Life without stress would be what we feel life should be. Our hearts would be filled with wonder and love and kindness for all things. We would not feel pressured if we took the time to care for ourselves, like we do now. There would be not guilt if we wanted to meditate for 40 minutes because work would not be breathing down our necks. Our children would learn from example how to handle a life LIVED, not just EXISTED. As far as our reality, we would be able to live in South Carolina, like we want to and our finances and health issues would not be in the way.

  159. Carole says:

I plan to quit smoking next week and want to incorporate tapping to help me not to cheat/start smoking again. I’ve smoked for 40 years and have tried many times to quit using patches and pills. Nothing worked. This time will be cold turkey with a plan. Tapping will be part of that plan.

  160. Shahreen says:

IT WAS A GREAT INTERVIEW WITH KRIS KARR. SHE SHARED SIMPLE PRACTICAL TIPS WHICH I WILL PUT INTO PRACTICE IMMEDIATELY. HER PERSONAL SHARINGS WERE INVALUABLE.

  161. Marina says:

Is there any tapping book/information in Spanish??
    Thanks,

  162. Helen says:

Loved the interview with Kris! I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and choose to use a more natural approach to my healing. Addressing the inflamation levels in my body by changing my diet has made an amazing difference in my life. I have released 70 pounds of weight and a tremendous amount of old beliefs and emotions.
I have watched the World Summit for the past 3 years and I’m excited to see what is new this year and the tools to create more change in my life! Thanks for making this available to all of us and doing an amazing job! Helen

  163. Doofus says:

I AM THAT I AM… PEACE AND LOVE

  164. Priscilla says:

Money! or the lack of it! I think all of my stress is Money related. If I didnt have that money stress on my mind, constantly trying to figure out how Im gonna borrow from this to pay for that, I would have so much more time to enjoy life and my children, and just being alive! What a wonderful thought!

  165. wanda says:

There are so many things to be stressed about……… personally and the entire world. Finances are tight and along wth health issues it seems hard to even keep up with the minimum – not to mention actually accomplishing any life goals. I am looking forward to the tapping summit, hopefully will blast through limitations!

  166. Sylvia says:

I believe in tapping and it does get to the root causes.

  167. Kimberly Burke says:

I’m very excited to participate in the Tapping World Summit. I’ve known about tapping for quite some time but for whatever reason I’ve avoided doing it. Now I’m ready! Thank you Nick and Jessica!

  168. Louis says:

I discovered EFT almost 10 years ago and it has been a very important tool in my life on a personal and professional level because I became EFT practitioner (now using other modalities).

For the first time in my life, I had a tool that allowed me to be the master of my life, not depending on a therapist and manage my chronic anxiety and stress. I’m a much calmer and confident person since I use it.

I was also able to share it with family members and friends, which was wonderful.
It also introduced me to the world of energy modalities in general, opening my mind and giving me a much broader view on healing and the way our mind function (beliefs, thoughts)
I’m very grateful to Gary Craig and Nick Ortner for spreading the word so beautifully!

  169. I was recommended this blog by my cousin. I’m not sure whether this post is written by him as nobody else know such detailed about my trouble. You’re wonderful! Thanks!

  170. Lisa Daly says:

Needing to reinvent myself at 57 after losing a career of 34 years invested.

  171. The major stressor in my life is the the so far inability to adequately recover from a brain injury I had 9 yrs ago. Some of the continuing effects are inability to sleep, depressed immune system and not enough energy to function normally. I am totally ready and willing but have not been able to release this limitation. My life would be very different without this I and would much more fully meet and participate in life!

  172. Cindy says:

Trust. I don’t know if I ever fully trust anyone after too many bad experiences.

  173. James Johnson says:

Great presentation-hope the results match the presentation

  174. Warren T Longmire says:

Totally reassuring demeanor, calmly presented, seeing is believing, if she can do it so can I. Tapping is the fastest means of focusing the thoughts and modifying the body’s responses to the everyday “static” we all have to deal with. Just try it , you WILL like how quickly you feel better.

  175. Jane says:

I tried tapping on a dairy allergy I had to my surprize it worked.

  176. Adriana Rico says:

Thank you for sharing this wonderful tool. I am from Colombia in South America and it is really amazing the possibility to help myself and in consequence to help others in this way. Thanks… you are so generous. :)

  177. Dowleen Slagle Molsbee says:

My current stresses are somewhat work connected, but i also really beat myself up for not being more organized. I have an enormous amount of documents that need to be filed, and am scared something important will go missing. I’m a Realtor and have been in 6 months negotiating a short sale with Bank of America and am stressed and scared I have worked on it su many hours and it may not happen, so no paycheck, yikes, i’m scaring me as i haven’t put it in words. I want this deal to come together.

I tried tapping on my overwhelm about papers, and it worked, i am not nearly so guilty and fearful. I’m eager to try it on way more issues.

  178. Theresa says:

I received a very distressing email late at night and I thought I would never be able to fall asleep. You guessed it, I had recently been introduced to tapping and it worked. I fell asleep right after laying my head on my pillow. Thank you for teaching this important health discovery that is available to everyone.

  179. I am drawn to this practice relating to my fears. I seem to bring on anxiety prior to anything I have to get done. Then I work through the anxiety and do what I have to do. The experiences do not consolidate to relieve future anxiety. I would like to be free of this prelude to every event in my life. Do I tap to anxiety of each event when it likely is a deeper seated anxiety ?

  180. EILEEN says:

finances and fixing my home, and well being of my familyu esp my son. Life without stress would be a healthierm life !!

  181. gai george says:

To find the freedom, to lead a happy & productive life, without limiting beliefs, that hold me back from reaching my true potential.

  182. Sarahikekhua says:

Hello my name isnt that important right now. But i would like to share my story with you.
I am born from Nigeria. MY family work really hard to get money to feed a family of 5. Through out the terriosts group that has been roaming around the streets of Lagos. I always had this fear of mine. Of danger that lies ahead. the people in this world. I get confused of who my enemy is and who my friends are.
Moving to Cario and experincing new things helped this fear. thorough the relvoution that occured in Cario. That made me more fearful in the people around me. I try to entoure my fear
    thank you

  183. L'Tanya says:

I care for my children and my mother who is aging and has chronic illnesses. I am under the most stress that I have ever been in my life and my own health has started to suffer. I’m slowly, slowly attending to my own needs, but it always feels like there is never enough of me to go around. I’d like to change that perception and take care of myself.

  184. Ardi Broome says:

Thanks Kris – I too have stage IV cancer – I admire your attitude towards this disease. I Have been told that one of the reasons I am still alive today, is because of my attitude towards my journey. Will be more dilligent in using tapping for my pain.

  185. Kristen says:

I feel stressed and overwhelmed about the possibility of not being able to give my daughter the life she deserves. We are living in poverty and I am stuck about how to provide for us but still be available to her…Our lives would be so different if I could figure this out. We would have more joy and more freedom to enjoy the little things instead of being profoundly sad, stressed and scared all the time!

  186. Eileen Kaleel says:

So excited to learn a new way of seeing myself and gaining knowledge on how to improve my life and provide myself with the tools to do so! I firmly believe I’m never going to be too old to learn and that every little bit of knowledge adds to the wisdom pool that I can utilize and hand down to my children and friends!

  187. I am a 90 year old and I think that almost everything stresses me out! My physical condition is of paramount concern and it takes a lot of work and concentration to keep it up. I am very lucky to be ambulatory and not in any great pain, mostly minor type things. But, as I said, it takes a lot of work to maintain it.

  188. C. Raksha Elmer says:

Getting through and over a recent breakup.

  189. Terry says:

I found this conversation to be more interesting than I had anticipated. Kris’s suggestion to use tapping with Cancer patients to relieve stress associated with this major health issue was one that I had never really considered and opened my mind to some other potential uses of tapping. I was inspired to do more regular tapping myself after learning of her own battle with her cancer diagnosis. I don’t have cancer but it makes my obstacles seem more surmountable when I hear of someone in her predicament using it as a tool to preserve her life. Tapping was obviously a gift in her life and now she is paying it forward and helping to bring that gift to others. Inspirational and informational. Thank you.

  190. Helvi says:

This is great. I feel very inspired and motivated and my back pain has almost all disappeared. this is simply incredible. Thank you soo much.

  191. Helen-Allene says:

Thanks, Kris, for sharing your journey with us. I particularly liked the reminder (from your dr.) to exercise more! For me, exercise and EFT is key now to help with my stress.

  192. Ellen Neal-Jones says:

I told a friend about tapping at my Al-Anon meeting and very briefly told her how to do it. And without evening knowing all the points she reported to me that it works to relieve her stress. Thanks Kris

  193. Michelle says:

What stresses me out is my endless resistance to life’s happenings. For me, that’s pretty much everything! Not being able to let myself experience others and other things run my life. Being inside almost for too long with no fresh air also stresses me out.

  194. sandeep jatwa says:

the biggest thing stressing me out is my health and I want a wonderful life full of energy where nothing is lacking. I am ready for it and i feel life would be fascinating without the stress. to the beginning…

It is very simple and you can do it every where. you do not need to carry something or you have to be knowledged from school. in fact my children are tapping to relax and to be awaken and more connected to God. They are tapping even for gratitude and appreciation.thank you for this gift.

  200. Tammy says:

    Good information. Thanks!

  201. Theresa B. says:

I’ve turned to EFT to help me deal with the stress and fear associated with having a life-threatening illness. Using it gives me an inner-strength boost. When I skip doing it for a day or more I can physically feel the sense of overwhelm rise. It’s a technique that has changed my life, and I hope will help save it.
I am looking so forward to this EFT Summit, even more so than any of the past summits I’ve attended.

  202. Mary Sullivan says:

Kris is so inspiring! Changes have to be bite size for me or I get overwhelmed. I love her book, Crazy, Sexy, Diet. I have been making small changes over some time and they have made such a difference for my wellbeing. I still face a lot of fear regarding money and supporting myself. I work with young children (0-3 years) and programs keep getting de-funded by local, state and federal governments. I recently lost my biggest client due to budget cuts. So now I have to face the fear and create new possibilities for my services. I have to increase my self-worth and stop fearing failure. I am going to try tapping and see where it takes me.

  203. Barbara S says:

Thank you for introducing us to EFT. Certainly makes my world a better place.

  204. Tina says:

I’m new to this and investigating tapping after nearly stressing myself to death! What Kris says about stress is true. It will take a serious toll on your body if left unchecked. So glad I found Kris’s book and now the tapping info. This could be key on my journey back to health and happiness. Thanks!

  205. Janice says:

  206. Jim Trubek says:

Nice interview with a pleasant lady. The point about you can start tapping about one issue and it can make you aware of other things you hadn’t been aware of before was interesting.
    Regards,
    Jim

I use it on everything. I even use it to remember things.
I have been using it for about 6 years. Changed my life.

    What an inspiring woman!

  210. zimt-peppermint says:

What’s stressing me out the most is the fear of failing. This sounds so boring, but it really is what freaks me out. I am afraid of getting to know my passions and dreams and then not acting on them.
I am so ready to release this! I allready had my first at home tapping session all by myself and it did help. It has helped me with a problem that I’ve had for a long time.
Without all this stress my life would be a lot easier and I would get to do a lot more of the things I’ve always wanted to try.

  211. Shilpa says:

    Hello:

My 15 year old son has relapsed Wilms cancer for the second time. How can I help him? We have done the chemo and radiation route. This time the surgery was hard for him.

    Please help.

  212. What stresses me out the most is my business. My employees are never satisfied and I do and give them everything they need. Sometimes I get extremely overwhelmed and then I shut down and don’t want to do anything. My spa part of the business is so slow I am barely able to sustain it. I feel I have a huge fear of success and abundance.

  213. Amy Johnson says:

    Very useful information, thanks!

  214. Susan says:

I am suffering from a broken heart and living in total fear of the future I’m not able to move on and I think that tapping will release me from those feelings so I am free to build a new and successful life instead of being stuck. I am very excited to see where this takes me.

  215. I’ve heard really good things from friends about tapping. I’m interested in learning more about it.

  216. Wendy Grebmeier says:

    GO GREEN!

OK with that said…I think what had been stressing me out for the past(7) seven years is a personal relationship that I had left behind but couldn’t let go of because it involved the well-being of my two children. As well as the fact that my X and the legal system had drawn the situation WAY OUT for WAY to long. Unfortunately for ALL of us involved. On 4/17/12 the case was finally put to rest, and all parties involved somewhat satisfied with the end result. I am not willing to proceed with the negative energy that was embedded in our souls these past (7) seven years. I released all negative energy and placed all powerful(positive)energy back to its source. A Supreme Being -v- Supreme Court….Let the games begin. (:

  217. Donna says:

    Worklife and prosperity issues

  218. dana says:

Kris is so inspirational because she is so real – so like us. I love the suggestion that change can be done in “bite-sized” increments…we don’t have to to a 180 all at once. One step is less scary than a marathon. Thank you for the lovely interview!!

  219. Janet says:

In all honesty, I’ve never heard of EFT or tapping ….but I’m intrigued. I came here by way of several other sources so I’m excited to see what this is and what it offers.

Very inspiring – simple, straight-forward. Also I used to live in Woodstock, which added to my Kris inspired smile – THANK YOU ! ! !

  224. cynthia says:

I have been struggeling with actioning healthy behavior. I have been so blessed in what information has come my way in regards to heeling. Truely, I know we live in amazing and beautiful times! Truely, we are all called to do what we can to heal ourselves and subsequently, the world. When I have managed to tap or meditate, I invariably experience a resurgence of anti-life behavior. The depths of which I stand up from everyday knowing that I am still so much more blessed than so many others who deal with truely difficult circumstances. Thank you for your heeling work.

p.s. I did tune into last years Tapping World Summit and I will be listening this year. Thank you for keeping it free as I would never have been able to attend otherwise. I did manage to tap along on several occassions!

    Thank you, Cheer’s Karen

  229. Lindsay says:

Wow! I hadn’t heard of tapping before but now I am SO intrigued! I’m excited to dive in and learn all about this. Releasing stress is my biggest hurdle so I feel so weighed down all the time by it all. I always imagine this completely weightless feeling of being stress free and hope to (someday soon!) make it a reality!!

  230. Brenda Evans says:

I am excited about the tapping technique. I have been a practicing hypnotherapist for 14 years now and have found that stress is the number one cause of all issues that involve negative patterns, habits, or addictions. Learning new methods of overcoming our “reactions” to stress is valuable to me not only in my work but also in my personal well being. Thank you, Sincerely, Brenda Evans

  231. Martha says:

Having all the tools is one thing, learning how to implement them is another. I’m interested to know more about the tapping technique! It sounds like the missing peice in my inability to sustain success.

  235. WHAT STRESSES ME MOST IS HAVING TO DEAL WITH A RUDE DAUGHTER. I’M WILLING TO GET RID OF THIS STRESS IN ORDER TO HAVE LESS OR NO DAILY RESISTANCE AND HAVE THE VITALITY TO FOCUS IN ACHIEVING MY GOAL: WORKING IN MY COMMUNITY (VENEZUELA) FOR WELLBEING.

  236. Tracy says:

What an inspiration to watch Kris stand there in the face of Cancer and know that she can overcome it. I am truly inspired. I will make it a constant practice to use the tapping plus teach it to my 8 year old daughter. Thank you so much.

  241. Stephanie Skiba says:

Rebuilding my life after cancer. Letting go of the fear and stepping back into my life.

  242. Lynne says:

This is the first I have heard about ‘Tapping’ but after watching Kris and Jessica chat – I am looking forward to learning and exploring more. It got me to thinking about so many things. It actually made me feel validated in a way. My main stress is that for the past year I am the only working person in my household. My husband suffered an injury at work and had back surgery two years ago. Due to the ins and outs of workman’s comp – he was sent back too work too soon and reinjured himself. He can no longer work in his field, nor has he been able to drive or do any of the things he loves to do in life. Thank God he can walk with a cane (for awhile he had to use a walker). Both our sons are Marines and the youngest recently got out and moved back home to go to school full time. We were blessed that he was granted full custody of his 3-yr old daughter who he had never met before she was 20 months as her mother disappeared throughout the US and neglected her in the process. I am absolutely so thankful for the many blessings that have been bestowed upon us. However, being the only source of income is quite a struggle and I can only focus on one day at a time. Between the financial struggles/all the weekly doctor appts/caring for my disabled husband (who is severely depressed) – some days it is harder than others for me. Social security has denied my husband any benefits twice already (what a broken system we have – WOW, I had NO IDEA). I pride myself on being ‘strong as steel’ and keeping it all together for everyone (not that I have a choice). I love my family with all my heart and soul, I just get tired and some days it gets difficult to hold my head up. But I do and I will continue to do so. I am looking forward to the upcoming Tapping Summit – thank you so much. It helps just to vent. God bless you all.

  243. Lillian says:

I am most stresse out right now as I finish a week and a half left of school while going for a promotion at work. I’m excited about both but also very nervous! To complicate it a bit…I have a chronic cough (going on 5 years that doctors can’t figure out) and I’m groaning for a marathon. A life without a cough with be so calm and enjoyable, I’m embarrassed about it. I JUST leaned about tapping and I’m very excited to try it. Oh! Also, I’m onday 4 of the clean program and will substitute a morning smoothie for green juice! …going to the store now. Yay for positive changes!

  244. cheryl says:

I watched the first couple of videos on tapping and am looking forward to watch the summit videos. I was in a car accident over a year ago and out of the blue my back will go into spasms. It is happening now and I hope tapping will control the spasms and not let the happen anymore. Also I am currently unemployed and this is extremely stressful as I have to pay all my bills, health insurance etc. by myself.

  245. Sara says:

This is a great video, really intriguing I’ve never heard it of it before, this interview has got me wondering one what I’ve missed, I’m off to find out! Thanks for sharing!

  246. Wendy allen says:

Being unemployed is the major stressor in my life. Part of the time I see it as an opportunity to start my own consulting business doing what I love…..but I feel the pressure of needing an income and so am not making progress in growing my business.

  247. JOY says:

ok, so the 2nd video: jessica and kris shared an intimate and delightful conversation of how easy tapping can be. i was encouraged ever so gently of how powerful this tool is and saw i have resistance to tapping, (i am tapping now: “even tho i know tapping is ‘rocket fuel’and am still not tapping…i love and accept my self” tap tap).
again thanks to you two beautiful gals.

  248. Sue Garcia says:

I made radical changes to my diet last Jan after seeing movies like Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, Forks Over Knives, and Food Matters. I drink fresh raw juice, 16 oz at least once a day. I eat a HUGE salad virutally every evening for supper. I eat mostly raw foods and cut out coffee and sugar and all chemicals in my diet. I have occasional animal protein: 1 organic egg per week, one meal every 2 weeks with 100% grass fed beef or bison. My diet is really good and I keep my healthy fats very low and my whole grain starch servings to one or 2 per day and eat several pcs of raw fruit each day and a couple small servings of raw nuts each day and legumes-1 or 2 servings daily too.

All this and I have only lost about 10 lbs, and nothing at all for over a month. This is FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!! My chronic fatigue symptoms might be a little better, along with my seasonal allergies (Oh yes-taking local bee pollen daily too), and my environmental illness issues. I’m doing all these really good things to do and yet the rewards are very slow in coming, ESPECIALLY THE WEIGHTLOSS!!!!!!!!!

It’s my stress levels, I’m sure, that are running interference with all my good efforts. Stress and issues I haven’t been able to unearth yet to resolve despite several hundred Resonance Repatterning sessions-another energy healing modality-and other similar methods I’ve been employing for decades.

I had tapping in my hands about 7 years ago and pursued the RR exclusively instead. It absolutely benefited me in many ways but now I’ve run head-on into tapping again and so I’ll go tap away my frustration over not having continued with it too instead of having a ‘either/or’ attitude, and I’ll learn all I can about how to apply it to my weight and health issues as well ’cause I am no quitter and will always give anything reasonable a good effort. Hope to be telling soon about how I was finally able to “….” thanks to adding tapping to my life.

  249. Natasha says:

EFT improves the quality of your life. Give your health a priority everyday.

  250. Jacquelyn says:

Many thanks to Kris for the education, but especially for encapsulating the core of weight loss: “Fat is a padding of suffering”, which I’ll be sharing with my clients. The simplicity of the concept makes it accessible to all.

I look forward to learning more about Tapping.

  251. Barbara Till says:

I am SO excited about the Tapping 2012 Summit. At last a miracle has been sent my way to help me eliminate stress, and emotional and physical health problems. I realize I will have work to do and that it might time to succeed completely, but I am elated that tapping has come into my life at 74 years of age! My sincere thanks to everyone involved in bringing the Summit to us. God bless you all.
    With Love and Light,
    Barbara

  252. Anxious to hear more!

  253. Jessica Stevens says:

I cannot even imagine what it looks like or feels like not to be stresse to the maximum in today’s world. It sound bizarre but I cannot remember a time in my life, professionally or perosnaily, where stress was not sitting front center with me, I would love to learn the tapping as a reliever and looking forward to the conference. And thank you for making this invaluable information to be made available for free. That is quite impressive and generous,

  254. Lauren says:

Thank you for the encouragement, information, and enthusiasm about tapping and health. You are an inspiration, Kris!

  255. Sherie says:

Excellent video – looking forward to learning more about tapping

  256. Rebecca says:

I’ve heard about “Tapping” but don’t know what or how it works. I’ve been stressed out about being a mom. My boys just sit at the computer 24/7 when they aren’t at school. I try to get them to do other things or go out and enjoy the day. I see possibilities but get so frustrated because they fight me all the way. I know stress is a killer. I got ulcerative colitis from stress. I’ve been able to keep it rested. I’m hoping that this summit will teach me how to let go of my expectations of them & have a happier me…

  257. Silvina says:

    Thank you! Very interesting.

  258. MaryLou Pulling says:

I couldn’t begin to thank you enough for providing this information on Tapping and for providing it free of charge!
Last year, due to extreme stress and depression, I lost my job and my home where I raised my children. I am now living with a relative and it is so difficult because I am trying to do everything “her way” and putting her first in everything. I was beginning to think I would have to live alone the rest of my life in order to avoid conflict. What a blessing it is to see sensitivity as a gift to be protected rather than a curse of pain to try to deny.
I now have hope and a direction to work towards. Thank you and God Bless you all.

  259. Les Wallack says:

What an enlightened day I’ve had today reading and listening and watching all of the info on “tapping”. It’s just what I was searching for in a way…I have been studying a lot on Self Concept, Negative vs Positve Emotions as well as Belief in one’s self and, I’m excited about this tapping method. If there is any way of promoting this Tapping Technique and Kris Carr’s refreshing attitude on my web site and monthly newsletter, let me know!!

  260. Trisha says:

What’s stressing me out the most are feelings of apathy, feelings of aloneness, and thinking that frienship overlooks me, and I make the effort with others. This is even though others seem to like me, I just feel that having one person who accepts me for the person I am would go a long way. My staying at home too much and really not exercising and taking care of myself.

  261. Roberta says:

    Timing is perfect

I am motivated to stay on this path of healing and transformation. Thank you for your genuineness and honesty in sharing your struggles.

  265. Aziza Browne says:

What’s stressing me out most in my life right now is looking for a new job in NYto and being forced to move out of my current apartment within a month and not having any savings set aside to support me in my move. I feel overwhelmed almost every day looking for a new job and a new affordable apartment and hope I find both in time for my move.

  266. Samantha says:

Hi, I am a Reiki Master & Visioning Guide. I have studied and practiced many holistic, contemporary, and ancient healing tools & techniques. Each one has it’s benefits for sure, yet EFT is the tool I turn to time and again any time there is a stuck or repetitive pattern that comes up. It resolves previously held beliefs with such precision, it is amazing!!! Thank you Jessica, Nick, and Chris, looking forward to an incredible 2012 Tapping Summit!

  267. Patti says:

My biggest stress is working so hard to survive. Never enough time, energy or money to just enjoy life or pursue things that I want rather than the relentless have-to’s.

  271. Kelly says:

Being diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure, and the consequence of infertility, at the age of 25 has been stressful, which ironically may have caused it! I am so ready to release it and will do anything that I think could help. I am ready to face it and have dealt with my grief around it. I am staying positive and stress-free as much as I can and am grateful for this experience as I hope it will allow me to help other people and I am confident that it will reverse itself. It’s already been a blessing to me in so many ways. Thank you for the video, your experience, and the opportunity to enter this contest.

Knowing I can do better but not knowing how.Knowing I can be more than what I am but again not knowing what it is or how to get there or where to start.I guess I’ll start with tapping.

  278. Ildiko Maurer says:

I’m most stressed by a lack of sleep. My husband and I are on different shifts and while he is able to go to bed earlier and wake up earlier, he chooses to stay up late and sleep late. I must be up at 6:30 am and would like to be in bed by 10 pm. We share a bedroom and no matter how quietly he comes to bed, I inevitably wake up and then have trouble falling back asleep again. Sleeping elsewhere is not an option at this point. I am bone weary from a lack of sleep and frustrated by his inability to change his habit of staying up late.

  279. Leeann says:

Interesting, i want to learn more!

  280. Pam says:

It stresses me when people will not leave me alone and grow. I have trouble with balance and have been told that it is due to neuropathy. I use a cane and when people see this they treat me as an invalid. I get very stressed and usually am rude to them. I want to do things my way, using my energy, not with them taking over my life.

  281. Ann Geiger says:

I have never heard of tapping as a wellness technique, and I am not convinced, but I will try it out. Maybe it really will be a cure all, or maybe just a little bit of help.

  282. MariaElena Del Valle says:

I am so glad I tapped on to Tapping! I totally agree that EFT is a transformative tool. I am an Organiational Change Consultant and everyday we invite Executives and their staff to tap into their inner capacity. Awareness is very key to tapping into our souls which challenges us to be highter selves. It was rereshing and energizing to tap with you.

  284. Tammy Trew says:

I am so excited to learn about tapping/EFT! I have heard so many great things about it! My mom went thru breast cancer a few years ago, my father died this January from an extremely rare form of lung cancer, my middle sister has both fibromyalgia, ankylosing, and just found out about a gene mutation that has to do with the methylation process, and my youngest sister has not been able to get pregnant for about four years now!~ I myself deal with very low energy and fatigue. My middle sister, her three kids, and myself have found we do not tolerate gluten and some of us have a problem with casein as well. All of us have been trying to educate ourselves about true health and well being and it is so great that there are so many people out there like Kris, Nick, David Wolfe, Dr. Mercola, ect…I could go on and on about all of the amazing health advocates and teachers that I have found out about in the last few years~ I so look forward to the summit and have told my family and friends about it!!!

  285. Joyce Schlachter says:

My job is very stressful right now. I have a supervisor that is unprofessional and appears to have mental problems. I have let myself have a victim mentality. I am preoccupied by negative thoughts constantly. I want to be free of these negative thoughts and feelings and feel grounded, peaceful and happy.

  286. susan wright says:

  290. Danielle says:

All these Videos really hit home for me! For me, Stress comes from a fear of success in my career + not knowing what I want to do or how to support myself living my passion, financial burdens + cancer at 31, emotional sadness + loneliness. I need to replace old, toxic patterns with healthy new ones. I spend so much time teaching + helping others to live a heathy lifestyle- that I forget to help myself! Looking forward to my first Tapping Summit! Thanks for letting it be free! xo :)

My challenge is dealing in a positive manner with what appears to be ongoing health concerns about the aging process.

  292. kathy Morton says:

My biggest challenge is to try overcome the chaos within which I live. My living quarters are a mess and I cannot seem to do anything about it, or to start somewhere to fix it. Kris’ story about clmbing the water tower hit home – is that where you have to be, someone with you every step of the way, to try to bring and overcome your deepest fears?
I believe tapping could help a great deal, but it seems necessary to find a way to stick with it, and a support person/group.

  293. PATT says:

    Enjoyed the information………..

  294. Allison says:

Inspiring video. thank you for sharing

  295. Hristina Raykova says:

Hello, thank you so much for introducing EFT. Right now I am in the beginning of making tapping a habit and a regular daily practice in order to release the stress and worries that I have for my work, I feel that I am not good enough there and feel afraid that everyone around me is doing a better job than I do. Then, I am pretty confused about my career development, just feel stuck there. In addition to that, I am trying to enjoy my relationship with a 25 years older man and this is very challenging for me. Sometimes I feel down, I feel frustrated about other people’s comments that this is wrong and will definitely ruin my life. My real frinds count on the fingers of one hand only, so I also feel unable to reat friendship and socialize. I know use tapping to help me overcome all these stressful areas in my life and I believe that step by step, day by day, I will make it :) Everything is good and only good lies before me. All is well in my life, I love life and life loves me!

  296. Launa says:

I have begun to use the tapping on my own and have had a great experience. I have also used it for some of my patients. They have found this very helpful to relieve their anxiety!

  297. soli pierce says:

I love tapping and can’t wait for the Summit, I feel the change every time I tap..

  298. susan says:

Look at all these amazing responses. What isn’t stressing me out right now is THIS; knowing I’ll be tapping for 10 days straight with high vibrational facilitators and thousands of enthusiastic tappers open to releasing stress.

I deal everyday with a long term illness BUT I can still feel my inner strength, my inner beauty occasionally. I want greater access to my joy despite what’s going on with my body.

  299. TERI BLAKE says:

BeI get stressed every easy 1. because I have been in 9 motor vehical accidents and only 2 where my fault and I have PTSD @ 99% but my new doctor doesnt want to prescribe my anxiety, Sleep disorder, and ADHD for I already did it their way with 27 meds and i had a 20min seizure and was unresponsive for 4 days so it and pain is all i will take and now they wont let me have them so i have to learn this so i never have to have something all the time So no more doctors and no more abuse from family members i dont want to be a victim any longer or have to really on other 44 years of abuse and 15 yrs with a TBI there is no such thing as a doctor their lic. says practicing medicine no one for they just control u too. 300. Mariko says:

I was introduced to EFT more than 3 years ago in Japan and surprised how well it worked after just a short tapping session. I am excited to try again!

  301. mary says:

Having just finished treatment for breast cancer, my stressor is going back to work as I believe, this is my main stressor, but due to the current climate, i have the fear of leaving a role, that financially supports me and pays my bills, so learninfg how to work without being stressed all the time, maybe a different approach?

  302. Roanne says:

Tapping . . . as part of a wholistic regime to get well. We need all the help we can get. Tapping can help with the stress, locked-in emotions, and barricades we set up against ourself. And it is free. It is something we can do at home, so truly it brings healing into our own hands.

Thank you for doing the work to make it available to us.

  303. Marlene van Blarcum says:

What stresses me the most is not having a fulfilling career and living with uncertainty and fear of not having permancy in a job, especially after having gone through several layoffs and be letting go in my work history.

  307. Debby says:

I am so excited to be apart of the summit this year. I have had two years of illness and surgery.

  308. David Cobb says:

I missed last years summit, can’t wait to see this years collection of Tappers :-) and to feel the tapping changes.

  309. Joyce P. says:

The summit sounds like such a wonderful opportunity to be immersed in tapping guidance! Nick, Cheryl & especially Kris give hope and optimism to help even someone like me who seems to have problems in all areas of my life and inner blocks to overcoming them. I feel like my usefulness in life is almost over, but I know that if I get motivated, there is still a lot of good I can do both for myself and others. I like that with EFT, you can acknowledge negative feelings and then reduce and deal with them.

  310. Marylyn Roh says:

For over a year now, I have been trying to decide whether or not to tell my partner/roommate to leave. We’ve known each other for 11 years, lived together for 5. He has been unable to work at a job all these years because of a back injury, so he’s designing a cultural center he believes will ‘change the world’, so to speak. He is mentally abusive – I support him with a mobile home that we live in, and care for his every need except for his food stamps. He believes he is the center of his universe and that all women ‘belong in the kitchen’. I’m am blamed for anything that goes wrong, and even though I love him very much, I am seriously stressed out from trying to avoid his wrath, and verbal darts. He has no respect for my ‘religious’ beliefs, and mocks them.
I have the choice of whether to let him go without money or a place to live, or be good enough to continue to provide for him, as is part of my belief system. “Feed the hungry, clothe the poor and naked, visit the sick”, etc. I know just too many women in the same straits. I am 80 years old in June – my partner is 58. I lived with my first husband 57 years before he passed on from Parkinson’s. I dread the thought of living alone, and not having someone around to help if I would fall down, or need emergency care. His attitude toward my ‘aging’ is getting more and more calous.
I wish all the women out there with this kind of problem, strength to make the right decision that will bring them the happiness they are seeking. Oh yes, I am VERY stressed!
    Thanks for ‘listening’.

  314. Lynn Black-Murphy says:

I appreciate the easy manner that you talk about balance and wellness. It immediately made me realize how much anxiety and resistance I have about my weight and health and exercising. I have tapped for individual emotions but not tapped this way and I am excited about using itto improve my health!!!!Thank you!

  315. Juanita says:

I am stressing about what’s going on with my sister’s health at this time. Five years ago she had brain cancer and has been cancer free since that time when she had surgery and chemotherapy. Recently she has lost a lot of weight (without trying) and she’s lost her appetite. About 10 days ago she was taken to the emergency room. Five and one-half hours later it was determined that she had a urinary tract infection, extreme dehydration, and kidney failure. She went home from the hospital after a week and then had a followup visit with her doctor. She’s still on oxygen, her kidneys are not performing as expected and is still dehydrated. She’s been instructed to make an appointment at National Jewish Hospital to get an evaluation of her lungs. I’m very worried about her and I feel helpless. I’m wishing I could do more for her—maybe wave a magic wand. This all occurred so suddenly and I’m concerned that things may be rolling out of control. She has seemingly “run away” on a 3 week trip, rather than addressing all of this now. This is where my stress is coming from and there are many other issues involved.
